You were in we were in town for a large sports tournament. Location was close to downtown, which we really enjoyed. Great communication from the hosts.

My daughter and I stayed here for a softball tournament. The location was great, everything we needed was close by. The hosts were very helpful after not getting the code to check in on time. The pictures of the living room are different than what is actually there. The space was good overall, but the house is very dark.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 week. It is exactly as pictured. Decorated adorably, comfy couch for hanging out and comfy bed too. Plenty of hangers for clothes and outfitted with a ton of additional extras. They have thought of everything you might need and supplied it. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, laundry soap, everything. We hung out on the deck surrounded by sunflowers every morning. Very relaxing place to spend a week. Communication with Larissa was also excellent.

I cannot rave enough about our stay! The house was put together beautifully, quaint and comfortable, with all the amenities of home. The backyard is beautiful and big enough to give the kids somewhere to throw the football and hang out. Communication with the homeowners was amazing. If I had a question or needed suggestions about Loveland they were very quick to respond and help. I just cannot say enough good things about this adventure. We will definitely be back. By far this has been our best Vrbo experience yet! Thank you both!

We arrived on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and stayed through until the following Saturday. We came from Texas and when arriving, there was snow on the ground and we had so much fun playing in the backyard. It was the first time my puppy ever played in snow. We had a whole week of fun activities planned and the house was a great location to get to and from all the places we went. We prepared a wonderful thanksgiving feast and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, etc for our meal. The beds were comfortable, the television was very nice and having the washer and dryer was so nice to use. I even enjoyed taking a hot soaking bath in the claw foot bath tub. I was able to park my car in the detached garage too. I highly recommend this house and Larissa and Philip communicated appropriately and made sure we had an enjoyable stay in Loveland, Colorado.

The property is cute. The street isn’t too busy. Our hosts were awesome with communication. We really appreciated their attention to detail and their desire to care for the planet. They use fantastic quality cleaning supplies and have soaps, shampoos and more for you to use of a very high quality unlike other properties we have stayed at. They also have a recycling bin which was awesome. We are currently traveling all over the US and so far this was the only house that provided any sort of recycling. We very much appreciate that. The yard was great for bird watching and the resident squirrels here and there. There is a bit of train noise because your are close to the train tracks so if that bothers you, this isn’t your house. It’s within walking distance to all of the downtown shops (many of which seem to be closed Mondays and Tuesdays post pandemic) but that made this house very convenient. I recommend walking into downtown via the neighborhood streets rather than the main road as some of the homes are very cute to look at. It’s easy to access the highway and main roads that get you to Fort Collins, to the Sculpture gardens in Loveland, and out to Sheels the shop that has everything and more including an indoor Ferris Wheel! I highly recommend stopping by the NoCo Cat Cafe and paying the fee to sit with the kitties! Sure you can get a cup of coffee and buy a few goodies but the cats are awesome and you are supporting a great cause to help keep them off the streets by getting them adopted. We loved it. I also recommend the food and drinks at FeelLove Coffee Shop. If you are vegan or vegetarian their options are delicious!!! The house itself does have a heat intake on the floor by the bathroom which we were concerned with at first but quickly realized it was not an issue. It doesn’t get hot and we put a runner over most of it so our kids couldn’t drop anything down it and our kitties paws didn’t slip in. It was 100% fine. Scared me at first sight but seriously not an issue. If you are a larger person the claw foot tub might be a challenge as it’s the only shower. But my kids thought it was fun and pretended they were on the Titanic and it wasn’t going to sink. They recently visited a Titanic exhibit so this was fun for them. The rooms stay warm in the colder months we were there late fall. Use of the garage was a huge bonus! The car didn’t ice over and we could store our cargo bins easily. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciate the owners.

Absolutely best experience ever! Host was awesome… house was immaculate, more stylish than spaces in architectural digest and amazing attention to detail with special toiletries, coffees teas etc. Trendy and coming neighborhood with fun unique restaurants and shops. For Cat lovers there’s a Cat Cafe where you can get coffee and hang around with cats up for adoption! The mountains are 30 minutes away and Fort Collins is 2O minutes. 5 star rating for this place for sure.
