We really enjoyed our month long stay at Gustov's condo in Palm Springs. The condo was comfortable and was located in a perfect location within the complex, with a nice view and a great sunny deck. The condo complex itself is in a perfect location in Palm Springs, close to everything in an upscale area.

Another wonderful stay at Gustavo’s South Palm Springs condo. The weather wasn’t the best, but the condo was definitely the best. Gustavo has made this home away from home, very comfortable and homey to be in. He is also a great communicator and so wonderful to deal with.We love the views from his condo, the pool and the lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We always look forward to our next stay at Gustavo’s condo.

The property and location were first rate. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe in our walks. The property was only a five minute drive to groceries, hardware, hair salons and food outlets. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet vacation.

We found that the property was quiet and was as advertised. We enjoyed the gym, pools and pickleball courts. We had a great holiday.

We’ve stayed in PS numerous times and BY FAR this is our favorite location and complex. Gustavo is an INCREDIBLE communicator and host…so accommodating and helpful! There are many hidden treasures of decor in this unit, the bed is wonderful and the placement of this particular unit is outstanding! Finally, the best review I could give is to rebook…we have! Twice!

We had the best stay at Gustavos condo. It is a really nice and beautiful neighborhood, everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, the kids loved it! Clean and nice area. We almost had it to ourselves. If you have questions, Gustavo is fast to respond. Easy to check-in and out. We would love to come back again!

I had an amazing time at Gustavo's condo. The views from the large terrace are stunning. The bedroom is spacious, very comfortable bed with plenty of storage. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for early evening walks. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. I highly recommend this place for your Palm Springs getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo in Palm Springs. We had to cut our stay a few days short due to health issues but otherwise everything was great. The condo is fully equipped with all the pots, pans etc and lots of nice added things like spices and paper products. The condo is in a really nice area where is was fun to walk and safe. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and stores of all kinds. It is close to "old town" Palm Springs with a wide variety of shopping and dining( about a 5 minute drive). It is easy to get to the tram and Joshua Trees National park as well as several casinos.The Palm Springs area is a mecca for shoppers looking for antiques, consignment goodies etc. with a Hollywood flair. The condo is located right at the end of a huge swimming pool and hot tub and easy to get to. It has a magnificent view of the mountains. It was always very quiet at the pools as other guests were very considerate.The ground are beautifully maintained and easy to walk and pick some oranges or grapefruit. Every thing was as advertised- comfort, location, excellent management support for the few things which needed attention..Thank you Gustavo and Erek. Overall a great stay!

Convenient to downtown and very walkable neighborhood

I stayed at this property for the month of March 2021. The location on the south side of Palm Springs was ideal. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, overlooked a beautiful pool, and had a fantastic view of the mountains.

We really enjoyed the view of the pool and mountains. The surrounding neighborhood is a walker’s paradise. Gustavo is extremely responsive. The kitchen needs an update, appliances are basic and needs more stuff for serving etc.

I had an extended stay, several months, at this condo located in an excellent, quiet south palm springs location. The condo itself has catehdral ceilings for an open feel with an amazing view of the huge pool and beautiful mountains. The bedroom and bed were comfy. The condo came appointed with everything you need, very clean, and modern. Laundry facilities are nearby and parking is covered. The complex is one of the best in Palm Springs. The area is very safe and no issues with homeless. The neighborhood is high end. Filming was done during my stay for a few weeks on this block for Don't Worry Darling. Considering the location and close vicinity to downtown, it was extremely reasonably priced. There are 3 heated pools, 4 jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts, club house with fitness center, billiards and ping pong tables, and sauna. The grounds are beautifully manicured with many fruit trees from where guests and residents may pick fruit. Everyone in the community was friendly. Gustavo, the landlord of the unit, went above and beyond my expectations. He was very communicative, and very colloborative when it came to an issue that was not in his control. He always was very polite and accomodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. I loved the condo and complex so much, I ended up buying myself a condo in the building next door. Very pleased!

