This is a perfect WeHo location that is walking distance to everything central to West Hollywood. You are literally a block from the West Hollywood Park area and a block from Melrose Shopping area. It is a cute, quiet, and well kept house and makes you feel like a local resident. I could not recommend it more highly and the hosts were incredibly responsive which made the experience even better.

Joel and Charlie were warm, attentive hosts during our six months at Palm Tree House—always responsive if we needed advice or help. Joel made a point of accompanying me to the fabulous rooftop pool at the newly built West Hollywood Recreation Center to give me resident access, allowing me to swim outdoors all winter. Such a treat! You can’t beat the location: Beverly Hills, Melrose, and Santa Monica’s best stretch of restaurants and bars are only a few minutes' walk away. This is a gem of a property – an updated period 2-bed, 2-bath – with outdoor space. There’s nothing like it. (And if you’re a VPR fan, you are just 3 minutes from a certain sandwich shop, SUR, and TomTom.) You might even see familiar faces at The Abbey, right around the corner.

The house is terrific -- warm, bright, spacious, beautifully furnished -- in a great location, easy access to everything, and Joel is a sensational host -- anything you need, he'll get it for you instantly. My 5-week stay there was an absolute pleasure, and I can't wait to be back! Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! I had medical treatment for 2 months at UCLA Health. This was a perfect location for daily trips to Westwood. Make sure to go to Granville restaurant just around the corner … a quiet three block walk. Joel and Charlie are so kind and responsive!

Lovely home, well appointed and everything you need to make a longer term stay feel like you’re home. Fantastic location, near shops and places to eat. Landlord is incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. Would recommend very highly!

The house and neighborhood are both very cozy. Many restaurants and shopping are walking distance, and the walk is very pleasant due to the tree-lined street. Also, Joel and Charlie are both very nice and accommodating.

Lovely home. Very clean. Great location. Wonderful owners right next-door. We enjoyed our stay. There were standard items missing like toilet paper, detergent, soap, light bulbs out and needed some additional furniture. We requested all that was needed and the owners cheerfully supplied everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this property!

My only hesitation in providing this review is that other people will love this house and it will get more expensive, or harder to book - or both.
We just stayed in Joel's house for six nights and had a great time. Location was fantastic - walked to many places for lunch, dinner or shopping. House was very cute, well appointed and as advertised.
We had one minor issue - due to construction, the water heater wasn't on when we checked in around 1000P - but Joel had his contractor there at 1100P that night to fix things - unbelievable service.
Highly recommend - we would definitely stay there again.
