Stayed here July 22-24. The home was meticulously clean and well-equipped. The location of the home was central to all activities. Everything was walkable and there is a free trolly that takes you to many of the sites. We were shocked that we were able to find free street parking for the entirety of our stay. This is a great home base to explore all of the wonderful activities in Newport and owner was extremely responsive to questions, etc. Would totally return and recommend to friends.

AHmazing host, perfect location to everything in downtown Newport. No car needed. Very above and beyond host! Really had a lot of information about Newport and just very pleasant to chat with!

Amazing trip at a beautiful condo. The owners , Andrea and Pete were the best!!!! Not only were they always available, they were also the nicest people. Andrea even took from her busy day to give me a walking tour of the town, which included detailed stories about the historic homes and their role in the revolutionary war. I hope to return again, soon.

Andrea is the hostess with the mostest! Too many special touches to count. Darling and cozy. This rental is such a treat. Perfect location, as well! We could walk everywhere. We had an absolute ball!! Cannot recommend enough. A flawless rental experience from beginning to end. Just wonderful! Will be back..and just cannot wait!!!

The place was beautifully decorated, well equipped and in a fantastic location. It had many modern updates while keeping the antique look of the original home. The owners were helpful and promt with information. We loved the cute back garden and the location cannot be beat. The Dutch door is a unique touch. We would return for sure.

Our stay in Newport, RI was by far our favorite VRBO experience to date. Andrea was warm, welcoming, and incredibly insightful about the best restaurants and attractions to see throughout Newport (we followed her recommendations and we’re not disappointed). Her property was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We’ve already recommended this property to family and friends and can’t wait to return someday :)

We couldn’t thank Andrea more for providing us with the most charming home in the most perfect are! It was walking distance to everything which was so convenient for us and our 10 month old to be able to walk everywhere! The home was so clean and cozy as well. Andrea was so attentive and had great communication with us for any questions we had! She was the absolute sweetest! We can’t wait to come back and explore Newport again! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and just wish we could stay longer. She has done an outstanding job of restoring this 1700’s home. We’ll be back.

Perfect place to stay in Newport.
Clean, comfortable, well furnished, and beautifully decorated! The outdoor space is a dream. However, it’s the location that I loved most. You can walk to everything!
The owner was so thoughtful and helpful and I would not hesitate to stay again!
My only recommendation is a second mirror somewhere in the unit besides the bathroom.
That’s it! It’s perfect 😊

So much charm!! We want to return to Newport just to stay at this place again. Everything was perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the Dutch door, the tomato and limelight garden, the English muffins, the constitution upon checkin, the location. We almost didn’t want to venture out because we enjoyed our stay so much. Towels and sheets and blankets were all of a nice quality too. Truly the best getaway!!!

The house was exactly as described and perfect in every way! Really appreciated the bagels, milk and coffee... that's all we needed to get our day going!

We arrived late at night and getting in was seamless! We were only in town for a long weekend so we were thrilled to stay so close to all the happening of town. Working remotely from the living room one day was great for extending our visit (strong wifi for the win). We walked to dinner and ice cream each night and had great home cooked meals in the kitchen for lunch between our adventures. Having a place to relax at the end of the day, that was our space was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend to any friend or family!

This property was crispy clean and the renovations were very thoughtful and well done. It is decorated beautifully and you have everything you could possibly need. Andrea was by far the best host I have ever encountered at a rental property. She had really great recommendations for the area. The check in and check out procedure was also the easiest “no fuss” I have encountered with rentals. I definitely will be back!

My spouse and I travel a lot and stay at many VRBOs. This Historic Hill accommodation was wonderful. The home was built in 1758 and has been beautifully renovated with high-end amenities and visitor comfort in mind. We arrived via ferry with no car, and we were able to easily traverse Newport on foot. From the ferry terminal, this location was a quick 5 to 7-minute walk. The location is perfect for visitors, as it’s situated halfway between the wharf area and the mansions along Bellevue Ave. One merely walks a few blocks to catch the 67 trolley for easy transportation between the mansions, shops along Bellevue and the Tennis Hall of Fame. in the opposite direction, you’ll find the shops of Thames Street, the harbor and wharf areas. I recommend seeing Newport from the water with a sunset cruise. In the tourist season, dinner reservations are advised. Our best meals were at Bowens, the Mooring and Jo’s American Grill. The gracious host of this property provides English Muffins, coffee, milk, butter and jam for guests. What a blessing when you have no car or one’s bearings upon arrival. If you need groceries or spirits, both can be found on Bellevue in a shopping plaza across from the Tennis Hall of Fame. This stop is within walking distance of the VRBO. You will find comfort in this property with comfy sofa and chairs, a lovely little kitchen and bath, and comfy bed. Host provides vast amount of info on area. You’ll be pleased. We certainly were. Enjoy!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautiful. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home and not just a rental property. The location was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Food, shopping, the cliff walk to name a few. Andrea was a wonderful host. She was so informative and accessible. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Newport!

I wish everything in life was as good as our experience with this property! Andrea is a superstar! She updated us with information about the area, parking, restaurants & things to do before we arrived, Check-in was as simple as walking in the door. Only to be welcomed by music playing (nice touch). Then to find breakfast provided (coffee, muffins, butter, jelly & milk) also nice to find ice bin full of ice (we were ready for a drink).
That's when we found the great area in the back yard, perfect for relaxing. Grills are provided but with so many great restaurants just block away we ate out.
Parking can be an issue, but we were able to park right in front of the unit every day.
For a couple wanting to visit Newport, I don't think you can beat this property for the price!
If you do stay there, make sure you meet Andrea & Jeff (we have new friends!!)

Our rental experience was nothing short of fantastic! The location was excellent, and the entire stay was filled with delightful surprises that made our trip memorable.
The first thing that caught our eye was the adorable space. The vacation rental had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that Andrea, the owner, had put a lot of thought and care into every detail.
Andrea, the owner, was nothing short of spectacular, attending to every need and ensuring our stay was nothing less than perfect. Her hospitality and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly at ease. She genuinely cared about her guests' comfort and enjoyment. Meeting Luca, Andrea's dog, was an added bonus to our stay!
We would like to extend our gratitude to Andrea for making our stay truly memorable. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit to Newport and staying at this vacation rental once again!

Honestly, this home delivered! I've stayed in many VRBO's and you never know what you'll get, but with this one, it over delivered! Lots of upgrades and high end finishes, perfect location to walk everywhere, and the manager was so friendly and forthcoming. I haven't had this kind of experience before, but now the bar has been raised! Thanks for the care you put into this home and us, the guests!

We loved our stay in this charming apartment over the 4th of July. Ideally located and delightfully furnished, we had a perfect base to enjoy all that Newport has to offer - beach, shops, restaurants and walks. Andrea is a great host who kept us informed with texts and her list of recommendations was very helpful. We have been to Newport many times and I have to say that this apartment is the best place we've stayed at and was one of the highlights of the trip.

We loved staying here and Andrea was a great host! She provided great recommendations, allowed us to check in and housed our luggage early and was so sweet and easy to work with. The house is right in the middle of town so we were able to walk everywhere and it was decorated so thoughtfully and beautifully!
Thanks so much, Andrea!
