Buena relación precio calidad

Lo que más me gustó es que está sobre el restaurante vasco donde nos encontramos con compañeros.

La limpieza en las ventanas de la habitación: tenía señales de que hacía mucho que no se limpiaba

Schlafen im Sarg

Das Personal. Sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist toll, auch das Restaurant, zu dem das Hotel gehört. Frühstück sehr fein, allerdings wird während des Frühstücks immer aufgeräumt, was es nicht sehr gemütlich macht.

Man schläft in einem Sarg. Keine Fenster. Dunkel. Eingesperrt. Dafür ringhörig, sodass man live dabei ist, wenn im Nebenzimmer geliebt wird. Internet oft schwach bis Ausfall. Wer immer diese Zimmer geplant hat, wird sich kaum Architekt nennen. Türen können nicht richtig geöffnet werden; in die Dusche kommt man nur mit akrobatischen Verrenkungen und warum es im Aufenthaltseck nochmals ein Lavabo hat, wenn das Bad 1.5 Meter neben an ist, weiss wohl niemand.

Loft antiguo reformado para recibir huéspedes. Buena atención.

La cama era muy cómoda, y la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura. Agradecemos al personal; fueron muy amables en dejarnos guardar las mochilas por unas horas.

Creo que se podría mejorar el wifi.

Wer eine gute Lage sucht und dabei bereit ist auf Komfort zu verzichten kann hier übernachten

Die Lage zentral im Stadtviertel San Telmo und das Frühstück waren gut

Das Zimmer liegt eigentlich ruhig in einem Innenhof . Über unserem Zimmer befand sich jedoch der Heizungsraum . Hier kam es dann alle 30-45 min zu einer starken Geräuschentwicklung durch den Heißwasserboiler. Der Krach dauerte ungefähr 5-8 Minuten an bevor es dann erneut nach einer Pause wieder losging . Für empfindliche Ohren nicht geeignet . Ein anderer Kritikpunkt ist folgender : nach dem Check In ( erfolgt im Restaurant ) mussten wir unsere schweren Koffer selbstständig die Treppen hochtragen ( kein Aufzug oder Personal vorhanden ) . Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgelebt. Es scheinen kaum Instandhaltungsmassnahmen stattzufinden . Eigentlich sehr schade weil die Unterkunft als sie neu war bestimmt auch sehr schön war . A

Leuke locatie met prettige, rustige kamer. Place Dorrego om de hoek waar van alles gebeurt.

Ontbijt niet geweldig i.v.m. de prijs. Wij ontbijten liever buiten daarom geen gebruik meer van gemaakt.

Bij aankomst in onze kamer rolde het stof van de trap, heb ik zelf maar schoon gemaakt. De dag voor vertrek is geen roomservice geweest, terwijl het 34 graden was en je wel twee keer op een dag je handdoeken gebruikt. Ook geen flesjes water in de koelkast.

Great stay in lively part of town

Very good position in San Telmo which is very lively. Restaurant downstairs is excellent and breakfast was great, choice of sweet and savoury, eggs, coffee top ups etc, all served at your table. Rooms are quite unusual but big bed was comfortable and outside courtyard a lovely place to sit.

Excellent location, private and quiet, in the centre of busy San Telmo area.

Very easy check in/out, friendly staff, great and safe location in the touristy part of San Telmo. Lovely internal courtyard, perfect for relaxing from the busy city outside.

The floor in the room could have been cleaned better.

Great location, very poor maintenance

Superb location, right in the middle of all the action in Sant Telmo Neighborhood. Wonderfull restaurant downstairs. Excellent service by one staff member when we left by helping us getting an Uber to the airport.

Most staff did not speak any English, overall maintenance and cleaning is poor (cleaning did not make our bed, floor is sagging, etc.

I enjoyed my short stay despite the WiFi issues and lack of amenities.

I liked the room rate, size of the room cleanliness and overall comfort! The overall design of the lobby area and courtyard is nice.

The WiFi network connection was not good at all. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up an extremely steep staircase. No kettle or beverages in the room just an empty fridge. There was no one at reception to assist with queries. Entertainment was primarily in Spanish

There are better hotels in this wonderful area

Great location, reasonable breakfast though was charged for an extra coffee.

Plumbing in the room falling apart, shower was not much better than a light drizzle and at best warm. Pillows terrible and no cover on a grubby doona

Expensive and could not sleep with the noise from machines right above the bed.

Very friendly staff and good location.

I pointed out details to receptionist and she said she would pass them to management to fix what needed to be fixed. Night table needed repair. it was tilting to a side unable to hold an object. There were no universal electric outlets by desk area. inconvenient to work. Internet stopped working. Empty kitchenette area without even an electric kettle. Not enough natural light. Poor lighting. Biggest issue was continuous noise pollution. I suggest not to stay in the rooms right below mechanical rooms. mine was number 7. I could not sleep well. This hotel is not at the level to be included in the Luxury Hotels Guide. That is a mistake. It needs maintenance and redoing certain things with more common sense like the way they placed bathroom fixtures. You cannot open door all the way. Room was dark, walls painted brown in addition to poor lighting. The one cool thing was the photo mural on the ceiling. The staff at the restaurant helps with the rooms and they were very kind.

The most beautiful suit in Buenos Aires....

Such a beautiful old building. We had the suite, which was so lovely. Had two patios and doors open to the outside.

Wifi difficult in the room, but always available in the lovely tapas bar downstairs

10% discount on restaurant downstairs for guests. Great location in San Telmo Very quiet. No street noise

The room was not cleaned when we arrived from last guest, probably just an oversight. The cleaners came in quickly to rectify while we waited in the restaurant downstairs. Small thin towels Shower glass not been cleaned in months, you could not see through the cloudy soapy scum Shower doesn’t drain properly so you stand in a shallow pool of water. Lumpy pillows, squeaky mattress, squeaky stairs. Kitchen is only small fridge and sink

The vey bare rooms have nothing in them. Bare minimum. The cost is high considering the environment. The restaurant is very expensive and the food not the best. The hotel needs some TLC and the rooms are not sound proof.

Marginal upgrade to a room on the top of a pub

Location is good, just next to San Telmo and well connected public transport wise

Room was tired and it was more "style over susbtance". Totally get that it is not a full service hotel but the minimum would be for the toilet to have a sufficiently powerful flush, for the blinds (and given the height of the windows these are necessary) to actually exist (roller was there but not blind attached to the roller) and for the Aircon not to make so much noise that it is impossible to sleep when it is on. Also, staff was really unhelpful. I just asked for them to pop a few postcards in a letter box because I was short on time (cards were stamped and all) and the response was: that is not a service we offer. Frankly it would be an "easy win" to do it.

Unique, classic architecture, quiet neighborhood, great walking distance to Mercado and sites. Incredible staff and excellent restaurant on site.
