This home is named for its location and "lived-in" feel - on the North Edge of the central Indianapolis town known as Broad Ripple Village right on the White River. The home is 10 minutes to downtown amenities! Easy Uber or the Bus stop right out your front door!
This rustic home has a backyard that sits up against the beautiful Marott Park which is full of walking trails. Also off the backyard is the White River aligned with river rock which allows you to take a chair and sit to enjoy the peacefulness of the water and sunshine.
The home has two beautiful back decks for the guest to enjoy nature, cookout, and entertain.
A large living space with a dining room, half bath, living room, and fully equipped kitchen for you to make yourself feel right at home. Each unit has three bedrooms which are located on the top floor along with a full bath. The North side (larger) duplex has a sleeper sofa in the lower level. Both kitchens are equipped with dishes, pots, pans, dinnerware for 16+ guests. Baths have bath towels, and toiletries for you.
WYFI Streaming Available and Local TV Channels Only. All doors are key coded for easy access by all guests.

Everyone enjoyed being at the house and we were just minutes away from the church where our wedding was held. Communicating with Lisa was easy and she addressed issues quickly and efficiently. It's a great location and a quiet neighborhood with lots of eateries and places to go nearby!

Easy check in process. Great communication with property owner. Great, attractive property with River and trails nearby. Attention to details and even decorated for Christmas as we were renting over the Christmas Holidays. Outstanding owner who made us feel welcome in her home.

It was lovely to have the whole house and one of the ovens worked very well for baking a mountain of cinnamon rolls for our daughter’s wedding. Location was convenient, felt pleasantly secluded. It was a comfortable stay and Lisa was very responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic access to parks and trails
Charming duplex in a great location near Broad Ripple, with easy access to major routes to downtown Indianapolis and points north. The property adjoins parkland on one side, providing both a peaceful setting and immediate access to trails that connect with the Monon Trail for walking and biking. We rented only the smaller side of the duplex during a busy travel season, but the space was still ample for a family of four and a pet to relax indoors and out. The owner is extraordinarily responsive and helpful, and has made the space very homey. Perfect home base for meeting friends and family in Indianapolis.

The house was very clean and roomy. It’s in a great location being right along N Collage Ave. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was quick to respond. Tne beds were quite comfy. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely be interested in renting again especially if we have a large group.

Our visit to Indy was very easy with this rental. Plenty of room. No issues at all. Lisa was very responsive during the booking process.

Lovely stay
This is a nice house for a family gathering. The owner was extremely attentive to any minor issues we had during our stay. It was nice to be in a city which had lots to do for the young children: zoo, and childrens museum. Nice takeout restaurants nearby.

We had two-three family members from four different families staying in the duplex this weekend. The owner was extremely nice both during the booking process as well as when we got there. This property was about twenty minutes from Grand Park and worked out great for us. I appreciate how close it was to the small town with lots of shops, food, and trails.

Broadripple getaway for Butler graduation
Lisa was great to work with and her place worked out really well for us. Close to Butler and Broadripple. large space with both sides of duplex and back yard is great!

Nice property in great location in Broad Ripple, close to all the restaurants and bars. Home was clean, and was a great fit for our weekend getaway with friends. Nice outdoor deck and backyard area.
