Uncomfortable rooms, great location

Location to the beach and restaurants, rooms are decorated nicely, pools are nice and clean

Air conditioning seems to be an issue in a lot of rooms. Our first room it kept shutting off so we had to switch rooms at 11pm on our first night. Our second room didn't seem to get cool either. The thermostat said it was at 70 but it seemed much warmer. Other guests were saying the same thing about their rooms. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable with a big divot in the middle on both beds. Both my husband and I had to sleep on the edge for any support.

A wonderful cozy resort.

I liked everything about this resort. Very cozy and so close to the beach. It made me feel like home. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Nice place to stay in Siesta Key.

Room was very nice. Interior decor was really pretty. Code to enter door was convenient. Pets able to stay also! Walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shopping. Able to secure our bikes safely in the backyard under stairs, so out of any rain.

Noisy neighbors, young adults, partying till 3 am. Asked them around midnight to hold it down, which they did. Then woke up at 3 to noise again. Called security to come handle. Checkout was pretty early, 10 am. After the bad night sleep, and eating breakfast, this was pretty early and unable to accommodate a later check-out for us.

Nice place and location.

Location is perfect, there are some rooms closest to the beacc, but all of them are very well located, in the middle of everything. Restaurants.

Well the reception is not friendly people, just hi and go. they were no helpful at all.

It was Fantastic! We truly will be coming back.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent! Close to everything. The beach is a 2 to 3 min walk to the beach. The pool was right out of the suites door. The view in the pool are was beautiful for me.

That the pool was open until sunset. There are cameras everywhere we followed the rules but some people didn’t and they party until 2am in the pool, my husband and daughter were very upset with the situation.

The location to the beach and Village and grocery store was awesome.

The rooms did not have ceiling fans and we only had 1 mirror in the bathroom- no mirrors in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were small. Although we had a 2 bedroom suite, the property only provides 2 beach chairs. You have to rent another chair in town if you want extras.

Best spot in Siesta Key!

We booked this resort last minute, because the original place we had booked was absolutely disgusting! And what a gem of a find this resort was!!!! Perfect location, a pita block away from the beach and very clean and tidy . We had a studio and it was perfect! Definitely coming back and staying here and would absolutely recommend this resort!

This hotel is the perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

This boutique hotel had everything we could possibly need. The room was bright and clean. The grounds were lush and private. The location was perfect. It was a short stroll to numerous restaurants.

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved our stay at Tropical Breeze Resort! It was a great location just a quick walk to a nice spot on the beach or to Siesta Key Village, room was fantastic, loved having a full kitchen! Anytime we needed anything the staff was quick and courteous! We will definitely come back again!

Would be nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen and guest laundry facilities labeled a bit better.

great location. perfect for a few days

everything was clean and the staff was really nice. The room we stayed in was a king bed with bunkbeds. It was very nice and clean, but it did seem extremely small. the king bed was quite comfortable.

just smaller rooms but again was clean

Lovely chalet type accommodation with everything you need other than food. Outdoor space for a few drinks.

Was supposed to have a pool view but didn't. Outdoor space a little on the small side.
