About this apartment rental
Enjoy a true ski-in/ski-out vacation experience in our comfortable and convenient 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom, 2-story ski condo at the base of Copper Mountain in East Village.
The building is just steps from the Super Bee lift. You can literally ski down right to the back entrance of our building (please note that early season conditions may limit the terrain and/or lifts that are open in East Village - please check the Copper Mountain website for terrain status and openings). Guests can enjoy a morning on the mountain and ski down for lunch or a quick break in the condo before heading back out. Unlike other properties that claim ski-in and ski-out, but require you to walk 10 blocks through a ski village or have you ski a mile on a cat track on the outskirts of the resort, our condo is steps from the best high-speed lift and skiing Copper mountain has to offer.
2 of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has 2 queens, allowing 8 people to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom with a shower (see the full description of bedrooms below). This unit is perfect for families and larger groups.
The unit is located on the top floor of the Fox Pine Condo building and is an end unit, which minimizes foot traffic and noise.
The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area so you can cook complete meals. It also includes 3 balconies with views of the 10 mile range.
Guests receive 1 parking pass for covered garage parking directly below the condo building. Overflow parking in the main lot is available as well. A ski locker is also provided in the garage to store your ski equipment.
The building includes an outdoor patio and hot tub that faces Copper Mountain. After a long day of skiing, guests can relax and rest in the hot tub and enjoy the mountain ambiance. The patio also includes a propane barbecue grill.
Bedroom #1: King suite on the main floor with separate lock-off door and access. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, shower, closet, private balcony with mountain views, and a 50-inch HD TV with cable and Roku for streaming your favorite shows.
Bedroom #2: King suite on the top floor in the loft. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, shower, closet, private balcony with mountain views, and a 58” smart HDTV with cable and streaming capabilities. Please note that this bedroom is in a loft that overlooks the first floor living room. A half-wall provides privacy, but this suite is not fully walled-off from the first-floor. Access to bedroom #3 is through this loft.
Bedroom #3: Suite with 2 queen beds. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, shower, closet, and 42” smart HDTV with cable and streaming capabilities. (See pictures and video for a better understanding of the room layout.)
For family fun, the condo is just a few steps away from the Copper Mountain tubing hill (separate pass required). The condo unit includes an array of sleds for sledding right out the back of the building. The Woodward at Copper (separate pass required) indoor terrain park is less than a half mile away for daredevils of all ages who want to practice their flips and 720s in a safe environment any time of the year regardless of what the snow conditions are. The alpine sled in Center village is a short shuttle or walk away.
For entertainment, 4 flat-screen televisions are included throughout the condo unit, each including cable, streaming capabilities, and a library of DVDs (including lots of classic ski movies). A library of board games, cards, and other activities is also included.
For adventures outside of Copper Mountain, the condo is in close proximity to other great mountain ski areas and towns:
Vail: 25 minutes by car or shuttle.
Breckenridge: 30 minutes by car or shuttle.
Keystone: 20 minutes by car or shuttle.

The photos in the listing are accurate. You’ll have everything you need to stay comfortably here. Third full bathroom was an asset, and the place was very clean. Only drawbacks: Hardware on doors and closet could use an update, and the condo could use some fresh paint throughout. It’s time to replace the floor mats in bathrooms. On the upside, the unit was well stocked with coffee, kitchenware, towels, humidifiers, floor fans, and board games. The location is incredible. We REALLY appreciated the ability to hop right on the SuperBee lift behind the condo complex. No schlepping of gear through a resort village- we were on the slopes in less than 5 minutes. Only word of caution- no beginner trails from too of SuperBee, so if you have a beginner in your crew, you’ll want to take a bus to start at Center or West Village. This condo is in East Village. The bus system is easy to navigate, though. Our family had a great time in Copper, and the slopes and lift lines felt uncrowded, even on a busy President’s Day holiday weekend.

We enjoyed the convenient access to the ski lift. Big dining table was very nice for a large group. The mattresses could have been more comfortable. Facility itself is bare bones, but the hot tub was big enough for a dozen or so people and did not have too much of a trouble using it.

This delightful ski-in, ski-out is exactly as advertised. Most copper MT locations require a walk- sometimes quite a walk, shlepping skis from the condo to the lift. Here its one step to the snow and 30 yards of flat to the lift. Just as amazingly communicative and patiently answered my questions and accommodated my requests. Note that as pictured accurately by the host the dining/living area is a bit small if you have a full house and the building (like all at copper) is a bit dated, but the action is all outdoors and I’d happily stay here again!

Really great location in East Copper. Overall easy to access. Let’s had to be picked up in Dillion so it was a bit out of the way coming from Eagle airport but on the way of coming from Denver.

Our first time with a ski in ski out condo! The best!!! Maximized our time on the mountain. Condo was perfect with every bedroom having their own bathroom! And the communication was instant for the couple questions we had throughout the weekend! We’ll be back!

Stayed in Copper Mtn for a wedding. The unit was right near the venue and within walking distance
The host and management company were very accommodating and responded with minutes. Had some issues with our key cards and the management company brought us new ones. Definitely recommend this beautiful property!

