We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The size of the home was great for 7 adult friends from around the country to gather. Plenty of space inside and outside. The biggest downfall was the multiple noise detectors they had both inside and outside. We got notifications about being too loud for a neighborhood rental early in the afternoon and early evening. This is ridiculous. A group of 50+ adults laughing , playing games and we get text telling us to quiet down. A house this large will have a lot of ppl in it and if you all laugh you get reprimanded. Without that issue- great large home for gatherings.

We had a girls week getaway here with 8 women and it was fantastic! The place is beautiful and spacious and perfect for our week. It was easy to communicate with the host via text with any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more.

This home was perfect for hosting family that came to Oregon for our son’s graduation from college!
This home offered space for everyone. Those who wanted to play games could do so while those who needed a quiet space could do so. The backyard was a great open space to throw football or kick around a soccer ball. We enjoyed ourselves.

This was a weekend for my family to get together and this is a great spot when you have kids with you. Lots of outdoor/indoor space for kids to play in. Separate living room upstairs with a tv. Drawers are labeled discretely with their contents which was very helpful as we navigated the kitchen. We had everything we needed there to just hang out and relax. Everyone was comfortable and happy, which is not easy with a big group of people. Great responsiveness and communication from the host.

My cousins and I gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was perfect for our group consisting of a variety of ages. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and tool you could need. There is a complementary bottle of wine there representing the wine tasting tours available in the area. The best part was there was no excessive list of check out and cleaning requirements, which I have encountered lately at home rentals. The home is approximately 20 miles from the airport and that can consist of some driving (~45 min). But locally there are many restaurants and stores.

I have to say I have stayed in a lot of places and this by far was pretty. Great! This house is set up with everything you will ever.need.It was a very quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I can say was the last day we got a automated. Message of a noise complaint???? I am not joking when I tell you we were in all bed by 10pm every night because we were trying to be quiet for our new baby granddaughter! Amelia. I did get a text from the owner it was a mistake but we were a bit taken back by this. The house is wonderful Tho. I give it a 5 star. All My Best, Penny and Dale.
1) Main Suite is huge!
2) Ping pong table was a huge hit
3) Every glass you can imagine and being a wine drinker it was awesome!
4) My daughter in law could work in the formal dining room peacefully
5) Everyone loved the open space

We stayed at Highland Gables for a family wedding weekend with our adult children and our parents. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We loved the house, the setting, the amenities and the customer service we received during our stay. We'd definitely return!

Wonderful stay.

Stay was ok. Hot tub had a broken glass when we tried to use it so didn’t use it the entire stay which was a huge reason we stayed here. Two additional drinking glasses broke while in the dishwasher.
Temp knob in one of the bathrooms didn’t work but they had a tech come look and fix. No one came to service the hot tub.
Beds were a little smaller than we thought but we made it work.

My stay here with a big group of friends was everything we could've asked for. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. There were so many things to be used that most of us wanted to stay longer. Our group mostly traveled back and forth between Downtown, so if you're hesitant about making the drive I wouldn't worry about it at all. I highly recommend staying here!

We chose this property because it was perfectly located in the area of Beaverton that our Mother had lived for 27 years. Our family enjoyed the front living space for after the memorial service. The bedrooms were perfect for our entire family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and the easy walk through the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We all felt at ease and comfortable the entire stay.

My family and I enjoyed being able to stay together in one house. Your house is perfectly located in my mom’s neighborhood but we can no longer stay with her because of Covid as she is too at risk with leukemia . Your house is roomy and comfortable. Very dog friendly.

Nice place
Nice place with lots of space for a family. Nice big yard if you have a pet that needs a little room to roam. The manager was very negotiable helpful when I got a little lost (the house was behind another house, just FYI, look at the mailboxes).

This home is well kept, clean and spacious. We were grateful to have stayed here with our family, and we enjoyed our stay. The gaming options were also top tier entertainment for the young adults. Hot tub was a plus. Thank you very much!

Amazing House
This house was not only gorgeous, it provided us everything we needed for our stay. We had a team of 14 players who enjoyed the house while we were in Portland for our spring break trip and competed in 3 games. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed, the living room and dining room accommodated all of us for meals and gatherings. Would highly recommend this listing and will look to stay here again if we're in the area in the future.

Great house
The house and yard were great. The owner (presumably?) came by several times to get things from the garage, which was a bit odd, but other than that our stay was quiet and very nice.

Stay of the long week end
it was great experience staying in the property. Kids loved it as they could play table tennis and basket ball. Also use the hot tub. We just faced challenges with the outdoor flood lights and tv remote... close proximity to a park and multiple restaurants.

VRBO has a lot of work to make up for the past two trips taken.
When ever a trip starts off not getting information needed to start your trip, sets it up for failure. This makes twice information was lacking. prior trip sitting in front of house with bad info for 4 hrs. This trip called and called about trying to get information off the account. Told you just are not doing it right, gave her my log in info to only hear OH its not supposed to do that then 4 transfers and 6 hours later someone had to text us the information. Our company works for 911 ambulance providers in Colorado we know the disturbances, and this is NOT covid related. I expect VRBO to make good on these two failures

Great house in Beaverton
Our tennis team traveled to Beaverton for a tennis tournament. It was a great location, great space for 8 of us, and large spacious rooms. We loved soaking in the hot tub and enjoyed making dinners in their great kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard, along with fun evening activities like ping pong and basketball.
