Good place. I'd stay again.

It was a good location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast was nice.

Only two snags....We had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes to check in Sunday evening as there was none at the desk. The room we were checked into (310) had a terrible odor we detected immediately. The front desk rectified it immediately and assigned us to a different room.

Exceptional

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were there to help us with whatever we needed. Great breakfast and loved that I could get coffee or hot chocolate anytime throughout the day. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to restaurants and stores so walking for what we needed was even an option. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay!

great stay, checked 9/10 boxes…all good.

clean rooms, everything worked; breakfast was pretty good; location is practically right on the Fraser River trail which was great to get our dogs on! bus line to ski resort and Safeway right next door so that was convenient!

price was a little steep for what it is, but then again it was a holiday weekend…also pool was small and cold due to a broken heater or something….

Very nice place, with helpful staff.

Breakfast was exceptional, the check in was expedited by the front desk, which I really appreciated.

I wish the pool heater could have been fixed before Monday night.

Amazing and unforgettable family vacation. Great memories.

Exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond. One afternoon as I was chatting with one of the staff, I mentioned that my niece loved a yogurt they had a day before but unfortunately, they were out that morning. Sure enough one of the staff went and bought it at a store and delivered it to our room. And as we were planning to do a little gender reveal party after dinner in the breakfast room, the front desk employee offered to give us a board room so we could have some privacy. Absolutely exceptional customer service & great location. Recommend it 100%

Yvonne the front desk receptionist was so nice and welcoming to my family and I. I had called prior to us arriving for an early check in which was given to us at no extra cost and without a problem! Once again Yvonne was awesome!

nice hotel, but watch for dog price

a beautiful place to stay.

Cost of a 5 Lb. dog was $50,00. That was crazy. I would have booked another hotel, had I known.

Superb

We loved the fact there was plenty of bacon. The pancake machine was fun to try, and the flavor was fine. The server kept food filled up, moving quickly and was keeping everything very clean. He was very helpful to the guests in hotel.

The sink in our bathroom was plugged up. The stopper wouldn't stay out of the way and when we checked out, I didn't see anyone to notify about the issue. We were not notified in clear print there was a pet fee until I was checking in. I called and was told pets could stay, and never told of the $75 fee. Booking as well as the holiday inn website do not make this obvious. It is an excessive fee. I told the young man how I felt at check in, upon check out on my receipt I saw it was dropped to $40. Still I would have liked to have known, and I DELIVERED Friday 7/29/2022 at 12:18 pm No signature required Left at back doorrobablycould have gone camping.

Not worth the price

Good breakfast. Front desk staff were polite. Located right across the street from the supermarket.

Room was visibly not clean - there was mildew on the walls, floor, and showerhead in the shower, a sticky brown substance on the controls of the ac/heating unit under the window, plastic wrappers under the armchair, and the floor was not vacuumed along the room's perimeter. Barely any water pressure in the shower.