Great Location
The location of this property can’t be beat as you are RIGHT at the base of Super Bee however cleaning could have been better as there was an odor of smoke and the bathrooms had noticeable dirt/hair from the prior group. Check-in does require you to stop in Dillon first which I wasn’t fully expecting. Would have been 5 stars if not for the cleanliness issues.

Perfect ski in out location
Perfect location if you want to ski to lift and back to property. Loved hot by the slopes. Comfy condo. Would stay here again.

Great ski in / ski out!
Loved the location. The unit is as advertised and met our needs really well. The buildibg has an elevator which was fantastic for getting everything up to the third floor unit after a long day skiing. Nothing luxury here, just a very convenient, functional, clean unit. My wife had unkind words for the "too soft" master bedroom matress, but she likes really firm and this one was quit soft. Ski in / ski out unurs are expensive. Bang for the buck, I felt very good about this unit and the experience.

This condo was perfect for our family ski weekend! It is right next to the Super Bee lift. The kitchen is well equipped and has the right amount of space for us.

Perfect for families!
We will definitely stay here again! This floor plan is perfect for families. We took grandparents for this trip and the floor plan worked perfectly for that— they had downstairs bedroom/bathroom and our family had all of the upstairs + kids had their own room! Because this is a 3rd floor unit, it was extremely quiet! We also loved that the hot tub was facing the mountain so we could watch skiers coming down. The owner was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had.

The property is conveniently located to Copper’s Super Bee, multiple rental opportunities (Christy’s and Copper), east village and the Copper shuttle for access to Center and West village.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful trip as a family at Copper. However, the condo was a huge disappointment. To begin with having to pick up the keys to the unit in Dillon was inconvenient as we came from a different direction. The unit itself was old, dated, and in need of a lot of TLC. It felt dirty and a lot of things were broken.
The first day we found out that the ski lifts at the bottom of the condo (making it a ski in ski out) were closed because of racing. We then tried to go in the hot tub and the key didn’t work. We called the property manager and he didn’t know how to fix the problem. Which later in the evening we were instructed by the management to reach around the gate to open it from the inside. The first night we were woken up in the middle of the night to a carbon monoxide detector alarm. My husband was able to fix that. The next day the toilet over flowed which we fixed as well. Then the second night we were awoken to a full building smoke alarm and evacuation. The fire department said it was a broken water pipe. We were never contacted by any managers to assure our safety. In addition two, different times there was fresh dog poop left in the main lobby for several days, which other guests themselves remediated by placing a table over it seeing there seemed to be no on site staff. Finally, the last day the hot tub was cold. Which was a huge disappointment seeing we were all in our suits outside and the tub was ice cold. The manager said the hot tub wasn’t their responsibility.
One last w, the keys they give you are cards and can be deactivated by proximity to credit cards and cell phones. The fact that there is no staff on the property to help is a concern. I think a key pad system would be much better. I am sure many guests struggle with this issue.
I think this unit and complex needs a make over and I will not be staying here again nor recommending it.

Comfortable home-base for larger family.
We stayed 4 nights during summer, and used this as home base for day trips. The property itself was clean and comfortable, with with enough space for use to hang out as a group, but also separate and get time apart. Kids were happy. The loft bedroom can get pretty hot. The property manager did leave the wrong keys for us, so it took us a while to actually get into the unit when we arrived, but the people on the phone and who brought the correct keys were responsive and friendly.

Summer family getaway
Wonderful property! Easily accessed, very clean and spacious! The property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. We were escaping for a week of summer fun with four of our kids, the condo was quiet and well stocked to cook for everyone. I loved having my coffee on the deck and enjoying the mountains. The location is wonderful as you can walk to Center Village for activities but East Village is not crowded.

Oklahoman’s take on the slopes.
Our family absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our big family. We loved the fact that the kids had a room to go to. The kitchen was plenty big enough to make lunches and cook up dinner. We also loved the fact that there were 3 bathrooms. Plenty of bathroom time for everyone. When we selected this property to rent, the owners were honest that since we were beginners we would not have the luxury of a “ski in/ski out” condo. However, it was still easy in the fact that you can take the shuttle to the baby slopes! The check-in process was frustrating since we could not get our keys to work. But the owners were super helpful and felt awful for the situation. They even refunded us $50 back for our troubles! We definitely loved our stay, the condo, the mountain, and the owners. We highly recommend this place to stay with your family.

Ski trip
We enjoyed the comforts of home on our family vacation. Had everything we needed. Kids loved having own room. The kids room did have a window opening with shutters that looked out to the downstairs living area. We had to make it clear that they were not allowed to open the shutters and look down below. This was the only thing about our stay that made this Mama nervous. We had a great time and enjoyed the space very much.

Amazing location great accomodatoins!
Our family of 5, (2 adults, 3 children) had an excellent time. The location could not be beat. The condo had plenty of room for us to spend time together as a family and have our own space when needed (teenagers!). The condo has everything you need for a great trip, well appointed, comfortable beds and great decor.
