Beautiful property, amazing staff, excellent location with ocean views, delicious food

Gorgeous place, amazing location, awesome staff, the gym is a full fledged fantastic gym, on par with an Equinox , new equipment, and a nice array of choices. And the room service and food was extremely delicious

No phone in the gym (that’s a safety concern, even if to simply call your room or the operator), towels were needed in the gym at times, no channel guide for the tv, and most importantly NO SECURE WIFI

Overpriced for the time of year and facilities

Location is great

Some small flooding in the room and outside the elevators. Bathroom door would bang loudly into the front door if you didn’t close it. Since it’s off season the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast I don’t think the bar was open either

Nice place to get away.

Room was clean and the beach is always beautiful.

Outlit to coffee pot didn't work. Pool and hot tub were cold.

This hotel needs to be renovated and better maintained. I feel a bit robbed and deceived by any hotel that would demand

The location was good for walking to dinner or if you wanted to do a little shopping.

We paid $730 for the night and our room looked like a room that had been abused by spring breakers. The furniture was falling apart, stains on the rugs, black spots on the ceiling, chipping wall paint. We booked this location because of the outside pool area and proximity to the beach. The pool area was dirty, there was no one managing the deck furniture and it was a free for all. There was a constant oder that smelled like sewage and made it hard to relax or enjoy time by the pool.

Never again!

The location is great, its on the beach and next to lots of stores and food joints.

The pools were closed and we were not notified before our arrival. The staff was rude and they lied to us. We were kicked out of the pool for wearing modest swim wear. Tables in the lobby were dirty. There was a general feeling of neglect around the hotel.

Ocean view room is absolutely worth it!

Clean rooms and facilities. Having beach access right at the back of the hotel was awesome. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy, and the front desk was very helpful when we had special requests. I would definitely visit again!

Very disappointing

The view was outstanding.

There were no housekeeping services provided. At that price plus the additional “ resort fee” I expected a lot more. Even when I called the front desk in the evening for clean towels, they were never delivered. Parking was a hassle. My room key did not open the gate and the tickets that needed to be validated were excessive. The staff at the from desk was abrupt and succinct.

Average no longer worth the $$$

Staff are all excellent the location is excellent

Ive been to this property before and was really looking forward to visting again. Its not cheap however, Ive always enjoyed my stay and considered the facility above average thus, willing to pay the extra. Its been a few years and things have changed physically not being kept up. I encouraged my family members to book as well stating how wonderful it was and I was a bit embarrassed to have them spend so much on a place needing a face lift.

rooms were dirty. paint chipping off the walls they gave you nothing for well over $600 a night. I would not recommend this property
