They need to pay someone to be on staff at the check in office so you don't have to wait a half hour for someone to show up. Also need to clean up the dead roaches and the live ones for that matter.

At first, it did not look like the pictures provided on the website. However, the room was spotless.

No frills. Just right. Cold AC!

Very horrible bed bugs and not clean

This property falls in a category of a motel. I have not been to a motel for more than 10 years and perhaps my expectations are a bit high but the following are unacceptable:
There sunflower seed shells on the table on the room balcony- obviously the cleaning staff didn’t check. The bathroom light fixture switch (at least 10 years old based on appearance) was plain broken. It took me several minutes to get the rocking switch to keep the light on. Same with the fan switch the fan was grinding terribly.

Basic but clean.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and loved the heater in the bathroom….however need some improvements on cleanliness (cobwebs in corners of room, spider in the bathroom)

No water in the drink machine - ice machine broken and TSO water entirely undrinkable. The bed was comfy - that’s it

The hallways and the rooms have a strange odor. The rooms are run down. Interior looks poorly constructed.

I actually stayed here 20 years ago. Then it was really nice. There was a nice garden in front, and in the back there was a big garden and that's where the pool was. Clearly the place was cleaned due to Covid, but otherwise it was dreary with grungy carpet and curtains. I had a view of the rusted roof of the building to the west. Looking down from the second floor I could see trash lining the side of the building. Too depressing.

Property could be a lot better - spend a dime and improve the rooms and SANITIZE.

For a budget stay this hotel is fine. It’s old, but very clean, and maintained

Liked that it was cheap for Palm Springs area but it was old and decrepit. Toilet cleanness questionable.

Very dated hotel. The bathtub had black spots in the tub. The shower didn’t work very well. I asked the guy at check in if I get a discount for AARP or AAA, and he wouldn’t budge because I reserved thru Expedia. Com. There was nobody at the office at 8:30 am when I went to check out. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Ok for the price and one night stay but in desperate need of renovation.

Our room was not good. No closet, there was a rack with no hangers, the patio was broken and had a lot of junk on it,you had to almost pull the faucet off the wall to get the shower going and there were cigarette burns in the bathtub. I also fell in the parking lot and the clerk did not care. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I was here in Cathedral City to help set up for a charity gala on Friday and to actually run it on Saturday. When i got to the Travelodge it looked run down. The room window faced out on an alley--and a scetchy one at that. Then i realized that there was a door between my room and the next. I didn't have time to say anything about it--i had to get to the gala site. I called later to say that havan adjoining room made me very nervous as a woman alone. The manager told me curtly that they were sold out and there were no other rooms. I asked if i could be refunded and he said i would have had to report the issue in the first half hour. I wont use Travelodge ever again.

Low price was great. But the place is old and slightly run down. Room was OK but the place really needs some upgrades.

It’s A Good Location and Great Customer Service!

It’s clean but not a great area. Our sleep was interrupted several times throughout the night by other guests outside talking laughing coughing and generally being noisy. Went on until almost 3am.

Old outdated room. Falling apart. Bad smell. Was in town for a tournament at BLD cathedral city. Over 100 weather was not allowed to use pool after 7. AC system barely worked took some messing with it to cool down room. Next time will spend extra and stay somewhere else

Keys where not working the second night. Office was close and when we called the emergency number the person was really rude. Never going back

Motel room was not very clean, patio area with old dirty chairs. Poorly kept.
My CC was charged when I had requested in my reservation to pay at motel. Roach in the hallway area.
At check in, male staff with tattoos was friendly.
