L'appartamento era perfetto, aveva tutto il necessario e molto comoda la posizione, Daniela é stata sempre gentilissima
4.0 / 5.0
Daniela reached out to me with a text to arrange to meet me.
Then--SHE HELPED ME CARRY MY SUITCASE UP TO THE FOURTH FLOOR!!!
The apartment is roomy and very clean.
I enjoyed the espresso maker and the tea kettle.
The location is very good. It is a 10 minute walk for most people from the train station--from the east entrance to the station. It is then walking distance to the center of the city--another mile or so.
The room temperature was adjustable
I knew that the apartment had no lift (elevator) but I did not know it was so many flights to the apartment. If I had known, I would not have booked it. But, as I wrote above, Daniela helped me with my bag so it was all right. Going down was not a problem.
The unit does not have a microwave. For me--this is important.
The shower is small and has no shelves to put shower items--everything has to go on the floor.

We did not know that the apartment is on the last floor of the building without elevator. So for us being elderly people it was very difficult to get up with our bags there and the same on the way back. Pity it wasn’t mention on reservations.

Great overall experience. Smooth check-in (Daniela, thank you for waiting me from the train). Nice neighborhood (as long as you don't mind walking a few blocks from the station). Comfy, clean, the apt. has almost everything you can think of (see below in improvement hints). Good value for money.
With some food ordered or brought from takeaway, one thing could make the property ideal - a microwave oven.

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes walking by the train station and 20 minutes walking from the city centre.
The apartment is in a quiet area, cleaned and spacious. The landlady also left some coffee, tea and other condiments for us to dispose of, even if breakfast was not included.
I was there for work with a colleague and the internet connection worked very well (both of us were in video meetings all the time and often at the same time).
Definitely recommended
it is 3 floors without an elevator! if you have a lot of luggage or with a mobility disability, this accommodation is definitely not for you.
We had some issues with the neighbours as they were complaining about the noise we made while doing some physical training at 18.30 in the afternoon! The good part was that Daniela (the landlady) was super understandable and let us finish as she understood that at that time it is normal to make noise (also totally allowed by the law) but this is something to take into consideration.

Clean comfortable 800 m from train station
Very nice market 300 m
1. 4 floor - for me its not issue
2. A lot of Immigrants in the neighborhood - not nice feeling when i walk a night.
3. noisy - i really don't know the reason. I think child with ball. Early at morning and late at evening. I am sure it is not outside of the building.
I try to write just facts, not emotion.

The apartment is spacious and light, and was a very comfortable place to stay for a week in Bologna. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, as well some store-cupboard basics like olive oil and sugar. Daniela met me at the apartment when I arrived, and was very friendly and helpful in showing me around - she has also compiled a useful file of local sights, restaurants, and amenities. The apartment is convenient for the station, which was good for making day trips out to Ferrara, Ravenna, etc.. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna.

Location
it was on the 5th floor. No elevator. Had to carry heavy suitcases up and down (with Italians screaming at me.)

I liked that it was very spacious and comfortable

It is a comfortable and fully equipped flat - with separate bedroom, kitchen (including coffee machine) and bathroom, tv with plenty of (italian) channels, two a/c pannels (one a bit loud though). No problems with receiving keys. It is definitely a good price to quality ratio.
Far from the city centre (30 minutes walk) but of course you can expect that looking at the map. Bedroom's a/c is really loud but the one in the kitchen will do the work easily. I know it is usually warm in Italy but personally I was mising a duvet.

Daniela was so disposable all the time, punctual and friendly. The flat is pretty, super clean and warm. Even the big bed was so comfortable. I strongly recommend this place for a high quality staying at a fair price!

Excellent apartment, Daniela is hospitable and charming. There is everything you need – like at home and even more. The location is convenient. It`s about 15 minutes by foot to the central railway and the bus station, not far from the apartment building there is the supermarket and the market works on Via Albani. A half-hour`s walk along Via dell'Indipendenza and you will find yourself in the historic center of the city on Piazza Maggiore.
