Clean, comfy, and convenient! Great respite for our Moab adventures.

I loved that it was within walking distance to town and that it had great views on the back patio. It also had a large dining room table to be able to feed a group or play games. I would stay here again.

5⭐️ for cleanliness and location. Close to town, arches and Canyonlands
4 ⭐️ for being dog friendly. Great little yard and plenty of space for dog to roam. Dog dishes a plus
Didn’t check
Out pool or hot tub put they ane close and bath towels and linens were great. Extra blankets were kinda old. Furniture needs good cleaning but was comfy
3⭐️. Bring you own soaps/shampoo only small sample sizes were provided
2.5 ⭐️ access into house and garage.
Yes great plus this has a 2 car garage but only draw back is having to go to front door and then walk thru house to access only opener then if your leaving have to close garage and then walk around to car. Thank goodness we had great weather. Lock box would not open had to contact Vacasa who did unlock. Definite upgrade needed
Leaky faucet in kitchen and filter over vent is missing
Mixed messages about stripping linen on checkout
Bring your own coffee or k-cups. Spices that are thereshould probably just all be tossed
Overall rating 3.5⭐️. Probably wouldn’t return

This is the 5th year we have done our Moab MTB trip. We rent 3 town homes from VACASA.
This year the homes were all in excellent condition. Most had been updated and all new linen and some new curtains. The town homes were very clean and well stocked.
We were very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed the national parks

Nice house and a great location

We stayed 4 nights with 2 small dogs. The property was centrally located close to all the shops, attractions and restaurants. The yard area was perfect for the dogs. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Moab.

Elm bugs drove us crazy, but the house was very nice. Location to everything we visited was great.

Property was very clean and inviting; check in instructions were clear and kitchen WELL stocked with cooking equip and lots of glassware/ plates. It is very close to town but quiet.
We had a mattress snob with us and he was very satisfied with his bed; main bedroom bath was very big with a spacious shower. The garage was very nice to have - especially dealing with the mountain bikes; just roll them in and they are secure out of the way and NOT in the living area.
One issue was while the refrigerator had ice & water dispenser, the water line was not hooked up; so no water and more importantly, no ice. This was addressed and property manger/maintenance guy called me with the request status (he said the refrigerator needed to be replaced due to inability to get parts for the ice water system). Hopefully it will be replaced soon.
My one 4 star about 'Communication with Property Manager': While there was a quick response to my three contacts (including a question about check in asked on a Sunday evening), on two of those three questions the reply came sounding like the replying person didn't read the question - one was so dramatically different from the question, I thought it was an automated AI system taking a first swipe at the answer. Sort of funny, but annoying that text had to be replied to again.
Overall though, my 'issue' and '4 star' rating in the one category should not dissuade one from renting this unit. It was a fine home and would def do again. Cheers !!

This house is centrally located and in excellent condition. We felt comfortable. It was spacey and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the house was toddler and dog friendly. The one caveat is that VRBO works with a third-party - Vacasa. Navigating the fees was a challenge for us as we paid the same amount in fees as we did for the condo per night. VRBO charges a booking fee and Vacasa charges the rest of the costs. When looking at listings, using the search feature that allows you to look at total costs was helpful when selecting a place.

We shared this property with some friends for a long weekend bike trip. It was perfect for what we needed! We'd stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed.

Comfortable, great little yard for our dog, very close to downtown shops and restaurants.

The property was overall pretty good, but there are a few things that need real attention, especially given the cost. First, the master bedroom comforter had a very large burn scar on it (hairdryer?). I notified Vacasa but got a very stock response that they'd look into it. The comforter also had several other stains on it and was in desperate need of replacement. Also, the very large couch in the living room was generally just gross, with stains, etc. It also needs to be replaced. If you spend 90% of your time in two places (bed and couch) that are pretty gross it doesn't really make you feel great overall about the property. A few simple upgrades and this place would be four or five stars.

No outside trash can and lots of the lights didn't work or would continuously flash. Tried to call but put on hold for a long time. Tried email but got no response.

This house was perfect for our group, well maintained, very clean, easy parking and walking distance to the center of town.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It had everything we needed, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here next time we are visiting Moab! Thanks for sharing!

This condo offers plenty of room and we found it very clean when we checked in. The temperature was over 100 degrees our first two days in Moab but the air conditioning kept us cool. The location was great with downtown Moab only a couple of minutes away and the entrance to Arches National Park not much further.

We stayed a week in July and had a great time. The location is nice because it’s within walking distance of downtown. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable enough, and the kitchen had the basics we needed for cooking. We took our dog and having the fenced yard was really handy. There is a patio and small patch of grass in the back that was nice to sit in the morning while we drank our coffee and she snooped around. Because we tow our Jeep in on a trailer the one thing I’m always worried about is parking, but there was plenty here. We were able to back the trailer in the driveway and unhook it to store it for the week, the Jeep then fit in the garage and there was parking on the street right in front for the truck. It worked out great. Reserving the condo and checking in/arriving was easy with no problems. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay at Cottonwoods again.

Beautiful home. Close to cute downtown Moab and Arches National Park.
Nice having a garage since it was pretty hot when we were there.
House was stocked with everything we needed.
A very enjoyable stay for us!

We wanted a house close to Arches and Canyonlands for hiking and visiting the National Parks. This house had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen & perfect location for what we wanted.

The location and property itself was amazing. As a 33 year old man, I could see this place being great for a group of 20 somethings looking for a big house to rent while exploring Moab and partying a bit along the way. For my adult family with fairly high cleanliness standards, especially considering we paid almost 2 grand for 3 nights it was horrible. When we arrived the fridge had flooded the kitchen. Management was responsive on getting someone to the property but the part needed meant that there would be no ice for out stay. Then we started noticing the bugs. When mentioning that to management they said there is an annual nuisance bug that overruns the town. That would be fine, but doesn't explain the spiders, earwigs, and roaches we were finding. Our dog ended up finding the mess of dog food and toys that were left under the TV stand. Those of us who weren't smart enough to wear socks around the house found our feet black before the first night was over. One of the beds was covered in dog hair, so we washed the comforter ourself. The showers had grime all over the walls. Management ended up offering to let us leave or get our cleaning fee back. There was no way we'd find somewhere else to stay that night so leaving wasnt an option. I felt the cleaning fee wasn't enough. We should have been refunded the cleaning a fee and credited another one because we spent our whole first evening doing the job of the cleaners. Management said that was the best they could offer but would look into more when I sent them photos. On our last day I reached out. Was told they were not in front of their computer and would let me know. 3 texts later throughout the week with no response and here we are. No refund of any kind and their rental is way cleaner now that we stayed there than it was before.

Nice place! Fit our needs well. (2 adults and 4 teens). Kitchen stocked with everything (except tongs). We used the crock pot. Hiked all day and came home to a Delicious meal. Plenty of towels. Beautiful view on back patio to enjoy coffee. I was given the wrong pool code. I tried to contact host, and no answer back. On last day, my kids asked a neighbor who gave them the code. Very close to grocery store, cute shops, and restaurants. Slight bug problem. Just needs sprayed. We would stay there again. They thought of all our needs!!! (Dish soap, laundry pods, garbage bags….) no one wants to buy this stuff on vacation!! Thanks for a great time!!!

Great location in Moab
The location is great -- close to downtown restaurants and walking paths. Large living area with nice sectional sofa, well-lit tables and roomy kitchen. The fenced-in, sunny back yard is great, with a good-sized patch of grass for the dogs, with a nice view of the bluffs. Well-supplied with many towels and kitchen supplies.
