A beautifully appointed house nestled in the quiet Old Dunsborough pocket at The Waterfront. A mere 50 metres to the stunning Geographe Bay, the house will provide you with a welcome and relaxing refuge for your stay in Dunsborough. We are located within 5 minutes walk to the Dunsborough town for morning coffees, lunches or superb dinners, and eclectic shopping right on your doorstep. However step out to the right of the house and you can enjoy unparalleled vistas and walks along the stunning Geographe Bay.
Comfortably and stylishly furnished the house is an oasis of calm. Just reopened following an extensive renovation which features a brand-new kitchen (with a wine fridge, new fridge/freezer, large pantry), an integrated electric fire heater and Smart TV in bespoke joinery, completed by a beautifully finished flooring throughout, all complemented by fresh paint and modern lighting.
This exquisitely appointed residence is located in the Waterfront enclave and offers a serene and welcoming retreat for your stay in Dunsborough.
The house is furnished with both comfort and style in mind, creating an oasis of tranquillity. Imagine yourself on the balcony, savouring a morning coffee from the DeLonghi Nespresso machine, enjoying breakfast outdoors, or unwinding with a glass of local wine while dinner is prepared on your private BBQ.
The upstairs living area includes the main living room, dining space, kitchen, and master bedroom, complete with a spacious ensuite, all thoughtfully positioned to enhance the overall ambiance.
The kitchen is very well appointed to ensure everything the cook needs to rustle up some delicious meals from local ingredients is to hand and includes a large chef’s oven and Nespresso machine.
The open plan dining area and lounge see the use of natural leather and reclaimed wood in its furnishing to evoke a sense of place alongside the integrated chimney breast, panelling, and plantation shutters. These rooms lead out through cedar French doors onto the expansive desk so that everyone can be connected.
The large master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with stone vanity top and frameless shower.
Downstairs is a further living area so the kids or teenagers can escape and watch their own programmes, or just chill out. This room doubles as an overflow bedroom with king bed (which can be converted to twin beds).
A queen bedroom and king bedroom are also situated on this ground level, the king can be split into 2 twin beds if required. There is a family bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
The renovated laundry features modern front loader washing machine and drier.
All living areas are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, and the upstairs living area along with the master bedroom features ceiling fans to enhance guest comfort.
The property offers unlimited WIFI access for guests' convenience.
For families with children, the property features a secure enclosed backyard ideal for play, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach visits, and undercover parking for two vehicles, along with an additional parking space suitable for a boat.
Crisp laundered bed linen and towels are all provided for your stay, as well as complimentary local soaps and tea and coffee.
On arrival at the property our onsite Managers will meet you at check-in and provide you with a thorough orientation of the property. With the focus entirely on ensuring you have a wonderful stay they will be delighted to share their expert local knowledge of the area, so please ask for their recommendations on the best places to dine, the most exciting activities for children, or just perfect spots to explore and get the most out of your holiday.
The foreshore just metres from the doorstep meanders for kilometres through the peppie trees, natural bushland and stunning coastline affording the keen walker, cyclist or runner any amount of options. Explore the Cape Leeuwin National Park at your leisure (just a few minutes bike ride from the house) and appreciate the natural beauty of the coastline. Whether its wild flowers in spring, whale watching during migration, fishing or exploring which takes your fancy we are ideally placed for you to experience everything happening along the coast.
For families you do not need to look further than the safe inlets along Geographe Bay for your children to explore the rock-pools, low tides and kilometres of beach as a perfect playground for the young or young at heart. During summer the old Dunsborough beach is netted for swimmer safety.
For those who are looking for a full on holiday there are many fishing spots within walking distance that will afford you the perfect spot for fishing. Fancy heading out for a spot of sailing, no problem at all, just visit the Dunsborough Foreshore to rent a catamaran or similar. The Bay is perfect for so many water sports, however if your inclination is to relax, sit back with a glass of wine and watch the world go by consider booking a twilight cruise of the bay through a local sailing provider. With Bicycle rentals in town and on the foreshore no matter whether you are a serious cyclist or just out for a meander, you can see and experience so much in your holiday via the excellent paths along the Bay.
Inclusions: Linen for beds & bath towels are included in your rate, at one bath sheet per person plus one hand towel per bathroom. Should you wish to use more towels these can be rented via the onsite manager at your cost.
Cleaning, linen and towels are included in your daily rate, however we request that guests leave the property as they found it and that if the BBQ is used you clean it prior to departure.
Undercover parking for two vehicles, with a third parking space (uncovered), or can be used as boat parking. Contact owner for an indication of access width for boats.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, excellent stay. Charming beach walk, convenient to shops and cafes. Prompt and flexible host. Onsite managers helpful and approachable.

The photos don't do this property justice - it's so much better! Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with lovely linen and a well equipped kitchen made for an excellent stay. A charming walk along the beach and within an easy walk to the shops and cafes of Dunsborough added to our relaxed stay. Kate was prompt in her replies and flexible when we had to change our booking as well as allowing an early check in. Onsite managers Wayne and Fiona were approachable and happy to help.

Walk to see the sunrise or stars. House well layed out. Walk to town for the bakery or pie shop. House very well equipped with utensils and gas BBQ but not with consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, spices, laundry soap so if coming from out of country you will have to pickup a few things. We had 5 adults.

The property was clean and as portrayed on Stayz. Very well equipped kitchen and great bbq on the deck. The on-site managers Wayne & Fiona were super accommodating and welcoming. Nothing was any trouble and they went out of their way to help us get to our wedding bus pickup and later in the week when one of our party became I’ll. Definitely recommend.

A short walk from the water and close to town this property was well equipped and catered beautifully for our party of 8. The balcony was a highlight.

Location is what you’re paying for. The house was pretty basic and the kitchen has almost no pantry staples (not even salt.) Very close to beach which was lovely and can walk into town easily. Close to other houses but area was nice and quiet when we were there.

Had a perfect weekend in Dunsborough with the family. The three year old just loved being able to walk to the beach, paddle and ride his bike so safely and easily. The house design is great with the two sitting areas and lovely and clean, perfect for children and families.
Definitely recommend this lovely home.

Excellent accommodation. Lots of space. Very clean. Great location. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants etc. Very close to the beach but you need to check the tides if you want to go swimming. Lovely gift from the owner on arrival, and thorough and prompt communication from the moment the booking was made. The Manager's Noel and Peter are amazing and went out of their way to assist us with a small situation, and they made our stay very pleasurable.

The accommodation was a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 living areas and large kitchen property. We were greeted by Noel the manager who was very friendly and helpful. He settled us into the home, showed us around the complex and how to access the beach and town. When we identified a flickering light he had it fixed immediately. There were so many beautiful places to visit in the surrounding areas. We saw the whales, dolphins and native birds while on our walks at Cape Naturaliste. The coast line was diverse and the access to the wineries was amazingly easy with our own transport.
