Excellent location, friendly staff, and good value for money, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, especially

the location is great ( many nice places to eat around the hotel within walking distance ) and spacious enough for family of 4.

The bathroom and all the bedrooms are filled with mold, and I can smell it every time I enter the room. It's definitely not healthy to breathe in, and the hotel needs to remove the mold from the room.

Not bad but I won’t choose next time.

Nice location and friendly staff.

Not all the room got a view and towels looks a bit off. Bed and pillow are not very comfortable to sleep in.

Nice hotel to stay - everything you need

Nice hotel, about 20 minute walk from love lane area (great area for food). The staff were helpful. The room was perfect, everything you could ask for really.

The location could be better, but you can always ride a scooter to places. Walking does take a little time.

Near to foodstreet area. Nearby can find lots of food varieties. Room is spacious. Although the hotel is on busy street area but once window closed, you can hardly heard those traffic sound.

No designated parking for hotel guest. Needed on frequent maintenance of the property. The door in our room giving out sound when closing the door.

A Gem in Penang.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and well designed. Counter and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Location was excellent with many eateries nearby, within walking distance. Many TV channels too.

A small safe in the room will be useful.

Great reception, comfortable rooms, convenient location.

Located conveniently. It’s only 25 to 30mins from the airport by taxi. I chose bus route 102 for RM2.70, which took about an hour and stops about 70m away. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff were very very friendly.

The particular room i booked had windows which could not be opened. There’s no outside view at all.

Food adventure plus decent stay in a nice pristine boutique hotel

Loved the location, so much good good within walking distance, nice clean rooms with very friendly staff providing excellent service, really very walkable to lots of recommended spots

The in room fridge was lousy, hardly could chill anything despite the fridge being changed, could not cool my cold drinks, milk etc, hope they rectify this issue

From the moment we entered into the hotel, the lobby area very Impressive, well decorated, had some space to hang out. Good welcome faces from the front office staffs. They are very helpfull and well mannered. The room is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Clean and well maintained.

With the hotel charges, the hotel should consider to serve breakfast and it would be a plus point. If it was not because of the parking space, I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay! Overall I would recommend!

The staff are super friendly! My period suddenly came and the female receptionist gave me a pad (out of her pocket very likely! Lifesaver!). Convenient location; comfortable room.

1. The TV channel is not stable and freezes frequently; 2. The room is clean but you can still see some dust at the corner; 3. Sound proof not very good, you can hear people talking/closing the door.

very well kept and the staff were amazing helpful and friendly

No free parking but no issue in the end as the staff help us get full day parking at a reasonable price
