Poor & bad ever... With high prices

All the things mentioned are created by Photoshop Very poor compared to all.... Only the room service is slightly acceptable.

Not clean Poor location Pools are not working & can't use . Only for photography No food available inside , should come from an outside restaurant. No kitchen Plats provided on request, may be 10 - 15 year old plastic plates... Very much poor.... Can't use the name RESORT

Very nice location to stay as colawa beach is only five minutes one of the cleanest&calm beach which I have liked than palolam beach Ram &his brother at resort are very helpful ,&breakfast was good Nice to stay here

Breakfast was outdoor and the number of flies and birds was a put off. Reception needs to look more professional as it seems abit off whilst checking in to a property else everything was good

Very reasonable and comfortable

Everything. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room boys Manish and one more were very humble and helpful. It is very clean and comfortable.

Complementary breakfast has very very limited options. No room service for food, tea etc. Also room is not cleaning daily.

By paying 5000rs/day we won't get hot water for bath and additions towels for next day and no house keeping service.

Bad experience with family. No food and poor location.

Staff and Flat size.

There is no food in resort. Room cleaning is every third day. Very poor. Location is poor. There is no shop or mart or public transport in 1 km distance. Focus is only on providing rooms and nothing else. Pool is also dirty and not cleaned daily. There is no security guard in resort.
