Nice, clean. Especially like the air-conditioning since it was a hot day!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We were there for a softball tournament but got to enjoy some great destinations while we were in town.

My family stayed in this cute and clean townhouse. The only complaint was that we were hoping to use the pullout sofa but a piece of the metal was bent and didn't allow the bed to come all the way out. I texted the property manager and right away they had a quick solution for the weekend. The back porch is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed this place!

The home is clean and comfortable
I did not realize the type of block house (not sure what to call it) this was, you cant tell based on the photos, and without a garage i felt uneasy about leaving things in my car. Our first night there it was cold outside but super warm in the house, even with all windows open; we couldnt figure out how to work air con if there was one. I would not want to stay in a hot summer.
The cost for 1 night all fees inc was $400...

Stayed here for 4 nights as we toured CSU, CU and Mines with our teenage son. We also trekked into Denver and Rocky Mountain Natl park.
Location is good for all of it; but of a drive to Denver though. Neighborhood is ok. Off a busy road but it was super quiet at night.

Upon arrival, we found the neighborhood to be a little sketchy, mostly older apartments and row houses, but had no problems with neighbors or noise. The interior of the house was very clean and nicely modernized. It was very bright with stainless kitchen appliances. The bedrooms upstairs were large and I thought the beds were very comfortable (I like a softer mattress). We did cover the couch with a sheet because it had water stains all over the cushions. The air conditioning is a big negative of this nice space. The downstairs had a window unit that struggled to cool the lower floor. In addition to having the A/C on high at it's lowest temperature setting, we had to have a fan circulating in the living room in order to be cooled. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a portable A/C unit that cooled THAT bedroom well but left the other bedroom unbearably warm. My two teen-aged daughters were in that bedroom and they were miserable. They had a fan on each of them and we tried directing the cool air from the one bedroom into theirs with another fan but it did little to help. (If you have teen-aged girls, you know what a treat they are the next day if they didn't get good sleep.) It was also oddly humid in the apartment. We found our snacks and vitamins got soggy if they weren't in very tightly sealed containers.
Overall, it was a nice, clean, modern apartment with cooling issues in a slightly run-down neighborhood. I'd stay there again in the cooler months, but not in the summer.

The property was beautiful. The house had just about everything we needed already there. It was great to have a reserved parking spot.

Took the kids to the Rocky Mountains. This townhome was in a perfect location to restaurants, Estes Park, and Boyd Lake State Park. We enjoyed unwinding here after a long day of hiking!

Property was clean and nicely updated, communication was good. Close enough to Estes Park with a great price.

We had a great time!
The property is about a neighborhood block away from lake and river bike trails, then there are more just about everywhere. The folks in the area are all very nice as well. Even with Covid, folks were aware and courteous. The condo was great in that it allowed us to hang out, eat, sleep, relax, exercise and visit with our family. We would recommend staying there.

A stay in Loveland.
Overall it was nice. Kitchen needed more utensils like and icecream scoop and more silverware. Also, the closet under the stairs needs a rod to hang coats and clothes. A hook on the upstairs bathroom door for a robe, since it is a shared bathroom.

Nice but hot.
Everything was very nice except the air conditioning. The property had been nicely renovated but the air conditioning did not keep the bathrooms cool. I am sorry but I would not stay there again in the summer.

Cute and centrally located
This charming home is centrally located. It is decorated nicely and has comfortable beds. Accommodations for 6 is a bit of a stretch. Towel hooks and mirrors in the bedrooms would help with this. Patio furniture would have been nice as well. We were staying for a wedding and asked for early check-in but did not receive a response from the host - it made check-in challenging with the rehearsal dinner, all the gear and all. Overall this was a nice place and did provide everything posted.
