We are a family of four with two teenage girls and a dog and it was not kid friendly + pet fee and not “pet friendly” and seemed to cater to outside guests rather than hotel guests. - The pool became 21+ after 1pm w/ dress code for the evening - Dress code for the restaurant next to it - No green spaces for pets - not sound proof with the parties going on below or nearby Overall would not stay if bringing family or pets. And we were not made aware of dress codes until we walked up to it.

Hotel is ok, but expensive for the price. Rooms feel a little outdated even though they’ve been upgraded. Basic amenities and have stayed in nicer appointed hotels in the region. Found myself hanging at the 1 Hotel down the road more than this hotel.

Used to be the place to be. It’s now subpar, especially the pool area where we were served food in take-out containers and charged a fortune. We returned our food as it was worse than you’d encounter in coach class on a low-cost airline. Guacamole spread from Costco served with stale corn chips was an example. Come on guys. Not the boutique hotel it used to be when it was competing with the other hip spots on Sunset.

The hotel was really nice and everyone was really helpful. I would say the downside, was that they charge an excessive amount as a “resort fee” for parking, pool, WiFi, and I utilized none of those services. I thought when I booked I paid everything, but this extra fee stinks especially when you don’t use anything!

The hotel is fine. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet. This is not the hotel. I was put in a beautiful suite but around 10pm loud noises and banging went on until 12:30. Sounded like I was put on the floor where a large trash compactor was. Just tons of banging. Also the sky bar closes at midnight. Not a quiet stay.

Very cool and popular hotel, great outdoor pool, club party at night with DJ, great restaurant, and excellent community area with walkable to many outdoor restaurants. Overly expensive valet parking but overall hotel is cool.

It honestly has not changed in 20 years. 3rd stay (always booked because of work preference) and the story is the same, loud music late into the night. Sunday night, Wed. night its all the same. Regardless of how high your room is. It is a scene, which may be the draw for some but try to avoid if that is not why you are in LA. My room was large and with a great view but the noise & too soft bed made it rather difficult to sleep.

The area is great and the rooms are a great size aswell. The property has a great pool and bar area for day or night. Close to all the great restaurants and shopping in WeHo. Was just disappointed to not receive the VIP benefit.

The staff was amazing, the pool was amazing. My room had a window facing the pool and i couldn't hear a sound when the parties were going on. It was just an overall amazing experience.

Club Scene!! Hotel is great if you are 21 and over and love a noisy club scene. If you don’t, this hotel is not for you. After 6 pm, and earlier on weekends, you have to be 21 and over to enjoy most of the hotel amenities including the pools. The areas turn into clubs open to outside public - even though you are the pne paying the hotel fee. In addition, the club music is so loud that it can be heard (it vibrates) and felt through double slding doors. In terms of positives…. Beautiful and spacious bathrooms.

The lobby and pool area are dingy and full of uncomfortable and some, stained seating. No pretty flowers anywhere either…There is a an extremely unattractive dirty plastic tent over the pool. You would think you would get a water or glass of champagne at check in?? Is that old time? classy?

It was beautiful but I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and when I came back around 5pm, the maid was in my room cleaning. I felt completely violated and shocked because I left a lot of valuables out. She told me she didn’t speak English and continued to clean as we asked her to leave. She then left all of our trash and our floors soaking wet so I am not sure what her intentions of going in were. She then went on the elevator and didnt even clean any rooms next to us. Super sketchy which is sad because I love the Mondrian but that was too much for my liking

Room was not ready on time. Once we got in room there was dust bunnies on floor. Bathroom was needed an update as the tiles were cracked and facets didn’t work well. View was the only the nice thing. Asked for ice and never got it twice. Over charged my coffee tab and said they call me to correct and never did.
