Gulls rest near the village of Beer, is able to sleep 7 thanks to two ground floor double beds, one super-sized king double bed and a ground floor single.
Gull’s Rest features two ground floor double beds; one with an ensuite shower room with basin and WC, and the other has Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom with bath, shower over basin and WC. Alongside this there is one super-king size double with ensuite bathroom with corner bath, shower over basin and WC completed by a TV and Balcony. The ground floor hosts a kitchen with dining area and ground floor basin with WC. Dining room also has a sitting area and gas fire. PLEASE NOTE: NO STAG / HEN PARTIES ACCEPTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed terraced area and lawned area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £100 prior to booking. Beer is situated on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site.
