This unit is a little bit dated and shows a little wear and tear, but this was not significant enough to diminish our stay. The location was great, walk to downtown. Enjoyed the hot tub but didn't try the pool. We arrived early and couldn't park in the lot until the unit became available even though there were many empty spaces. Key pickup was a separate location. I wish I could give this 4.5 stars.

Perfect location. You can walk to everything! Condo is great for large family. Sleeping capacity is actually 13. The condo has a lot of new furniture, including matresses. Needs new windows and screens. A room fan for each sleeping area would be helpful for summer stays as the airfow is not great in the loft area.
The management company is a bit stingy is supplying toilet paper, paper towels (we ran out), and cleaning supplies. We would have left the kitchen cleaners if we had the supplies to do so.
Also needed some general maintence: slow sink drainag, burned out bulbs, baseboard molding coming off, loose electrical wall sockets.
4.3
The communication and customer service was not great. Upon arrival, we found that an electrical outlet was missing a cover, the curtain rod was broken, and the hot tubs at the facility were still out of order. There was no flexibility on two parking spots and we were charged for a missing blanket. We will not be staying here again.
4.3
Property was great and location was amazing. Only issue is broken hot tub, crazy to let that remain broken there is that many people visiting daily.
4.3
Cannot emphasize how quick and easy it is to ski-in/ski-out to Peak 9 base area, and to walk to town from this unit. More than enough room for our family of 4. Kitchen was perfectly stocked and had fine appliances. Good quality living and dining furniture/spaces. Bedrooms had plenty of storage (closets/dressers). Convenient ski-locker and laundry. Unit entry also has great storage for ski gear. We enjoyed the balcony (perfect place to watch a moose wander by!) and the view. Rental company was prompt to respond to any question we had. Only minor downsides: large indoor hot tub was closed for our stay (but we really enjoyed the smaller outdoor one!), electrical outlets and switches need to be upgraded/replaced (quite old, confusing, not enough for modern devices), shower head in master bath should be replaced. Want to emphasize that these are all minor inconveniences - we truly loved our stay here! Perfect location for skiers of any ability and non-skiers.
4.3
Location was perfect for the ones who wanted to ski and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit was comfortable and slept our family of 12

it was an amazing stay! So convenient and perfect for a group of 8-12. Highly recommend!

The spot was in a perfect location for skiing and checking out the cute town!

This is a nice, large condo very close to downtown and lots of hiking trails. The unit is quiet and was very clean, more than enough beds and room for large families - we had 9 at one time and there was plenty of space. The hot tub was great! Furniture was a bit scratched up but really, who cared as long as it was clean?? Kitchen was very clean and had plenty of dishes. We had to request more towels and they were delivered to the door very quickly that same day. Check in/out was super easy and fast. The only issue we had was the change machine for the laundry was not working. When I called the property managers to let them know after several days of no change, their response was "well, it's Saturday....there's a free shuttle on Saturday that you can use to go to a laundromat." I was a little taken by surprise by that and when we checked out 3 days later the change machine still wasn't working. But - would stay here again. Maybe just prepared with quarters next time.

We really enjoyed the property

Reviewer Comments:
True ski-in/out, and walk to town. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna on property. We ran into an employee of the management company on the elevator and asked how we get towels, a little while later the office texted me to ask exactly what we needed—outstanding! The place itself is a bit rundown, and there were some complaints about the beds, but overall we were satisfied and will likely return.
4.3
Great location for a “ski in ski out” place to stay in Breckenridge. Definitely in need of a makeover, as everything in the condo is old and dated….even the jacuzzi and sauna. Outstanding communications with the staff for any issues and the “check in and check out” process.

The unit is exactly what you want for a ski trip. Only a few places in Breckenridge can get you closer to the lift than this place and they will be cost a lot more. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would rent this place again.

First time staying in a larger condo. We usually stay in a one-bedroom, once in a 2-bedroom (a studio in Der Steiermark) and prefer the smaller condos. P2 had space but was tired. Dishwasher broke, upstairs queen bed in loft has terrible mattress and dining table as well as other furniture was scratched. No coasters provided but we used napkins like we would at home. Maintenance was excellent. Previous years towel service was automatic, this year we had to ask which surprised us. Will not affect our staying with Ski Country. We see the increase in people on the slopes and following no rules. When Vail asks our opinion, we tell them to post rules so newer skiers will abide.

Very close to the downtown area, perfect for a winter getaway!

We were always coming and going and it was a nice location to walk to and from Main St. We had two double strollers with us and inside the front entrance, there’s many stairs, without any other option to enter the property, so had to carry strollers up and down stairs multiple times per day. This was also troublesome when loading/unloading vehicles. The property needs some major love/improvement. There are many cosmetic eyesores such as old towel bars removed, hardware still intact, just painted over. The upstairs can get quite warm while sleeping, but the property management brought over fans within minutes of requesting. No dishwashing pods/cleaner provided - so pack your own! It was overall a good stay with a great location.
4.3
Nice accommodations for large families. The upper floor gets a bit warm on summer days due to no windows being upstairs for circulation. I can definitely see the benefit to staying in this condo during ski season. Great location and a short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.
4.3
Great view and location.