Gustavo’s condo is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with mid century modern houses. The view of the mountains from the condo balcony is breathtaking. The sound of the birds singing when you take a morning swim is absolutely fabulous. We love Gustavo’s condo and look forward to our time there again.

This is the ideal condo for two people. A great, quiet location. A beautiful, well stocked condo. Lots of fresh citrus. Stellar fitness room, beautiful view of the pool/mountains and the bougainvillea are stunning at your door. We had the most perfect stay in Jan/2020 and hope to come back soon.

Stayed in Gustavo’s lovely 1bed condo in October 2019. The condo was clean, had a very comfortable bed and was equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The condo complex was very quiet and peaceful in October. Close by to some good hiking. About a mile away from supermarkets and 3 miles away from Downtown area. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo is quiet with a nice view of the pool and mountains. I was here during the summer so there did not seem to be many other people in the complex and the pool was vacant most of the time for your use. The grounds are maintained and everything in the condo was in working order. It was nice having a barbecue to use. The neighborhood is kept up well and has interesting mid-century homes and condos. The condo is convenient to grocery shopping and also the downtown area. Gustavo was great to work with and also gave good instructions. I recommend this condo.

My wife and I just spent a most enjoyable late fall month at Gustavo’s condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable - although not equipped with high end furniture and appliances, everything worked and the unit was well stocked with essentials - strong wifi - good flat screen TV - BBQ on deck - furnace quickly heated the condo on chilly mornings - bed OK but could be upgraded. The vintage Palm Spring postcard art work throughout the condo was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the east-west orientation of the condo with morning sun streaming in on the breakfast table and afternoon sun flooding the deck. The view from the deck over the pool and spa with the mountain as a backdrop was stunning. The grounds of the condo complex were very well maintained - many flowering shrubs - the spectacular bougainvillea hedge surrounding the outside staircase entrance provided a beautiful “welcome home” statement. We enjoyed the citrus fruits from the many trees on the property. The pool and spa were kept remarkable clean and heated perfectly to our tastes. We also appreciated the workout equipment in the gym. One surprising note was that not a single person used the beautiful tennis and pickleball courts during our entire month stay. As an avid pickleball player I regularly drove the short distance to Demuth Park to play on the heavily used 8 public courts. The location of the condo in south Palm Springs was ideal. On numerous occasions we walked (30 minutes) to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The surrounding neighbourhood of quintessential Palm Springs ranchers is great for shorter walks. For more strenuous hiking the South Lykken trailhead is nearby and many other trailheads are a short drive away. Downtown Palm Springs is a 7 minute drive or a 45 minute walk. Thank you Gustavo and Palm Springs for providing a very memorable vacation.

This was the perfect one bedroom apartment for our two month stay in the Palm Springs area. My husband and I stayed in Gustavo’s flat for two months in the summer and fall of 2018. It was perfectly located, quiet, and had everything we could ask for for our brief stay in the Coachella Valley. Gustavo was an excellent host.

This condo is in a quiet, well kept, desirable location in Palm Springs. Other condo residents are warm and friendly. The decor was appealing. We enjoyed our time there. Initial issues we had with the tv/cable not working were addressed by Gustavo through Ilia.

We spent 4 weeks in Gustavo’s condo. He is easy to deal with and responds very quickly. The condo is actually quite large and is very quiet. The pickle ball courts are nice. The condo is in a good location, there is a mall with a Ralph’s grocery store, some other stores and several good restaurants a 5 minute drive away. There are several hiking trails 10-15 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

