Everything was great! Even had a bear on porch one day! Very roomy and beautiful

Perfect house for our family vacation. We loved it so much. There were days when we didn’t even leave, we just enjoyed the house! The kids loved the playroom. The hot water, water pressure and jet bathtubs were amazing! We never ran out, even with 12 people showering! Amazing!!!

The cabin was awesome! Very spacious and conveniently located. Cabin was so clean and welcoming! Definitely recommend!!

Four families all from different areas met here for a fun filled vacation. The cabin was comfortable and roomy. We had fun doing activities in town, but enjoyed fun at the cabin as well.

Perfect for our family weekend away! Never felt crowded even with our 13 person family. Accessible for the grandparents (ramps, grab bars in bathroom, zero step entry shower, even the big porch was zero step), included high chairs for the babies! Walls were thick enough and stopped the noise so baby could nap while cousins played in game room upstairs. Rocking chairs on porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap. Great location - close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for entertainment options for older kids, plus located near family friendly hike Laurel Falls in the national park. Excellent layout for a multigeneration vacation!

Our family loved the cabin. Very comfortable. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Yet close to all local attractions. Very good choice.

We loved the aesthetics of the cabin from the game room to the bed rooms and kitchen. Very homey and relaxing we enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I loved staying at this cabin. Was clean and comfortable. We also loved how close it was to everything. Definitely would come back

The cabin was wonderful. Everything a large family would need for an amazing family trip. Even the family dog enjoyed it. Saw a huge bear from front porch! Thank you! Vacasa was very easy to work with, prompt timely helpful communications! We will be back!

We were very happy with this cabin.
We had 18 of our family members here and very comfortable and accommodating. The view was fantastic and would highly recommend this as is also close to many of the places we wanted to take in

Great stay and great cabin. However a person or my party left a pair of shoes by the front door and everyone of the party saw them by the front door Sunday morning. We was told they were not found so I guess the cleaners took them. We saw and was aware about the shipping policy and paying for it but was told no shoes was by the front door which is a lie.

The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and beautiful. Close enough to town and far enough to have some peace and quiet! Curtains could use a little dusting but that is just a minor suggestion overall very cozy, super clean snd comfortable!!! We loved our cabin and stay!
4.7
This rental is large and spacious for multi-generational gatherings. The kitchen is probably the best stocked rental we have ever used. There are more pots, pans, dishes and cutlery than you will need, plus unique items like a popcorn popper and marshmallow skewers.
I appreciated that there were high chairs and enough table seating for 9 (one kitchen chair was broke). We could never get the fireplace to put out heat, although it did turn on.
We timed our drive to Dollywood and it took 25 minutes. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is farther away. Plan for a lot of drive time if you want to visit the park each day. Two grocery stores were 10-12 minute drive.

Loved the cabin. Perfect size for us. Comfortable beds and plenty of plates and cooking receptacles. Only item to note is that the access to the backyard needs to be made safer. It is extremely steep and very difficult to access.
4.7
My family loved the spacious cabin! It’s great proximity to all Pigeon Forge and the views are spectacular. We had a wonderful stay!

We spent a week at the cabin. Very nice location and lots of space. A few minor things that need to be fixed or adjusted with younger children around such as the make shift fixing of the porch railing out back, loose step out front, etc. We had a great trip over all and would stay again.

The cabin was wonderful!

Plenty of room. Clean cabin. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Loved the second floor deck
4.7
It was a very roomy house. Felt very comfortable.

This is a great cabin to relax and enjoy the mountains. Close enough to enjoy all Pigeon Forge offer and secluded enough to escape the town. We will be back to stay again next year.

This cabin was perfect for our family Christmas trip! We loved all the decorations the owners had out! The location is super convenient and quiet! The lift chair in the living room was an huge plus for my father-in-law that had mobility issues! Only negative was the mattresses were very uncomfortable, all of us had hard time sleeping.
4.7
Awesome home suitable for a family; kids loved the upstairs! Adults were comfortable with the main floor. Great location close to the main areas of entertainment.
4.7
The cabin was perfect! Rustic decor, cozy, clean, and well kept. Hot tub was also clean. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the porch rocking on the rocking chair and admiring the mountain view. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, and even had laundry detergent. Instructions were very clear and questions were quickly answered. Will book again!

Seventeen of us were able to comfortably fit in this beautiful cabin. The view off the back porches was stunning with all the fall colors! The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean! We will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. 10/10 recommend.

I loved the two rooms on the main floor of the cabin! We saw a Momma and two baby bears leisurely walking through the back yard. This cabin is close to everything and easy to get to, we will be back.

The place was great. It met the needs for our family and the location was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

This cabin was beautiful. Very spacious.
We had a hiccup with check-in. Once I called I was given the entry code. There was garbage left out front with the cans full also. I notified vacasa when I called and services came right away and collected it.

This beautiful house has it all for a big family. We came down with 14 people and 3 dogs and had plenty of room. See listing for all accomidations. Mamma bear and 3 cubs greeted us when we checked in!!!We will be back!!!

We had a fabulous time at the Mountain Escape property. The view from the back porch was incredible. It was an easy drive to the National park and Dollywood. We also visited the Busch Beans Welcome Center one day. Just wish we had seen a bear or two. Would definitely go back for another stay.

The lodge was pleasant with plenty of space. However, elevation of the home is insane. Be prepared to drive very steep hills!!

Overall, a great experience! An absolutely beautiful cabin and a great location.
I wasn't impressed with the communication from the management company. I called 2 days prior to our arrival because of the devastating wildfires that were going on. When I checked, the cabin was in the evacuation area. I asked the person at Vacasa if our cabin was accessible - he said the property manager hadn't advised and that he'd pull it up on Google if I wanted. I told him that I was already doing that and that he wasn't providing any valuable information.
Therefore, i continued monitoring the evacuation area myself and ultimately, and thankfully for us and all people in that area, the fires were contained with no additional losses. The evacuation area continued to decrease and we did have complete access to the cabin. Sure would have been nice if the management company would have provided an update....isn't that part of what I'm paying them for.???

Our families loved the size of the cabin and the space to gather to eat, play games, and relax. The pool table was fun for the kids. The deck was nice to sit and sip coffee, wine, etc. We enjoyed our time.
4.7
Our group of 13 loved our stay. The road getting there is super steep so we really appreciated the flat driveway! The other homes nearby look pretty similar but this one stood out for the dog accommodations, backyard where the dog could play and again the large, flat driveway. The beds were very comfy, nice sheets and the whole house was very clean. Thank you for having us!

Cozy cabin with a beautiful view
This cabin was in a great location, close enough to the town to make a quick market trip but still felt secluded. We had enough room for our party of 14 without feeling cramped.

The cabin is nice with a fairly good location. But, the couch, loveseat, and recliner is very old and extremely wore out. The couch was so weak and you sink way down in it so much that it’s hard to get up out of the hole! The arm of the recliner is broken almost completely off. The love seat had a tear on the top/back and was also very weak in the cushion and springs. Needs to be replaced badly! Everything else was fine.

A/C
Loved the cabin only con I have is that the thermostat upstairs wasn’t working too good I tried turning on the heather but it never kicked on just cold A/C heater downstairs was working fine. Overall loved the stay.
