Newly remodeled home in Donelson just minutes from the airport, Downtown, Opryland area, Lakes and parks. Enjoy this Nashville area home in the center of it all. 10-15 mins to most all attractions ( 7 miles to Downtown-Broadway/1st Ave). Entire home is yours to enjoy. We have 3 bedrms- 2 queen beds, 2 twins and 1 bath. Open floor plan includes fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Den with cable TV and wireless internet. Washer/Dryer, hair dryer, shampoos, iron. We came down from Michigan for a long weekend and a concert. We could not have asked for a better house to rent or a better location, at the price, right in the middle of everything! Took some of the advice for restaurants in the area that were provided and they were a total success! This rental really made our trip home away from home!

Very clean. Location was great for Airport, Opryland and Nashville. Definitely need a car to get around. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with another couple. Everything was perfect and we had just what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies - including coffee and tea - and even some Moon Pies! We made some wonderful meals in the kitchen and relaxed in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Very clean and good for 2 couples on a long weekend adventure. The location was good and handy to get to most places. I highly recommend!

We came to see Pink in concert at Geodis Park. The house was amazing, easy to find and close to tons of ammenties and great restaurants. Minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood, felt very safe!

We came to town on a Cousins trip for a concert and this was the perfect house for us! Carla was so easy to communicate with, the house was ready earlier than we anticipated which was awesome, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed. There was a coffee pot, plenty of kitchen stuff, bathroom necessities, and each room had little fans which we all used for noise. Check in and out was super easy, the location was great - we were close to everything we needed. If I ever find myself back in Nashville I would definitely stay here again.

Carla was a wonderful host! The house was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great neighbor hood location also. House was located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville with just a short drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville!!

Great hospitality and location and such a cute house!! Very clean and they have small portable fans for each room in case you need white noise to sleep. Huge backyard, great for our 3 year old to play in and we loved watching all of the airplanes flying to/from the airport. (Sound-wise you can barely hear them in the house, and it didn't disturb our sleep at all.) Close to Opry Hills Mall, and it was pretty easy to get to downtown. The neighbors were very friendly! There are two playgrounds less than 10 minutes away next to Wave country water park that we went to often. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Carla’s house for 5 nights, it was clean, and had everything we needed. I liked the suitcase stand in each room. Carla was always easily reachable when I had any questions. We had such a good time that we are talking about visiting again, and will stay here again

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and a big back yard! Neighborhood was lovely and very quite. We did not rent a car and relied on LYFT and UBER…and both services were dependable at this location and not too expensive to transport to/from airport and downtown to Broadway. Eating places were within short walking distance from home and we also ordered delivery. However, kitchen was amply stocked if we would have preferred to prepare our own meals. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to the great city of Nashville!!

The house and host were absolutely amazing. Carla provided so much more than necessary for our stay. She really made it one of a kind. The location is super close to a lot of things to do in Nashville and a short Uber ride away. Highly recommend.

Went to Elton John concert. Also re-connected with friends in the area. The location was perfect. Lots of attractions and stores as well as restaurants nearby. I normally stay at hotels but after this experience I will definitely try VRBO properties again. It was wonderful to have a private setting and the host had thought of everything. She even had brochures for area attractions.

Carla is an amazing host. We locked ourselves out at 2:00 am and she was most gracious when I had to call her. We were a bit surprised by the aircraft overhead, but they did not disrupt our sleep at all. They neighbors were friendly and a great help when we needed a battery boost. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

This property was just as listed. They thought if everything. The house was adorable and so easy to access the Opry, shopping, and a quick jump to downtown. The owners were super attentive and great to work with. My teens and I enjoyed our quick family get away.

This house was perfect for our family! The location was great. We felt safe at all times. Carla thinks of everything, including small details like lots of hooks to hang towels and lots of plug in options for electronics, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our time in Nashville. Even though we were close to the airport we could barely hear the planes. Beds were comfortable and we loved how close we were to everything! Management was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you so much!

Our experience was extremely easy. Checking in was a piece of cake. The house is a wonderful small home. Perfect for what we were looking for. Had everything we needed and located in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly huge backyard and we really liked the guest book. Stayed here for a family member’s wedding, perfect location! Clean house, everything you need like shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper provided. Kind host! It didn’t bother us in the least (but in case it matters to someone else), the house is directly under the plane path to land at the airport, our kids loved watching them.

Carla's home was perfect for my husband, our 20 year old sons and myself. Close to the airport, downtown Nashville and grocery stores. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great stay. We loved the back deck and large backyard. Neighbors were very friendly. We had a blast. Thanks Carla.

Great house for a short stay! The owners were fantastic, we had to reschedule twice because of Covid. I can't say enough nice things about dealing with and communicating with them though out scheduling this trip..

We loved this property, my friends and I kept joking about buying the house because the set-up was so nice and we liked the location. Our ubers were not too pricey considering we ubered when we were going to a night on the town. The owner was so nice that we almost debated inviting her to breakfast-but we slept in until noon every day so we never took the initiative, haha. We all had good things to say about how comfortable our beds are and how homey the whole house was. There was also a multitude of towels and it was perfect because we had 4 girls staying there. We felt welcomed and we sure enjoyed the surprise welcome note and wine that awaited us!
