Wow what a wonderful place to stay! From the beach across the street and the amenities the condo offered, Patricia’s place blew away our expectations! Restaurants are close by, the beach is across the street, and it’s close to grocery stores! The condo had everything we could have needed plus more! The grounds were clean and well maintained. My family had such great things to say about the property. They really have a nice place here! Only downfall was having one gate opener (that we could find) so it was sometimes inconvenient if our group separated at times to get in and out (minor details). 10/10 will stay again if we are in Fajardo!!

The 3 bedroom condo was clean and had everything we could imagine. The beach was right across the street perfect for snorkeling. We like the fact that it wasn’t too touristy but close to Old San Juan. Great local restaurants. We recommend La Cueva Del Mar.
Patricia was very nice and prompt. My family of six ranging from 12-28 Years old all had a great time.

It's all about the details. This experience was top tier. Lovely place in a lovely location. Host made sure our stay was wonderful. The binder made stay and check out easy. It is a gold mine of local info. I would 100% stay there again.

This was an awesome stay!! Location was great!! Located right across from the beach and super close to good restaurants and marinas Very few places on the island will give you the amenities that are accessible within a short distance of this place if what you are looking for is a great beach retreat. We will definitely book this condo for our next trip next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location to access the rainforest and kayak and snorkeling excursions. Having several restaurants and Seven Seas Beach right across the street was awesome! Communication with the host was great. Check in and out was easy. It was stocked with all of the essentials in the kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms that we needed. The washer and dryer was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was just as described and had everything we needed. The beach is a short walk across a street. The pool was fantastic and most times we had it to ourselves. Great location!
4.8
The property was exactly like the pictures. Good amount of space for our group 6. Having the pool just across the balcony was a bonus. The location is right across of seven seas Beach (tranquil waters was the selling point as we had young children with us), just a short walk. The road in front was under construction but not much of hassle. The Lopez family was very communicative and provided the details needed for a smooth check in. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful villa situate close to the beach. We loved the pool which was really close to our villa, and enjoyed many hours relaxing there. We never felt unsafe, even though the beach got busy. Seemed like families enjoying their time together. Restaurants are short drives away. We would book there again!!

This was a wonderful place right across the street from seven seas beach! It was challenging to find for our taxi driver because of road construction but Patricia was very helpful in getting us there. We spent every morning on the deck having coffee and enjoying the view. There are a couple of fun restaurants within walking distance which was great as we did not rent a car. The rooms are spacious and were perfect for the four of us. We would definitely rent again. Thanks Patricia for your awesome space!

Absolutely loved the area and apartment. No complaints. We visited Luquillo, El Yunque Forest, Las Tinajas waterfall and pools (the highlight of our trip) Apartment was very spacious and plenty big for 5 of us, beach across the street and pool right down the stairs! El Pescador seafood was amazing and a 5 minute drive!! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

I booked our condo online--IT WAS A BREEZE,,as I had a couple of questions--they were answered with in the hour of asking. The condo was in a gated BEAUTIFUL property,,my friend and I felt very safe--we did rent a car, which I was very glad, because there are so many things to see on the beautiful Island..We also walked to several places to eat and sip a cocktail-EVERYONE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY to us. Our condo had everything we needed to cook in-the grocery store was minutes away by car. The condo was ez to find from the airport as Patrica gave us A1 directions. NOW--THE POOL AREA,,,we had so many relaxing hours and met so may new friends--it was beyond clean and relaxing. THE BEACH-- I will say that it was a 3 minute walk,,but that might be abit wrong--WE WERE THERE IN MINUTES!! AND,, the condo provided beach chairs and towels for that.. washer and dryer if needed too. COFFEE every morning outside as the temp was EXCELLENT--well we are home now,,,and already planning for next year, but my friend and I are already thinking a week isnt long enough--lol--were both over 70 years old and can say we had the time of our lives--THANKS TO OUR WONDERFUL HOSTS! THANK YOU SO MUCH---p.s. were from WISCONSIN...

Pro’s: Very spacious unit. Very clean. Beds were all good. Kitchen was well appointed. Beach is right across the street. Pool and patio were very nice. Private gated lot. Laundry worked well. Air in all bedrooms
Con’s: No air in kitchen and living room. No wash clothes. Coffee maker always had grounds.
Third bedroom needs a dresser. Local restaurants all closed at 8:30 pm or were not open Sunday through Thursday. No shopping to speak of.

What a wonderful condo in a great location. Patricia was great, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The condo was outfitted with everything you could need, whether it was for cooking in or going to the beach. And she provided, what we thought, was the most comprehensive owner's book we've ever seen. We wanted to hike El Yunque, kayak in the bioluminescent lagoon and snorkle at some of the nearby islands and all were only 10 - 25 minutes from the condo. Couple this with great restaurants nearby and you have the perfect vacation. My compliments to Patricia and her dad for a fabulous introduction to Puerto Rico.

