O preço é razoável. A localização é muito boa.

Não estava especificado no site que a limpeza do quarto é de sua responsabilidade. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia, porém a limpeza das áreas comuns não foi feita nenhuma vez durante a minha estadia. Então estava precária.

did not even check in. due to thier changing on booking

I booked a room with bathroom included but they asked me to to use the room with separate bathroom and gave me address not the same where I booked. I didn’t check in and booking should refund that money

Beautiful and spacious house, friendly cleaning staff. I just wish it were a bit closer to downtown.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean!

The location. We had to drive 30 minutes to all of the major attractions. Yet the price was worth it.

WORST stay ever!!! Terrible experience at Kim's hotel and also with booking.com customer service.

Just Okay

WE never got our Private Family suite with bathroom, living space with sleeper couch and kitchen. They gave us two rooms one on main floor and other on top floor. Our gamily has to split in two parts. As a guest we had to share everything with other guests; as we were told that we will get private bathrooms and kitchen. Wrong description for everything. The beds were too small and no toiletries or anything was available. You can't even adjust your own thermostats as they all are covered. Its hard to communicate as well. Even if you change your mind. They force you yo leave at their cut off time. Not even sure if you will get any refund. We were standing on the streets at midnight. they told us if we don't leave before 12 they will charge us for next day. At time they cant contact the host because its too late. They showed us different unit but the managers themselves weren't sure if there is any internet. NOTE - If you have little kids or toddlers definitely don't book here.

Property is okay but the washroom was not cleaned properly. It had hairs all over the floor and shower curtain was disgusting.

The bed, strong and comfy

The bathroom was far from my room. Four rooms pee one bathroom. Had to wait for the other guests to come out from the bathroom before I could use the washroom.

This is a cheap hostel not a hotel

Building is nice, location is 10min walking from train station.

Dirty, was not cleaned once during the 3 days I was there. Bathroom floors sticky. VERY loud water noises on apartment 106 every time someone flushes, also noise from laundry room neighboring room 106. Bedsheets and furniture picked from a thrift store? Towels were old and starting to get grey. Bedroom door was glass (!) with vinyl layer that didn't really block light, so cheap they didn't even change the door to what must have been an office. It's like whatever they could put on the house mortgage looks good, everything else is absurdly poorly done. I felt cheated by the current scores and price... This is lower quality than many hostels, keep that in mind when comparing prices.

Exceptional

Perfect place for budget stay if you’re planning to travel to Vancouver. For it’s price can describe it is as the best what you can find on Booking as price/quality. Very nice and friendly owner. Always in touch if you need any help or support. Good rooms, who is everything that you need inside. Despite the fact that we travelled at winter time - it was warm inside, plus every room has additional heater if you need it. good Wi-Fi and smart TV was also there. From the house to the Vancouver city centre approximately 40 minutes ride by train. But you won’t feel any problems about that. Good public transport location, house is one minute away from the bus stop and five minutes away from train stop, that will be perfect if you don’t have a car. So everything was cool !)

A little bit weird rule that you need to throw your trash from rubbish bin during checkout. Never met anything like that in any apartments/rooms or houses…

Horrible, don't come here

The only good thing about this place was that it was the cheapest option. But also, it's cheap for a reason and that reflects in everything that is wrong with this place.

The never ending list of rules and things that you're not allowed to touch or use even in the kitchen The DIRT everywhere, including the room, bedding, fridge, etc... The location is HORRIBLE, you'll spend hours in traffic to get to Vancouver. The HOST IS RUDE AND CARELESS. I had the worse experience with them, they have no sense of hospitality.
