This exclusive three-bedroom home provides the ultimate in convenience and the best city views. Asheville Landing's floor-plan occupies two stories with a spacious main area for entertaining and three private bedrooms for your much needed quiet time. Step out onto the private rooftop balcony, which runs the entire length of the indoor space with double sliding doors that allow you to open up the condo in nice weather. Asheville Landing features upscale decor for your comfort and a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen that affords you the option to prepare a quick breakfast or lunch without having to leave the condo. The main-floor bedroom suite includes access to the balcony, and two upper level bedrooms provide enough space for everyone in your group to relax in solitude after a busy day of exploring. A second living area on the upper level is perfect for winding down or watching the morning news, and also has incredible views of the Asheville skyline.

Asheville Landing is on the top floor of the historical and iconic downtown S&W building, a beloved city landmark that was designed by renowned architect Douglas Ellington and constructed in 1928 at the height of Asheville's building boom. The building stands as one of Asheville's most treasured examples of Art Deco architecture, highlighted by its ornate facade with gilt glazed terracotta tiles and arched windows. The Urban Trail and the Asheville Architecture and History Walk, popular self-guided walking tours of downtown, both include a stop at the Art Deco masterpiece, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. A recent major renovation of the building brought a food court, a brewery bar, and community spaces to the main floor, and updated Asheville Landing with modern amenities, bringing a contemporary feel to the historic landmark.

• Noise Ordinance
Asheville Landing is located in the S and W building, which, for the benefit of all of the building's residents, has a noise ordinance in effect between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. A noise level monitor is in use in the building. If maintaining a quiet noise level beginning at 10 p.m. is an inconvenience for you, we have many properties that offer seclusion, so please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
• Please note that parking is not included with this rental property, and there is no loading/unloading zone in front of the entrance. There is a paid parking garage nearby which is well-marked and close to the S and W building.

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and tourist sites. Lower level has a food court and Flour became our go to for breakfast. Condo is well cared for, showing some age and wear, well stocked kitchen. We had some minor issues (internet went out) and the washing machine was not usable (filled with black mold) but property management responded quickly. The deck is large but the way it is laid out with a very high wall there is very little view of the mountains or city. There is quite a bit of traffic noise. Would stay again.

This very comfortable condo is in the perfect spot to explore Asheville on foot. The rooftop patio is the perfect spot to start and end each day. Parking is a little challenging but we took advantage of the overnight free street parking and a lot about 4-5 blocks away that only charged $3 every 12 hours. Be sure and check out the wonderful Flour coffee shop on the 1st floor of the building.
