Good location - walk to town. Home was nice if not luxurious, fairly well equipped. Quiet. Provided WiFi not useful for streaming or remote work connections, though.

This house has a great location in Moab. Easy access to downtown, biking trails and a very quiet neighborhood. Great way to get together with family and friends to reconnect, have some meals together and enjoy Moab. Walking distance from downtown.

We loved the property and located close to downtown Moab and the Arches.

Great location- walking distance to town. Also it was fantastic to have a garage to store our bikes. We also loved the bedroom set-up with 2 twin beds in each of the 'kids' rooms- our kids didn't have to share beds! We had a fantastic trip!

This condo was is the perfect location. Easy walk or bike into downtown and to get to the Moab bike path. The little terrain park at the end of the street was great too. We loved having coffee every morning on the back patio. The garage was also key to store our bikes.

There were lots of extra blankets, pet sheets to cover furniture, lots of room and variety of pillows. Spotless

We traveled to Moab with all the grandparents and our twins and found this to be a great home base for Jeeping, Biking (Porcupine Tours picks up walking distance from the unit), and sightseeing. The boys enjoyed the pool, which was a long but manageable walk away, and the Moab BMX park being biking distance was also fun for them.

Home was as advertised. We rented this property for five nights. It was comfortable and served its purpose. We very much enjoyed our time in Moab.

If you are looking for a place to land and are not expecting extravagance, than this might be the place. The living room is large and capable of seating a family. The game table is a nice touch. Bedrooms were accommodating, but would only give an “ok” rank for comfort. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap for your shower. The kitchen has coffee filters and your own sponge and dish soap, which is nice. But the laundry room only had a couple laundry pods and no dryer sheets, so bring your own. The biggest issue we had was the stained carpet and bugs. Someone must have sprayed prior because there were dead spiders on the floor. We understand not wanting anyone to track in dirt, so they request that your shoes be removed at the front door, but I would suggest bringing slippers to walk around in. The management company is very responsive to needs, so any issue should be taken care of promptly.

The good: Nice central location, great fenced back yard with rock view, dogs allowed.
Not so good: Very poor lighting in dungeon-like living areas (natural light only near sundown, no lamps and only harsh ceiling lighting in living area; dark art-glass lighting fixtures in dining/kitchen and only one working dining bulb on top of that); some dated decor (which wouldn’t matter so much if the rate/fees weren’t so high); and ridiculously strict and inconvenient management (when I asked if I could check in before 4 since there were no guest the night before my checkin I was abruptly told I was “not allowed to ask for that”; when only one key was provided and I asked for a second one for the other adult, I was told I could not have it).
These might not be deal breaker’s depending on preference, but are perhaps helpful for realistic expectations considering the nightly rate and added fees.

I gave a 1 star review, but we actually loved the house. The one big disappointment was however that we could not find the pool, before we had phoned with the helpdesk for 45 minutes. This remark has been made by other visitors as well, but they keep refusing to add the specific address of the pool, add a simple map or otherwise make it easier.

Great location and perfect dog friendly house in Moab. Didn’t release until we were there that it has its own fenced in back yard! Loved being able to walk into town. The garage was great for storing our mountain bikes out of the way.

Great location! Close to everything (Arches, Main Street shooed and restaurants) but still quiet and restful. Very clean, cozy and organized home (exactly what we’d hope for). It was a prefect place for our thanksgiving vacation with my husband and two boys. Really appreciated the check in & check out communication via text msgs. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great place for our bike weekend. Centrally located, roomy, and clean.

This spacious house is super clean, close to town, all the trails, and Arches Natl Park. Quiet neighborhood and private yard to let the pooches run. Very dog friendly. Also great 2 car garage to park in. We will be back for sure! The only feedback I would give is to get rid of twin beds in at least one of the other bedrooms so another couple could stay there as well.

I notified the property management the day we arrived about ants plentiful in the kitchen. Response was quick and they sprayed the next day but we noticed them on the counters and in drawers even as we checked out. I found a few crawling on me so I just can’t give the stay a high rating.

We liked our stay at this property. The only thing I can recommend is to have the pool code and pool location information given to you at check-in as we had to call 2 times for this information and Vacasa gave us the wrong pool code #. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!

Great location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. Also convenient for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. House is spacious, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. I have two comments that are meant to improve the property: the carpet has tacks protruding throughout the house which makes barefoot walking ; more lamps are needed throughout. We are all readers and it was tough to see!

This 3 bedroom house had room for everyone, and was walking distance to the main street. Loved the washer and dryer, especially after a long sweaty day of hiking!

The house was in a great location, close enough for walking to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed having plenty of room to spread out, foosball tournaments, and late night card games at the large dining table. Coffee on the patio had a great view as well. The house was clean and had all the necessities if you wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for the family
This was a great home base for our short stay in Moab. Provided plenty of room for our family of five. Easy walking distance to restaurants. And the kids had a lot of fun with the foosball table in our downtime.

Great place in a great location
I have been doing an annual bike trip to Moab for several years. This location was my favorite one. Being able to walk to the food trucks was a bonus after a long day in the saddle. The place was clean, well stocked with amenities, and a comfortable place to rest.

Moab stay not worth the money
This property was not as advertised. We arrived to the outside trash can at the front door overflowing & scattered over the yard because animals had gotten into it. Found ants in kitchen & bath and a bathtub that filled up as you took a shower & drained very slowly. The TV in the living area kept turning itself off as you watched it. Carpets appear to be original to the place & the furniture especially the beds seemed to be the same. Will never stay here again.

Clean with lots of space. It’s close to Main Street and restaurants and it’s dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place with the opportunity to be even better.
Spacious, clean, quiet, good location. But only salt and pepper provided- no cooking oil, spices, etc. And no tissues. The carpet needs to be restretched to get rid of the ridges. Need instructions for the a-v equipment.

Great amenities (garage, stocked kitchen, lots of space, great location...) for a great price. No issues with check-in or home

Did the trick!
It was a fine home but left plenty to be desired. The 2 coffee pots were broken and took some redneck enginuity to get a pot brewed. (But they did provide a few filters, yay) The TV stand is LEGIT held together with a ratchet strap (hilarious) but very 1 star. The couch was a bit torn up but comfy considering we never sat down because the TV wasn't easily connected to anything. Kids loved the pool but hated that we waited 30+ min to get another guest to let us on since vacasa provided inaccurate code for entry. The beds were comfy enough and plenty bedding/towels provided. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen even with it a little out dated. It was a fine place to crash, but nothing luxurious about it.

Perfect location and incredibly clean!
I rented for a week and the location was exactly what I was looking for. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants and only a few miles from Arches National Park which I visited every day. The house itself was VERY CLEAN!! I even walked around bare foot which I would never do in a hotel! The kitchen was adequate and there were lots of extra towels and blankets. It was nice that they included a couple dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. I wasn't too happy with the property management though. I messaged them 3 times to let them know that my flight was cancelled and would arrive a day late so they wouldn't think I was a no show and cancel my reservation. They never messaged back. I've rented other homes before and had direct contact with the owners and had a much better experience. Despite that, I had a nice visit and would recommend to others.

Excellent location in Moab
We were in Moab to attend several Moab Music Festival events. The condo is conveniently located to the events, to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, to some lovely walking paths, and to the center of town. The unit was very clean; has a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds; had plenty of clean towels; and we had access to the community swimming pool. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our stay was quite enjoyable.

Great base in Moab within walking distance to downtown
This property is a good base in Moab just a short walk to downtown. It is a little dated but we knew that going in. The sheets and towels could be replaced but were fine. We had tons of room for a family of four and the location was great.