This was an ideal location to walk over to Seven Seas beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Decent beach chairs and other kids toys available and the community pool kept my kids occupied after dark. There is currently a bit of construction going on at the road next to the complex so you have to walk around it to get to the beach but a temporary inconvenience. I’d definitely return!

This is the third time that we have gone to this location, first time in this apartment. Everything was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Our hosts were very accommodating! Thank you for another great stay in PR! Will definitely book again! Till next year!

Very nice apartment, large space, very clean, and safe.

Second time staying at Palma Vista and will stay again. The villa was very clean. The beach is across the street. Restaurants, bars and other stores are conveniently minutes away. Overall 10/10

Our stay at Patricia's property was amazing. The condo is very clean and spacious and is perfectly located near Seven Seas Beach. Patricia is a fabulous host who supplies not only the basics for your stay but also answers your questions or needs instantly. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia's property! The location is wonderful. Just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, and easy drives to other locations on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It looked as good or better than the photos. The only thing lacking was garbage bags. You could not hear the roosters from the master bedroom. The location was great for walking to the beach and restaurants. Head right out of the parking lot to most of the restaurants. We took the bioluminescent tour from the Kayak Shack. About 3/4 mile that direction. We also took the ferry to Vieques. To get tickets drive to Cieba about 30 minutes away and get tickets at the counter. Purchase a day or two early if you have a large group. There is plenty to do in the area.
4.8
My family and I had a great stay. From the condo to the beach is a 5 minute walk awesome!!!!! The condo is spacious, has everything you need to have a great stay. Thank you Lopez Family, we will be back !!

This was the first time staying in PR, so I was scared before opening the door. Once in I saw the coziest place ever! Rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. The balcony view was amazing. An the living room area space was BIG! Walking distance to the beach, and to restaurants. We had a pool that stayed open after hours. An felt safe due to our place being gated. My kids and I had a great time. We thank you for allowing us to stay at your cozy spot. I highly recommend this place. Easy Five stars!
4.8
This place was very clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all the cooking necessities. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was fantastic. The electric gate opener was not working upon our arrival, but Patricia drove from San Juan to issue a new working opener. I appreciated that the beach was right across the street. Loved it!
4.8
Property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of things to do and places to eat. Saw my friend Gladys at Las Vistas cafe less than a mile away. It's a must see! There was some street construction going on, but I expected as much in many parts of PR. Doing our part to help the local economy. Have fun!!

Close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling. Nice unit with a wonderful manager.

Location at Seven Seas beautiful beach is second to none. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children

We stayed for a few days mid January. Overall I would recommend the property.
Pros:
*Walking distance to beach
*Walking distance to restaurants
*Spacious condo
*Well stocked kitchen
Cons:
*Roosters crowing all night long behind unit, woke everyone up
*Located right on corner by road construction so constant stopped cars blasting super loud music
*Only 5 lounge chairs at pool for entire community use
*Need more pillows on beds and towels

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is a 2nd floor end unit with a partial view of the water. It is a large well-appointed high quality place with a wonderful balcony across the street from a snorkeling beach. The condo was well stocked with beach items like chairs, towels, toys, and cooler. There were leftover sunscreen (many kids types), insect repellent (which we didn't need), spices, oils, paper towel, foil, and coffee filters for a drip coffee maker. There was even a large basket of water shoes and fins. There was also a magnification mirror in the master bathroom.
Location: The location is very safe feeling with lots of restaurants and bars within an easy walk. (We highly recommend the Kalizo seafood kiosk). The Seven Seas beach snorkeling is very good (although you might get spoiled if you go to such places as Culebra).
Host: Patricia was an excellent host as she responded very quickly to any questions we had.
We mostly had the beautiful pool to ourselves.
Just to mention a few things:
Since the owners belongings are in the locked master closet, there isn't anywhere in the master to hang clothes, although there is a large dresser in the master as well as plenty of hanging space in the other 2 bedrooms.
Some folks have mentioned the rooster noise - we found that the bedroom AC unit drowned out most of it along with road noise.
The listing says there is a grill and shows a grill in the balcony photos, but there was no grill when we were there.
Since we were new to PR and appreciated recommendations in the reviews, here are a few we have:
1. You can rent snorkel equipment for multiple days at 7 seas beach from Pirate Snorkeling Shack (and online as well).
2. If you want to go to El Yunque, driving passes are limited. I'd highly recommend downloading the Recreation.gov app and follow when the tickets are briefly available roughly 1 month prior for only a few days and get them then. It seems almost impossible to get them the day before.
3. If you take the ferry to Culebra (45 minutes), get a passenger/cargo ferry (not just a passenger ferry) if you're prone to motion sickness. We had lots of people sick around us.
4.8
Great amenities. Well stocked. Beautiful location. Nice beaches and hikes.
4.8
Everything was great with the exception of towels/linens. No washcloths only four towels and two sheets. I know they only thought there were two of us but even so I think they should have more linens available.
4.8
It's a clean property right by the beach, kayak village and marinas. It's a great spot if you want some beach time, El Yunche, boat excursions and Liqillio Kioskos.
4.8
Pictures do not do Justice! Very clean, large rooms. Had all the kitchen amenities needed or wanted. Easy to talk to and check in. Very close to beach! Beautiful beach with shade. I would definitely stay here again!
4.8
This apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. It included spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The balcony is spacious as well suitable for entertaining part of the family while seating outside overseeing the beach. This apartment is in the eastmost part of the island and it is where you find Seven Seas Public beach, Las Croabas, and El Faro. Cabezas. There are numerous local restaurants, some within walking distance that have great fresh seafood. One that I would highly recommend is El Pescador, by Las Croabas. At night, there are several kayak groups that are set up for touring into the bio-phosforecense lagoon. It is something that's a must-see. And when you are done, it's great that the apartment is less than 5 minutes away. It has a private gate and pool. It accommodated 6 people very well. I rate this apartment 5 stars and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful!
The property was an excellent match for our vacation needs and interests. We especially liked that Seven Seas beach was right across the street! The condo is spacious. It was clean, bright, and well-equipped. We would recommend the property to friends & family.

