You'll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.

There are two parking spaces included with the unit. One located in the private garage (6'8 H, 8'6 W, 17' L) and the other located in an assigned space behind the townhome.

Property was spotless and was so well equipped and organized. Great property and everyone agreed the beds/linens were the best ever. Place is well designed. Rooftop is fun gathering spot. Can’t think of a single negative. Elevator is great for hauling luggage in and out. Good job.

Great location in which to walk to local restaurants or the downtown area. Sauna House is right across the street. Private elevator ensures you are always on the 4th floor balcony. So appreciated having the basics stocked. Had trouble getting in (my fault) and was amazed how quickly help was available. I’ve stayed at numerous Air B&Bs - this is the best one yet.

Our group was so impressed with this stay! The apartment was clean, the perfect size for 6 people, and put us close to all of the downtown breweries and shops. Management was so responsive too.

This property was the nicest and best equipped that I have ever rented. All the extra amenities were there. I only found two things that could have made it even better. 1. Wine glasses. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything else anyone would need. 2. A grab bar in the tub/shower. It’s a very high step to get into the tub to shower. Anyone who is older or short ( I am both) would have difficulty. Overall, I give it 5 stars plus!

My family and I were Very Happy with this condo. Very clean, Close to everything and the check in/out process was easy. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Downtown Asheville.

I love staying at the locations of TPM, because it’s always clean, well stocked, and good locations. I was a little surprised by the beds, they were comfortable enough, but for the money, I thought they could be better. Same with the sisal like rugs, they shed, worse than an a pet. And I noticed the fridge was missing a piece that hold the drawers in place when we checked in, so I didn’t use those. But I appreciate the pots, pans, coffee maker, water kettle, ample towels, creamer, coffee, etc. I only stay at properties you all manage because of it. And I appreciate the noise ordinance since I prefer quiet places to stay. Hard to find in a city. Thank you!

This property is so perfect!! The elevator made it easy for moving in with all our luggage and leaving! It’s a beautiful space with trendy touches, and the most comfy beds. We had an awesome time and would absolutely stay here time and time again! Thank you for everything!

Beautifully appointed, super comfortable, very clean, and perfect location! We stayed here for a family holiday get-away to Asheville. Steps away from many fun breweries and a quick and easy 15-minute walk to downtown Asheville shops, restaurants and bars. Kitchen has everything you’ll need and more. We loved the decor and everything about this property!! HIGHLY Recommend!!!

This was a great home base for our group of five. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the comfortable living room. The house is nicely appointed and convenient to downtown. The kitchen is well stocked, and the toiletries and coffee were appreciated.

The place is a perfect size for our family of 4 visiting Asheville. The house is comfortable, clean and quiet. Was able to walk to restaurants and was a quick drive to amazing hiking. Love that coffee and bathroom products were included- made packing that much easier. The elevator was perfect for unloading the car in the garage (having a garage is an fantastic bonus!!!) Great place to stay!

The property was super clean and looked exactly like the listing. It's a perfect location where it's close enough to walk everywhere but not in the middle of town where it's really loud. I also though the garage was a huge bonus. The upstairs remote for the AC wasn't working because of dead batteries. We called and someone came out to replace the batteries within 20 minutes!

Beautiful townhouse! We loved that we could walk downtown and it was great to have off street parking. We even saw fireworks from the balcony on Friday night. A perfect stay in Asheville.

This townhouse is very pretty and well-appointed. It’s close to many breweries and about a mile to the heart of downtown. I loved the rooftop deck for reading and yoga, as well as the ease/security of having a garage to stash our car (parking in Asheville can be a nightmare). We’ll definitely be back!

This 4 level condo was a great spot for our birthday getaway. Most breweries and restaurants are within walking distance. The area was quiet. The rooftop area offered fantastic sunset views. Beds were very comfortable, loved the modern art throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment if you’d like to cook plus there’s a grill on the roof.

The location allowed for easy walking access to many breweries! The memory foam beds are very comfortable, we slept great while there. Kitchen was fully stocked & made it easy to prep everything we brought. The puzzle is missing a single piece, save yourself the heartbreak! Because we met in Asheville, we had 2 vehicles. The parking situation isn't the best, it is very snug. Our truck was too big to fit in the outside parking spot. We could fit it in the garage, but when someone else parked in their spot outside, we couldn't get the truck out without many, many back and forth maneuvers & a spotter. In the snow, this wasn't ideal. Bring your smallest vehicle for your stay & it will not be an issue for you!

This was the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in as a family. The unit was clean and in great shape. They thought of everything when they stocked the townhouse with necessities. The location was perfect; walking distance to all the restaurants, dessert shops, boutiques and breweries in the art district. It was just the respite we needed!
