About this house rental

Sit back and relax in front of oversized windows framing incredible views of the San Francisco Peaks. Located on the desirable west side of town, our house is two minutes from some of the best hiking and biking trails in the area, yet only five minutes from downtown Flagstaff and ten minutes from NAU. We are located just three miles from the 180 turnoff to the Snowbowl ski area.

Rest assured that we are taking extra care to clean frequently touched surfaces and have cleaning products on hand for guests. The designer decorated home features comfortable bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and tons of space for the whole family. Parks, the Museum of Northern Arizona, and trails are all in walking distance. We provide maps of mountain bike and hiking trails, local information, and sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.

Use our home as a base for wonderful adventures or enjoy simply soaking in the views. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer (elevation over 7000 feet) and able to play in the snow (usually) in the winter. Stay once and you'll understand why this is such a special getaway for our family.

The home sleeps 7-8 persons with four bedrooms (6 adult maximum): Master bedroom with king bed; Bedroom Two with a king bed; Bedroom Three with two twins; and Bedroom Four with a twin bed and twin trundle beneath.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and much bigger than I thought. Beautiful view of the San Francisco peaks and very close to Snowbowl activities. Highly recommend a pizza lunch on the patio of Fratelli's up the road.

We rented here over the Christmas holiday and the location is perfect. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a park about 5 minutes walking distance. 5 minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff, 30 minutes to Williams (Bearazona, Deer Feeding), 1:15 to Grand Canyon, 8 minutes-ish to snow Bowl, 15 minutes to North Pole Experience (yes I have young boys). From the time we secured the rental until we left, Becky was an amazing communicator with the myriad of questions that I had. The house has pretty much everything one needs. We did however bring our own air fryer (Becky let me know the house did not have one). Hot water was great, washer/dryer huge plus, smart tv that the renter can log into their own accts (Netflix, Disney, etc), ping pong table in garage, parking in driveway for easy loading/unloading. It all was great. Only “knock”…. The beds were so soft, but that’s a personal thing as I like hard beds. We are planning to come back to Flagstaff in the summer and we will rent with Becky again. The layout of the house is spacious and inviting. There are multiple bedrooms, an office, and quiet areas out of the way from the main living spaces where people can find quiet. I do the cooking and I could live in the kitchen. Frequently VRBO's have minimal things with which to cook meals. Not here. I couldn't think of anything I needed while we were there. The house is located close to the main attractions of the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We took some of our family members on a tour of the house via FaceTime and they all wanted to come with us next time. I rate this house in the top 1% of all the VRBO's in which we have stayed.

Great location for visiting Flagstaff as well as Grand Canyon and Sedona. Very comfortable home with for our family of five (two adults, two teens and one tween) to hang out together but also for each person to have his or her own space. We especially loved the Ping Pong table in the garage and the big kitchen table for board games and meals. Beautiful view of the mountain from living room and kitchen and 2 of the 4 bedrooms too. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Flagstaff and highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our multi-generation family. My parents who can't climb stairs were able to stay in the downstairs master bedroom and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious so people can cook together. There is a large dining room table so everyone can dine. Area to watch TV with reclining chairs and view outside. Beds are comfortable and the house is very clean. Nice backyard with a hammock and grill. Located near downtown and hiking paths. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this lovely house. It is very comfortable and is in a great location. It has an open kitchen dining area that is wonderful for family gatherings plus it has beautiful mountain views. It’s also is easy to get to both Flagstaff downtown restaurants and Snowbowl for hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. It’s a favorite place with us and we hope to return.

Even though I saw the listing photos, I found this to be a unique property upon arrival. There’s a lot of small nooks that you can relax in, the entryway is pretty interesting, and the overall house has a lot of character. The location was great for going to the Grand Canyon, and it was about 15 minutes to get into the main part of town. Everything was clean and towels were well stocked. The kitchen could probably use more cooking utensils, but it had a surprising assortment of basic cooking ingredients like oil and spices. Unfortunately the floor creaks a lot, but the house overall is roomy and comfortable. The ping pong table was a huge hit with the kids, as well as the backyard. Thanks for offering a cozy place to stay!

I've stayed in more than 100 homes from the VRBO site and I'd have to say, Becky has to be the most communicative host I've had. From the day I booked this home, until the day we left Becky was VERY helpful. Her home is VERY clean, has everything you need and the view is AMAZING. Drink a cup of coffee from multiple rooms in the home and over look the mountain. During our stay in early April, the mountain was still snowcapped. 2 thumbs up!

We think of this home as our Flagstaff home and have stayed many times over the years, usually to ski at Snowbowl, but we’ve also done a summer getaway. We have more room than we need for our family of 4 but we enjoy spreading out. So cozy, clean and well stocked. We’ll definitely be back.

We were very happy with this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Flag. It was really perfect for my husband and I and our three young kids - some nice outdoor space for playing games or relaxing in the hammock, lovely streets for walking and a nearby playground, and very easy access to everything we wanted to do in and around Flagstaff. The property was clean, check-in and check-out were easy, and it was so easy to communicate with Becky. We hope to be back!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughters. The space was perfect for having some elbow room. The home is clean, well appointed, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Although the nearby fires caused local forest (trail) closures, the neighborhood had many nearby trails which were a pleasure to explore. It's not too far to reach the historic downtown and yet fall to sleep with the scent of pine trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left with many treasured family memories.
