Lounge by the pool and let the sea breeze wash over you in this 2nd-row ocean (less than 35 steps to the beach) dog-friendly, North Forest Beach home. It boasts an open floor plan with a central living area leading to an expansive deck where you can let the real world drift away with the tide as you lounge by and in the private *heated pool and hot tub or dine al fresco. The living room flows into the dining area and completely updated kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Just off the kitchen is a coastal chic Carolina Room. There are two master suites with private baths and one with a large, private, wrap-around sun deck offering beautiful ocean views. Another guest suite also has a private sun deck with ocean views. The 4th bedroom/guest suite is on the main level, with easy access to the living areas. You’ll be swept away with all these views, living the island life in this North Forest Beach home.

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well furnished. All beds were comfortable. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for all. Would definitely go back to this house. Pool was clean and well maintained.

The place is nice, but the high price of property does not mean the appliances aren't about to break and if they do they are not going to expedite anything. For the price of this place anything that malfunctions should be fixed or replace the next day.

This is a great house in a great location. Residential beach area far enough from resorts to be quiet and not crowded on the beach. Like most beach rentals, there were some issues. Any called in to Vacation Company were quickly taken care of. A bit disappointed that a clean up crew never came after a mid-week tropical storm rocked the place with 80 mph winds but I am sure they had their hands full and we did not push the issue. Beach access very close and convenient.

We enjoyed the awesome location and the roominess of this home. Two of our group were working remotely during part of our stay and there was ample space for them to find a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the others’ comings and goings. Our only complaint was the first floor refrigerator was not very cold. Luckily, there was an extra in the garage! Loved the outdoor eating area and the pool. We were able to childproof areas enough so the adults could relax knowing the little guys were close by.

house was as advertised. Fit our family of 9; plenty of space and rooms. 2 minute walk to beach. had a great time. Did feel the kitchen was not as clean as should be. The pool was a little dirty. I did question why only the bottom half of the upstairs master bath shower was clean. The top half grout lines were all black??? overall a great stay and enloyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at #7 Quail. Very roomy home! Love the wrap around porch! Easy access to the beach. If we get to stay here next year we will heat the pool (didn't realize that was an option until the end of our stay) Wish the hot tub had been working but unexpected things happen and management did work to get it fixed. We were able to enjoy it our last day there. The only thing that would help us in the future is if the internet would run more consistently. Thank you for opening your home to us, we tried to take care of it as we would our own.

This is my fourth stay at this lovely home. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep and only 1 mile away from restaurants and shops - a leisurely walk and easy bike ride. Also a great start to the area bike trails. Many new updates too!! The home is spacious but cozy, the beds comfy and I love the kitchen - a great space if you are a cook. A lovely fireplace for cooler days. The pool and hot tub are nicely tucked away and private. This is a great holiday home for big groups! My friends and I will be back!

This was our fifth stay in this beautiful home. It has been newly landscaped and has new decking all around the home since we started coming as well as several other updates throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked almost all our meals there on our last trip and always had plenty of bakeware and dishes. Great home for several families to share. Walking distance from shops at Coligny and grocery store. Looking forward to visiting it again!