Family Vacation
Wonderful time being a family and removing ourselves from the bustle of life.
4.8
Fantastic location in Paradise
The condo was conveniently located in Fajardo about and hour from San Juan. The ferries to Culebra and Vieques was 30 minutes away. Seven Seas Beach is just across the street and offers both swimming and snorkeling. It was a little difficult getting through the entry gate the first time. I recommend getting the instructions and studying them prior to arrival. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
4.8
Wonderful Place
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location is great, with the beach less than 100 yards away from our front door. The community pool and gazebo area is lovely, and while the trailer park across the road looks odd, I felt super safe and the gate made sure that I always had a parking spot and a relatively empty pool, even when it was very busy. The rooms were dark and cold at night, though the beds were not super comfortable for our kids. The main room was a little warm during the hottest part of the day, but the fans were great (and honestly it would have been weird to come in and out of the heat into cold AC during the day). The beach gets a little busy on the weekend, but you can walk to Playa Escondida which is much calmer. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a great place to stay while they do lots of great activities in the area. (I strongly suggest chartering a boat with Culebra VIP & East, FWIW).
One thing - if you are alight sleeper, bring earplugs. There are wild roosters on the island, and one living near this place woke us up each morning. I don’t count it against the place because I’m pretty sure it would be an issue almost anywhere that is not a hotel or resort. Still, be prepared.

Best vacation at Palma Vista! Communication was great on how to check in. Appreciated Patricia answering questions we had about the area. Condo was VERY clean and well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our kids (10, 8, and 4) LOVED the pool. We had it to ourselves the whole week as most guests were at the beach. We were there during Memorial Day weekend and it was busy and loud during that time. During the week it was quiet, besides the roosters. :) We didn't mind it being busy or the noise. Great location and area-not touristy. Everyone was very friendly.
Beach is rocky right across the street but if you walk down towards the reserve there is sand and trees for shade. It's a beautiful area. Three restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed. Many other restaurants within 5min drive. Patricia has a binder at the condo with recommendations for restaurants and excursions.
A few changes that have happened the last couple months that I wish we would have read about before going--
Ferry to Culebra was booked a few days in advance when we were there. If you want to visit an island I would go to the ferry terminal at beginning of your trip (around 25min from condo) to book a few days in advance. That was our only disappointment on the trip. You could not get a trip the same day or the next and they were sold out online 2 weeks in advance online so we couldn't book earlier. We did contact Mingo (water taxi) to go to Icacos. His taxi service is a short 5 min away in Las Croabas. He was a great tour guide. Icacos is a beautiful beach.
El Yunque requires online reservations--$2. It is a must see. Have to book a day or two in advance. We did the Juan Diego hike due to 4 year old. Stop and see the tower on the way.
BioBay is a must see. We took an electric boat with BioIsland. They are the only company with electric boats and only have 2. We were lucky to get a spot 2 weeks in advance. Book early and I would suggest taking the later time slot. 5 min drive
We took a day trip to San Juan. It took us an 75min with traffic. Our kids loved El Morro and Fortaleza Street. Parking wasn't great as garages were full, but we found street parking.
Luquillo beach is a nice beach with waves. The one near the complex is calm and great for swimming/snorkeling. Stop at the Luquillo kiosks for souvenir shopping and restaurants.
Thank you Patricia and family!

Great place! Very clean and well stocked
We had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Location was perfect with a grocery store a short drive and walking distance to the beach. Also not far from the ferry terminal, San Juan, El Yunque or the bioluminescent bay. We would definitely stay here again