We stayed there for a week at the end of January 2022. The view from the condo never got old; it was beautiful. The garage parking was nice; we had 2 cars & the second car had to parked in the outside parking lot. When we got there on Saturday, the lot was nearly full. We found a parking spot & left that car in place for the rest of the week. The wifi & cable tv worked well; we were able to be online & entertained in the evening. The condo was more than adequate for 8 people (4 couples); 2 of the couples stayed in the upstairs loft which meant that they slept either in twin beds of bunkbeds & shared a bath. The upstairs bedroom with twin beds had no privacy from the hallway (it could use a curtain in the window); There were some issues regarding the condition of the unit: the gas fireplace quit working the first day we arrived; the dining room was cold & drafty (possibly because of the gas fireplace problem), the lighting in the bedrooms was dim; hot water for showers ran out & required 15-20 minutes before the next warm shower could happen; there were 2 clothes hangers in the entire condo (someone in our party gifted the condo 6 when we left); we ran out of toilet paper halfway through our stay & had to do a toilet paper run to the store); the coffee maker was ready to retire but still worked. With all the minor complaints, we would book this condo again without hesitation. The view, the location (closeness to beginner slopes & lifts; walking distance to town & bus services); the luxury of a ski-in/ski-out place to stay made this a great experience. The property was clean. The reservation process was easy & very accommodating. Check out was very streamlined. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

Check in is a hassle. They want you to pick up keys...nobody does this anymore, keys are obsolete. Also you have to "check out", and leave the keys at the check in location. This process needs to be reevaluated and updated by using available technology.
When we arrived, the door seemed to not fit the frame properly. As we entered the property, it looked as though we were in a porch that had been converted to a condo. The sliding doors and windows didn't seem to fit/close properly. The linens were all dated and felt dirty. Actually the entire property felt dirty. The description refers to a "Penthouse" Condo, which sounds really nice. This is not a nice condo at all. The furnishings are all dated, and looked mis-matched. The kitchen had very few useful utensils. The cheap coffee pot lid was broken, there were no spices for cooking, no nice shampoos or soaps. The whole experience was very disappointing. We spent a lot of money for the 4 nights we stayed, and expected some quality in the surroundings. I wouldn't be surprised if the owners furnished the place with yard sale and consignment shop finds. While we were there the fireplace broke, the toilet clogged, and I walked out of my bathroom at 11AM to find 2 men standing in the kitchen.
I would not stay at this property again. Also, I will make sure I review check in/out procedures before renting any property. There are a lot of choices in Breckenridge, many of which are very nicely furnished and make use of modern technology. Choose carefully.

House is in an excellent location with great Mountain View’s from kitchen/living room. Walking distance to lift and town .condo is outdated and worn but good enough if you don’t need the finest fit and finished Water pressure is awesome. If you rent here , make sure you bring everything, there are no coffee filters , or any spices or extras for cooking . There is literally 3 coffee mugs . So we had to buy some paper cups . But the unit is big enough to sleep 6-8 people . Beds and pillows were good .

Needs Help
The only thing updated is the kitchen. Otherwise this place needs a lot of help. Beds are all hard, pillows (hard & cheap), bedding itself really old and smells slightly. Every bed is old and dated. Bathrooms are in no better condition. Also the electrical is somewhat touchy. Turn on one light and something else glitches. This place has great potential but not there. We aren’t picky people and looked over it. Location great! Pool not close to unit, but hot tub is. We had seven people with 3 cars and it only allows two. This place needs a refresh!! Beds and bedding would go a long way after a day of skiing or hiking.

Steps from Quicksilver lift and restaurants. Made traveling with a two year old super easy.

The location of this property was ideal for walking to the downtown area and the pool, especially with little ones. The condo was quiet and laundry facilities was very convenient. There were some minor issues that hope will be resolved (light bulbs out, missing screens and sliding doors not working). We would definitely return to this property.

Family Vacation
Such a great vacation place for our family of 13! We had six adults and seven grandchildren ages 11 to infant. The unit is located close to everything. It was clean and well stocked. The management was great to work with and check-in was a breeze! The one issue we had, we reported to management and they took care of it. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks for making our family time so wonderful!

Excellent Stay for our first family trip to Breckenridge!
Our family stayed here the week of 6/27. The property is in a great location, and it was an easy walk for our teenage and young adult children to go in and out of town at their leisure. It was also walking distance to some nice hiking trails, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning and evening hikes. The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains is also awesome. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms do get a bit warm/stuffy, but we are East Coasters who are use to our air conditioning (this unit like many in Breckenridge does not have A/C), and there are plenty of box and tabletop rotating fans in the closets that we distributed to the kids to stay comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, and the couches and kitchen table provide plenty of room for family meals. I definitely recommend this unit for a family that needs multiple bedrooms and bathrooms like we did. Our oldest son was able to use the Queen bed in the open space upstairs without any major complaints. It is right next to the upstairs bathroom, but it worked out fine.
4.3
Great spot, close to everything!
Our group of 8 had a great time at this property for our week-long stay. Very convenient to Peak 9 Quicksilver lift, super close to downtown shops & restaurant and plenty of space for us all. We loved coming home and relaxing in the sauna / hot tub in the afternoons. The unit was super clean and appeared exactly as advertised. Two bedrooms downstairs were super spacious - two upstairs twin / bunk rooms worked really well for the solo-travelers we had in our group. The Q bed in the loft area worked well for us because we had a solo-person who didn't mind staying 'out in the open', but it is in the direct path from the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and is directly beside the bathroom upstairs -- so anyone staying upstairs who was showering in the evenings / mornings or using the restroom during the night was disruptive to the person sleeping in the loft space - just something to consider when booking, but none of us had an issue with it. The kitchen was stocked with dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. & had plenty of pots and utensils to make some larger group meals. Management was super responsive when we needed them - we had a plumbing issue upon arrival but maintenance immediately came out and resolved it quickly. Check-in & check-out was quick & easy - took less than 5 minutes each. The Ski Country shuttle was also a great feature that we enjoyed using to get around town in the evening. Would highly recommend this place to anyone - if we decide to come back to Breck next year, we will stay here again for sure.

It was a great place to stay. For our family vacation. Only complaint. No Air conditioning. So very hot even with the fans upstairs. But great location.