I stayed in Gustavo’s condo the first three months after my son and I moved to Palm Springs. It was also my first experience renting from a homeowner rental site like VRBO. All I can say is that Gustavo's place will be a hard act to follow. It's very comfortable, extremely well-stocked without being the least bit cluttered, and tastefully decorated (I actually took note of how furniture was placed and other details to replicate in my future house). I also found the condo very easy to keep tidy—I love the wood plank style floors, which are easy to run a Swiffer over. An unexpected luxury is the incredibly thick carpet in the bedroom—your feet just sink into it! Best of all is the view from the balcony, which encompasses a gorgeous view of the tennis racket shaped pool framed by tall palm trees and mountains. It was also lovely in the morning to step out on the balcony to such a quintessential Palm Springs view. Trust me, the pictures don’t do this view justice. One of my favorite rituals was to sit out on the balcony each night with a glass of wine, watching the shimmering pool below. I also made great use of the large hot tub, which is right by the pool. I should mention that the location is ideal, as well. Just a quick jaunt to good grocery stores, and a five minute drive to downtown. Lastly, I have to leave a special word about Gustavo and his property manager, Ilia. Both were so courteous and responsive to any question I had, including a minor operational issue when I first arrived that Ilia quickly took care of. And I appreciate that Gustavo sent me instructions ahead of time on where to find the mail box key, how to use the remote control and all those little things that are helpful to know before you arrive instead of having to figure it out afterward. Again, I think this will be a hard experience to beat—it truly combined the best of both worlds of direct communication with a very pleasant homeowner, while getting the spotless amenities of a good hotel. I would stay here again—and hope to!

I have been visiting Canyon Country Club Estados for the past 10 years and have stayed in this condo twice. It is perfectly situated in a lovely residential neighbourhood near downtown, shopping, hiking trails, golf courses, the airport and much more. The condo itself is well maintained and Gustavo is excellent to deal with. He responds promptly and professionally. The condo boasts the best view in the complex - facing west overlooking the pool and the mountains. The people in the CCCE community are friendly and welcoming to newcomers.

This one bedroom newly refurbished second floor condo is a perfect hideaway for people like us playing tennis on excellent courts, hiking on mountains just across the street and having a spa or swim under its balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had an excellent time at this place and the apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Lots of fun to have around the condo and great location. It was quiet and private and very welcoming. We would recommend coming here again in the future.

I spent a little over a month at this Canyon Country Club Estados condo, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It really is ideal. The location is wonderful, with a great neighborhood to walk in and shopping only five minutes away. The grounds of the CCC Estados are lovely. The condo itself is well appointed; it has a very nice kitchen and bath. And it is heaven to be able to get up in the morning, go out on the balcony, and just look at those beautiful mountains. The rental process was simple; the owner was very accommodating. I loved the tennis racquet-shaped pools! I was there in the summer, and the property was very quiet and peaceful; I usually had the pool all to myself which was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again (and again)!

The location of the condo was great. It was a quiet area. The condo was sheltered from the sun and the wind. The grounds were well maintained. It was a great view from our balcony. What we really missed was a patio table on the balcony. The couches were not very comfortable. The kitchen blinds were old and dirty - they need to be replaced. When we arrived, we had to clean the floors to our satisfaction as they were still dirty. We enjoyed our stay and would book again with some updates.

The condo was as advertised/depicted, and Gustavo was responsive, cordial, and easy to work with. The condo was well-appointed and is laid out well so that it feels very spacious, and the mountain view is excellent. The condo development is quiet and attractive. It is located just a few minutes drive to downtown PS but also to hikes in the hills and the Indian Canyon Golf Course. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two months in this one bedroom condo and enjoyed the location. The complex was quiet and had all the facilities you would need for a relaxing vacation. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs and the rest of the Coachella Valley. We would definitely return to this property again in the future.

The condo was very well appointed and recently renovated. I rented the condo for three months for my niece who was doing her internship over at Eisenhower Hospital. My niece is from Minnesota, and was thrilled to be in Palm Springs, California. The condo really suited her needs. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings in the living room, very comfortable throughout. The condo has amazing mountain views and of the resort style pool and spa. Location was perfect, South end of Palm Springs. She could walk to Koffi, grocery stores, restaurants or catch the Buzz Bus into downtown. A very positive experience, I would consider this condo again for future visitors. Very well managed by the owner who really wanted to make sure it was perfect for her.
