About this house rental

The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.

*6 Complimentary beach badges are also included and depending on how often you go to the beach could really save you some money. Daily beach price is around 8$ per day for adults.

The property was amazing and just right for what we needed for a quick family weekend away. The house is as depicted and is a great space for relaxing, cooking out and heading to the beach which is a short drive away. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. The house also has lots of things to entertain kids and all you need to take to the beach! Glad we found this one and we would go back again.

We stayed here as two families - one with a 3 y/o and one with a 2 y/o, and it was perfect for two families with young kids! The backyard with the swing set and trampoline was so much fun for them, and the house has a lot of kid supplies. We were especially grateful for the baby gate that was able to be installed at the top of the stairs so our little ones would be safe at the staircase. The guys had no trouble finding it and putting it up where the brackets were already installed at the top of the stairs. Baby gates at rentals are SO rare and it was truly a huge relief that these owners thought of that to have as an option. I can't thank them enough for this!! The beds and bathrooms were clean and lovely! The kitchen was super well stocked and the garage play stuff was great. We appreciated the beach toys! Location was great with a 4 minute drive to Seven Presidents. We would love to stay here again on another trip down the shore!

We only stayed for two nights, but everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay! The location is near enough to the boardwalk and we walked all day, yesterday! Thank you for the good communication. I would highly recommend this property.

The house had everything we needed to accommodate our family, including a crib and high chairs! Lots of games, toys, great back yard and all the basics for our stay. It was the perfect place for our multi-generational trip to a family wedding. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, spacious property with games and supplies for kids of various ages. Stayed with my two toddlers, brother, and parents - plenty of room for all of us. The backyard was amazing, tons of seating for warm weather. Toddlers loved the mini trampoline, swingset, and hammock.

As a family with 3 kids ages 6 and under this house was absolutely perfect. The kids enjoyed playing outside and in the garage that’s set up like a game room which made for a much more enjoyable time for the adults. It truly had everything you need to enjoy the summer or fall there. The house was clean and stocked with high chairs, baby gates, toys and more. We hope to come stay again! The hosts were great very responsive and sweet.

5 stars in every way! My daughters wedding weekend was a washout with Long Branch getting 7.75 inches of rain but it was wonderful to have a nice house to relax in before and after the wedding. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Even the grandchildren ( 4, 2, & 7 months) had a great time. Daniel and Melissa was very responsive to our questions, and made our stay perfect. I would love to stay again when the weather is better an we can use the beautiful backyard.

We loved our stay at this spacious, well thought out, comfortable Jersey shore beach house. We were a group of three adults and two children under 3, and there was plenty of space for more people inside and outside. Great open floor plan kitchen with all of the amenities into living room. It was perfect that the dining room has doors so we kept beach items and other non-kid friendly knick knacks in there during the stay away from the little ones. The kids loved the outdoor space - swing set, trampoline, kicking balls around the yard. The adults loved using the grill, eating outside, the many seating options, and the fenced yard that offered a safe environment for the kids to explore. The proximity to beaches was amazing, and we appreciated the beach passes being included. There were lots of toys in the house, kids books, and the smart tv was great too. We couldn't get the baby gate to work, but maybe that was us? Parents might want to bring their own. The parents in our group especially loved the pillows in the primary bedroom, and the baby mattress in the crib which was were both so comfortable. Melissa was very quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again next summer.

Stayed with family. 8 people were able to be more than comfortable in the space both inside and out. Felt like being home. Any amenity you could think of. So close to the beach and really appreciated having beach passes. Great kitchen to cook in. Plenty of space to prep and eat. Great house when the weather prevented us from enjoying the beach. Can't wait to stay again.

The house had everything advertised, and more. The two older kids were delighted to have so much to do, since after all, one can only spend so many hours on the beach! We appreciated having so much seating for meals, since nearby relatives were able to join us for dinner. Melissa was in touch via text if we needed anything or to clarify instructions. The neighborhood is quiet and the trains are a very distant sound. The nearby athletic fields and playground are a bonus, and we enjoyed taking the baby for stroller rides around the perimeter trail. We highly recommend the house and hope to stay there again.

Super quick drive to the beach with ample parking and beach passes was SUCH a convenience! Melissa was super responsive and helpful, even when we had a small ant problem. Bedrooms are big enough for 2-3 people each. Walk in closet and crib in the master were so convenient! Already booked again for next summer!

I booked this stay for my family from out of town for a bridal shower weekend. My family LOVED this house and enjoyed a comfortable place to sleep during the eventful weekend. Checking in was easy and Melissa was very responsive and communicative during our booking. The place was spotless upon arrival with a fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and play area for the kids. While we did not have time to visit the beach during our stay, the hosts provide passes and the house is only a short walk from the closest beach entrance. The backyard is very kid friendly and the house is supplied with many games! We even loved the Norwegian decor as my great grandfather is from there. Would definitely book again!

This was the perfect home for a weekend near the beach, within about 10 minutes of Asbury Park. Very clean and spacious, lots of good restaurants near by. The whole family had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at this Long Branch shore house. Dan and his sister were very responsive from beginning to end. The house was a several minute drive to the beach, and the beach passes were so convenient. There’s a little park with a track for the kids to ride their bikes which was nice and they even had a gate for the stairs for my littlest one. Tons of toys for the kids and the backyard was a dream for us city folks. Only thing I wish we were reminded of is to bring soap and shampoo but no biggie. Will definitely be coming back here!

We loved every minute of our extended summer stay at Daniel’s rental home in Long Branch. The backyard was a huge hit, truly second to none. The house was very well equipped and especially tailored towards families and younger children with endless amounts of games and toys. The trampoline and soccer net got tons of use by our 3 kids. The location was close enough to the beach and all the summer staples (Pier Village, 7 Presidents Beach with included beach passes!, Skate park, Strollo’s ice cream, Amy’s Omelettes and Jersey Mike’s) and there was a nice park literally across the street. Melissa was also great, super responsive and handled all of our needs. We will be back for future summers for sure!

We were in long branch for a wedding so didn’t spend a ton of time at the house but it was a welcome space to come back to each day. House is accurately represented on Vrbo. Lots of patio furniture to lounge in and big backyard. Location is just a few minutes drive to the beach.
