Lovely property. Excellent base for visiting Penzance and surrounding country.

Great property conveniently located in a quiet residential part of Penzance. Looks over the owner’s lovely garden which you are free to use. Off street parking. The property is very well equipped (including fridge, freezer, washing machine, satellite television, oven/ microwave and small hob). Sue was very welcoming and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our break at Chy Lowarth. We were able to visit St. Michael’s Mount, Cape Cornwall, Art gallery/ museum in Penzance, and several nearby English Heritage and National Trust properties (including a stunning garden) all within a few miles of the property. The proximity of Newlyn and the fresh fish from Stevensons was a real bonus.

Fantastische plek om even tot rust te komen. Penzance is een gezellig stadje aan de kust.

Super ontvangst door leuke dame, zeer mooie tuin en goed verblijf alles is aanwezig.

Beautiful property, excellent base, wonderful hosts

Beautiful location! Sue had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable including some excellent suggestions of things to do! Loved our stay and will recommend to friends!

Exceptional

A delightful property with absolutely everything you could possible need - including a food hamper. The host, Sue, was extremely helpful with car parking arrangements. The garden with lots of comfy furniture was a massive bonus. Incredibly relaxing and within easy reach of the promenade and main shopping area. 10 minutes walk.

Great location and facilities.

Apartment had a lot more included then expected. Full kitchen and everything required to prepare and cook food if required. Lovely to have milk and bread supplied. Great location, comfortable bed, shower wad great. Friendly host.

Cozy and spacious apartment in Penzance

Very spacious, very well furnished and quiet. Walking distance from Penzance town centre. The hosts are very helpful and organised, they even did some basic shopping for us (bread, milk, etc ).

Lovely cottage style accommodation, very quiet. Owner is such a lovely lady, quick run diwn on the how to, where to and home treats were fantastic. Best place to stay !!

Lovely place to stay, would stay again. Hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of privacy.

The bed mattress was very tough, and I would possibly suggest a new mattress or a mattress topper. Other than that, i absolutely loved it.

comfortable, homely space all with thoughtfulness and care.

Lovely spacious place with homely feel, everything is well thought out and the welcome pack is a fantastic little touch. beautiful garden and a very comfortable space. Everything information wise and instructions for equipment neatly provided which was very helpful.

the tv colours were set very high and oddly, I couldn’t quite work out how to fix it however that wasn’t much of an issue either

Perfect!

We have stayed here multiple times now and we are happy everytime we stay, we were welcomed by sue and Steve with a nice fresh warm homemade loaf of bread this time which was a very warm welcome, as always the place is spotless and perfect for our needs; we will continue to stay here whenever we come down to Penzance!

We were visiting family and Chy Lowarth was ideally suitable for us. The host was very accommodating. Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, butter, jam and marmalade were also provided. The accommodation was very clean and contained all necessary kitchen appliances. Lovely view of their garden and patio

The accommodation is reached down a narrow driveway. However there is also parking available on the road however.
