We stayed at this superb condo for seven days. The condo was super clean, well appointed and sun-filled. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The Hollywood bathroom in the en suite was a delight. So was the Viking appliances. The private beach and infinity pool was amazing. We will return for sure. Dave was the perfect host

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand in Diamond Beach this past week. Dave The owner of the condo that we rented from was amazing from the first communication all the way until we left. In regard to his condo it’s a three bedroom and two full bathrooms and close to 2000 ft.². The condo is absolutely gorgeous. I have been traveling down to Wildwood crest for years and this is by far the best vacation I’ve had in that area. In addition to Dave’s condo being immaculate, the amenities are through the roof at the grand. From the infinity pool that is heated and the private beach where they have a service that sets up your chairs and umbrellas for you. You don’t have to bring anything down with you except for towels everything else is provided for you. I really cannot stress enough How incredible Dave’s condo was. I have already booked my vacation for next year with Dave literally as we just got back from our vacation. This will be a place me and my family vacation to for a long time. Anyone who is looking to go down the shore once you go to Dave’s condo at the grand, you quickly realize there’s nowhere else better to stay. Thank you again for everything Dave you really made my daughters vacation really special for them.

The Grand is massive, so luxurious and beautiful. David’s home was gorgeous, tastefully decorated and had amazing views for sunset from the balcony. Our family of 5 was more than comfortable with the bedroom arrangement and bathrooms. The beach concierge service is top notch, (Jimmy & co) are the friendliest guys and very courteous. The infinity pool was beautiful, and we finished off every night in the game room playing pool, foosball, shuffle board and PlayStation. Diamond Beach is our favorite and will definitely come back and stay at David’s home again! Thank you for a memorable trip!

This was our second year staying in our unit and it was amazing!!!! We really love the unit and were really excited to come back this year for 2 weeks. Once again the condo and building amenities did not disappoint. Beautiful infinity pool, beach chair set-up and convenient food options. Condo is really lovely and immaculate. Beds are very comfortable. Dave is always a phone call away to provide assistance if needed. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Dave's beautiful condo in Diamond Beach. The Grand is the most prestigious building in Wildwood and did not disappoint. The condo was stunning, immaculate and had everything we needed for a three week stay. The infinity pool was so beautiful and relaxing. Our kids went back and forth between the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was reserved for adults only. The Grand sets up beach chairs and umbrellas each day, so it is very easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Location is perfect between Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back. Also, Davis is an unbelievable owner. He is just a phone call away and is always looking to make sure that you are having a wonderful time. He makes you feel like a very special guest. Five stars all the way.

We have stayed in Diamond Beach many times, this was one of our best experiences. Property owner was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Condo was very clean and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property, will definitely stay again.

This was our second year staying in this gorgeous condo and I hope to be back for a third visit soon. Dave has maintained a beautiful property in an impeccably run building and offers attentive customer service at every step of the booking process -- before, during and after the stay. This property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, flooded with light all day, with stunning sunset views from the balcony. The Diamond Beach location is ideal, too -- nice and quiet but close enough to all the action in Wildwood and Cape May, another 20 minutes north to Stone Harbor and Avalon if you want different dining and shopping options. Highly recommended.

Renting this condo proved to be one of our best NJ vacation decisions. Working with the owner, Dave, was effortless and professional. He was very accommodating with our arrival and departure schedule and wasn't hesitant to provide answers to questions. He genuinely wanted to be sure everything was perfect for our stay. And it was. The condo has everything you want--even for the very fastidious traveler. It's very clean, well-appointed, quiet, spacious, comfortable, and the sunset bay view is wonderful because you are above the skyline of other buildings. We've admired The Grand for many years and when we decided to rent Dave's condo, we were unsure about what to expect. We can't emphasize enough the comfort of the condo and the welcoming feeling from Dave and the staff. If you're considering a rental in the Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach area, this is the place! The condo is lovely and the third bedroom is a bedroom not an alcove as pictured. It has opaque glass doors that close for privacy but let in some light. I want to replace all our doors at home with them. Dave had furnished the apartment with consideration for his guests comfort. (And his own since I hope he gets to enjoy it now and then.) We lacked nothing. And since we have similar taste, felt right at home. The Grand is a well managed building with plentiful staff, a heated pool (which my skinny 7 year old loved), a private beach, a coffee shop that delivers to the pool, a terrific exercise room that is never crowded... I could go on. But the best part of the deal is you get Dave as your landlord. Any issue we had (and they were few and minor) was "fixed" immediately. For example, he walked us through how a garbage disposal works and when I brought both fobs home (really stupid) he got a new fob for the next tenants. (I'm really sorry about that Dave.) I would recommend The Grand and Dave's condo in particular to anyone I cared about. Five stars for sure.

We had the good fortune to visit the grand for the past 3 years. Our family loves the beach and the private pool that this facility offers. I can say for the first time that we would like to return to the same condo. It's the first condo where we truly felt like home, with the amenities and the comfort that Dave and his wife put into this place. Dave was very easy to work with from the minute we booked our reservation to the day we left.

First off, let me start off by saying Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! He was extremely accommodating to me and my family. . Early check in, late check out if needed. The place was gorgeous and they even had beach attendents to set up chairs and umbrellas so you didn't have to drag them from home.. Best part, their free... But only if staying at the grand.. We truly enjoyed our relaxing vacation. The location and building are fantastic and David was excellent to work with throughout. It was a nice / easy process from the first interaction with David. The condo & building certainly met all of our expectations. We met some very nice folks while vacationing and we felt right at home as if we were building residents ourselves. I would certainly recommend this rental and David to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation rental with their family. I'm happy to do a reference anytime if need be for David and his rental. Normally we travel to Caribbean destinations Atlantis, Aruba, and also to Miami and Tahoe. In the past we haven't had much luck at jersey beach... With that being said this is the best you can get at jersey. The private beach was perfect size and the infinity pool was a huge plus. The owner was very hands on and came through with all promised. This unit views the bay with a beautiful sunset. If going to jersey I recommend The Grand.
