Crestview Place offers Winter Park's most convenient in-town condominium lodging choice. We are steps away from a variety of restaurants and entertainment. We are the closest accommodations to Cooper Creek Square, Winter Park's finest collection of restaurants shops. Full recreation center, bowling, movie complex, and great parks are all less than a mile away.

The most frequent shuttle schedule available makes this an ideal location to hop on the bus and arrive at the slopes or anywhere in town. No need to drive, just park your car in the covered garage and enjoy the town or take the free shuttle which stops in front of Crestview. Head to downtown Fraser, or to the Winter Park or Mary Jane Ski Areas on the shuttle.

The condo sleeps 5 comfortably, up to 7 if some are children. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and the 2nd has an extra twin bed, the living room also has a pull out sofa. The common area amenities for the property include elevator access to each floor from the underground parking space, 2 indoor hot tub, private ski lockers and laundry facilities located on the same floor as our unit.

Wonderful location, easy walk to the festival grounds. The place was great and well equipped, very comfortable. The only drawback is because of construction the hot tub was not available; otherwise, we would love to come back at another time. Thanks for a great home away from home.

It was great to get back to Winter Park, and I appreciated the convenience and accesability of the condo's location. It is with walking distance of some primary attractions, food options, and bussing options in Winter Park. Things were clean, organized, and i appreviated the downhome feel. Could use some more outlets for charging devices. The extra humidifier was appreciated. Covered parking was challenging with a full size truck. Lots of parking out side, which wasnt a big deal. Really appreciated the electronic lock on the condo, as it was easy to access and secure. Didnt need to communicate much with property manager as things were simple and straight forward. We are looking forward to getting back out to Winter Park. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It has everything you need, the location is perfect - right on the shuttle line to the resort and walking distance to town, and the host is very responsive. We plan on staying here again!

Our party of 5 stayed here comfortably during the week before Christmas. The unit was very well-stocked with blankets, towels, sheets, and kitchen utensils/appliances. Garage parking with elevator service (and luggage carts) was very convenient. The location is great: it's a short drive to the resort, and is very close to the Cooper Creek Transit Center for bus service. Host was polite and responded promptly. We had a great week and would highly recommend!

We were in Winter Park for the annual Jazz Festival and this place was within walking distance of the concert venue as well as restaurants and the shopping center. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive.

The owner was readily available to answer questions. Condominium was clean and comfortable. The photos and description are accurate. A walk out patio, garage parking, ski locker storage, elevator in the building, next door to Cooper Creek Square and the shuttle right outside the complex made this the ideal location. You won't be disappointed with this property!

Great location to ride the bus. The stop in front on the main road is great, almost any bus will stop and pick you up for the slope. The property is small, but we expected that. The parking situation in the garage was fine and always space. The hot tubs were closed and seemed to be that way for some time. The TV signal would randomly disappear but always came back and we were constantly battling the thermostat as it would set back to around 50 mid day and midnight. I would stay here again. Also the communication from the owners were super easy and efficient.

We had a great stay. The unit is quite small and outdated, but pretty much what I expected at this price point. The unit was clean. We did have a bit of trouble with the Nest thermostat at first. It had a programmed schedule to drop to 52 degrees during the day, and then come back up to 62 later. It took us a while to realized why it would never stay at the 69 degrees we tried to set it at. The bathtub didn't drain well at all, so you end up taking a shower in a couple inches of water, which is kinda gross. Otherwise the place was clean.

Nothing fancy. Great location in front of shuttle stops to the mountain and across street from most the businesses you will want to visit in WP (brewery, coffee shop, Deno’s....). Walked into the condo not having been cleaned at all. Owner got the cleaning crew out immediately and basically refunded the cleaning fee. Was inconvenient but they did their best to resolve the incident. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head while you hit the mountain, this place will work.

We were within walking distance of everything in Winter Park. It was a little tricky figuring out where to enter the building at first, but we figured it out in the end. It was a quiet space with a nice outdoor area. I would go back!

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The condo was clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room to hang out after skiing all day. The location is super convenient to the ski area and to the amenities of Winter Park. The owners were very easy to communicate with and acommodating. It is on the smaller size as far as kitchen and bath but has everything you need. Loved that it has two bedrooms. Great for kids. It is also on the end so there is less noise from neighbors! The place was very clean. There is also a parking garage so your vehicle stays out of the weather.

It was a nice building with plenty of available parking. A clean place, with the location being perfect for skiing at Winter Park. I liked how the place was quite warm. It was nice skiing all day and coming back to a warm cozy place with access to a hot tub which we indulged in more than once. I'd recommend it for others and would definitely return back to this place again.

This place was very clean and was exactly what my friend and I were looking for. The location was right downtown Winter Park, ans you could walk to numerous restaurants/bars. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of skiing. Overall, great two bedroom condo, I would definitely recommend.

Just over an hour from Denver, Crestview Place is a perfect mountain getaway. The space is perfect for a short or long stay. Snowshoeing trails, skiing and restaurants are minutes away. Very clean and centrally located. When visiting Winter Park, I recommend to stay here! I will be back.

My friends and I wanted to getaway for a few days so we stayed at the condo. The condo has everything you could need (kitchen, awesome tv, comfy beds, clean bathroom, hot tubs) and is right in the center of town with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and a only a shuttle ride away from the resort. Lots of activities nearby both for winter and summer. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be going back!

I stayed in this cozy condo with a group of four last weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with more than enough space for four guests. We cooked all meals at the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tubs were a nice way to warm up in the cold evenings. The condo is centrally located between downtown winter park and the ski resort. There were hiking trails right outside the door. We drove a few miles down the road and rented ATVs to take through trails in the mountains. Being the off season, we were just there to check things out and get away for a couple days. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Great place and great hosts!!
