Pleasant, Clean Homestay near Beach (& very Good Value)

The place was clean, had a water filter, fridge, basic cooking equipment, good A/C in the bedroom and fans in the bedroom and living room. There were also two small terraces. I warmed to the owner Jasmine, she organised my laundry and a taxi to my next location, and was a great communicator by WhatsApp. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the main junction with restaurants and mini supermarkets. Great value for money, and a pleasant stay.

No negatives really – but be aware you'll need to pay cash on arrival.

Extremely clean room and bathroom. Jasmine is a very sweet host who showed us where we could fill our water bottles and use the microwave. The surrounding area is so green and peaceful.

It was immaculately clean and I would possibly return with my wife. A nice touch is the little room with so you can make up picnic or snack

Not worth as per price tag

Owner behaviour

As per amount charged, not worth at all. With this similar amount in the same proximity one can get, larger rooms, free breakfast, lift, garden, , swiming pool, pick and drop to beach and many others. This home stay should not be more than 1500-2500 max in pick season. But dont know why they charged high.

Quiet base for close to attractions in bustling Benaulim

There are lots of lovely things about Mistral holidays - Spacious apartment, quiet location, easy access to beach and restaurants, pleasant garden area with seating, clean. Nice to have a water filter. Helpful staff on hand to assist with fresh towels, taxi bookings etc. Especially liked the restaurant next door (Venzy’s).

There were several wifi boxes but we sometimes had issues with connectivity (not sure if this was to do with the property or service provider issues).

a pleasant and relaxed stay overall

it’s quite homely and relaxed, doesn’t have the hectic vibe of a hotel. the manager/owner was very pleasant and helpful. location is very peaceful and within reasonable walking/driving distance to the beach

the room could have used a night light/lamp shade for dimmer lighting and a couple of more plus points or extension cord. would have been nice if someone was around or picked up their phone at night too

Fantastic !

it’s a very cute property and is maintained very well. Many amenities have been provided and are top notch. The host Jasmine is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Everything at the property was great. transport was a slight issue. I would not recommend Anthony- the car rental service owner nearby. He was rude and unethical.

Amazing and Wonderful stay

Exceptional hosts, Thanks to Jasemine and her daughter Katheleen. I had a wonderful stay, ease and accessibilities were completely sorted. Apartment was neat, tidy and ready and was available when we arrived.

It would be good, if we can have little larger bed for a family with kids, so that you won't need an extra mattresses or something.

Quiet, cozy stay and friendly host

Quiet, cozy homestay with all the basic amenities. The owner is very friendly and stay nearby. You have nearby restaurant where you can have food.

There isnt any network inside room(that's common in south Goa) and wifi was dropping sometimes. There could've been a induction in the kitchenette for quick heating of food or boiling milk.

Peace, Calm, Spacious, Awesome Host, Superb Location - close to Beach.

Jasmine the host was extremely helpful in check-in and we fell sick the next day because of a trek, Jasmine let us stay without any addnl charges. More over beach is like 1km away, food, drinks, stay, everything was more then expectations. Rooms are excellent - clean, spacious, sitout area, kitchen with over, water purifier, water kettle, coffe, milk, tea, plates, glasses, everything which we needed was there in the place We also met her husband, very humble and down to earth person.

No regrets for staying at this place.

Clean, comfortable place to stay in South Goa

This was the best accommodation I had in India. Simple and clean place, close to a wonderful, large beach. Must say this beach was the most tranquil and clean beach comparing it with the ones nearby. The hosts are wonderful people, I thank them for making my stay so well. Check out the beach-front restaurant Hawaii Garden, the food is great there!

Exceptional

Quiet, comfortable stay in a very calm and peaceful area. The hosts were very responsive since the beginning and they even accomodated my last minute booking. It's a short walk to Trinity beach which was clean and very secluded which is a rare thing in Goa these days

It's a little set back from the more happening places which not everyone might like. But if you want a more relaxed vacation, it's a good place to stay
