This is an oceanside villa with only four units in the complex, its a two bedroom two bath villa with a balcony and 40FT boat slip is available. Villa has all the amenities including heated pool, kayaks, marina, bikes and much more!!! The unit is located in mile marker 100 on the ocean side walking distance to Dolphin Plus where you can swim with the dolphins , its very close to great restaurants and minutes away from John Pennkamp state park. Great fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Everything you need for an amazing vacation.

This property was very clean and organized. We found it comfortable for 4 adults. The master bedroom does not have a closet, only a dresser and shelving. Adding wall hooks or an area to hang clothes would be helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. We only found one working bike. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. :)

Everything was great, even the other guests! Saw manatee and nurse sharks right from the balcony. Having our boat slip right there was the best! Pool was so clean and water temperature perfect. I would recommend bringing some foldable outdoor chairs for the patio area and pool area. Loved it, no complaints here!

The property was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We were concerned about the number of steps mentioned in a previous post but that was not an issue. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip. The area was beautiful and we had a great trip. Our only regret was that we had not booked it for a longer stay.

First off you must know they're are 4 flights of stairs to Unit 4. The view is incredible and well worth it. Just saying that in case there are physical limitations. The place was beautiful and clean. We used the bikes and kayaks. The pool was too cool for us. Takes about 2.5 hours to get to key west so leave early! Also well worth it. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a row of fish markets in walking distance as well as a restaurant/bar. Great property!

The property is in a fantastic location close to many great restaurants and stores. Boating is convenient also very close to the ocean and boat ramp. Wonderful pool and relaxing spaces and a great sunrise view. The condo itself was nearly new inside and very well equipped. We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved the condo, well furnished, clean and in an excellent location plus the location is close to everything. The owner was on top of everything if there were questions or a need. Just note 36 steps up to the condo. Lovely month in Key Largo.

Beautifully decorated condo with a delightful view of the sunrise and canal. One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Property manager was great and the location is the best in Key Largo. Walking to one of the best restaurants for seafood in the keys was phenomenal. Close to everything. Highly Recommend!

We loved our stay! This condo was bright, newly renovated and in an amazing location in Key Largo. The bedrooms were large and had a split floorpan, and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was a nice shared area downstairs with a pool, kayaks, bikes and dining tables and a boat slip. The balcony was great to watch sunrise on. Our FAVORITE meal was just next-door at Key Largo Fisheries - backyard. Straight off the boat seafood, in a very casual environment. They also have a great store. We loved kayaking to the next canal over and watching the dolphins at the Dolphin Plus facility. This part of Key Largo is very friendly and family forward, and we could have cruised canals for hours. Only downside - master bath was tiny and no hang up storage in closet, and I was not aware that it was 2 flights of stairs up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family loved this happy place! Our upper floor villa had a great view of sunrise and the canals, and even had bikes, kayaks and a cozy hammock. We enjoyed the updated decor, and the kitchen was efficient for our stay. The location was close to awesome restaurants and John Penneycamp State Park, as well as boat slips for boating guests. The villa was clean and welcoming! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

The place is very nice as advertised in the pictures. Fully equipped. I would only recommend brining a couple laundry pods to wash the towels. The pool was a good size and with the sun out, warmed up very nice. We were traveling with kids ages 12,9,5 so they spent a lot of time in the pool. There is a dolphin area 1 block from the house. You have to book swimming with dolphins in advance so we didn't do that. But we kayaked through the chanel and watched the dolphins being fed and trained( we were there around 10 am and that seemed to be the right time for it). That was the highlight of our kids vaca. (The kayaks were provided with the place.) There are at least 2 seafood places within walking distance. Overall, amazing spot to stay!

We loved our stay at this 4 unit condo with pool and canal access. We were so close to great snorkeling at Pennekamp with a waterfront restaurant .5 block away. The condo was lovely but we just didn’t have enough time to use the kayaks or bikes! Had a great time. Thank you Annie.

The Villa is incredible! Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Less than 5 minutes to the open ocean and the pool and kayaks were a great addition. Annie was great and was readily available with any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back.

The property was even better than the photos! We loved the owner’s coastal decorating style. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal and boats. Even saw a manatee and her baby. The owner was very responsive to my questions before and after we arrived. She even gave us wondering,restaurant recommendations. It is a small condo building with only 4 units. The other quests were fun and helpful especially since they had been coming to the place for over 10 years. You will not be disappointed when you rent this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Annie was great at communicating before and during our stay. The condo was very clean, and as pictured. Nice updated decor. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels provided which was great. The pool is nicer than pictured with a small covered area and new lounge chairs. The location at the end of the canal provided a nice view. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Pilot House and the fish market. The notebook at the property was great for restaurant recommendations. Although we spent most of our time in other areas of the Keys (restaurants, fishing, etc) we did like the location of Key Largo due to the ease of getting to the Miami airport and the proximity to a resort we spent some time at. The neighborhood is what we call "old Florida", no frills but safe and nice. Don't miss - Robbies, Bahai Honda state park, Pilot House, Morada Bay-dinner and sunset. We would stay here again!

After our REALLY small rental in Key West it was wonderful to spread out in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo. Walking distance to two restaurants. Access to bikes and kayaks was a bonus. We used the bikes to check out the neighborhood. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything. Wonderful beach décor, responsive and helpful host. You do need a car here to enjoy the area, but there is lots to do in easy driving distance.

This property has great location, easy to find. It was very clean and quiet. We had some issues running the TV but Angie and Jorge were quick to help us figure it out. My only suggestion would be to have a couple washcloths. It was a great place and would highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

As some other reviews have referenced, the pictures don't do this place justice. From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. Very clean. Spacious. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Wine fridge was a nice touch. Plenty of towels. Air conditioner works very well. Sure was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Beautiful view on the large balcony. Convenient location. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Key Largo. Food tip - walk 1 block North and grab a bite at the Key Largo Fisheries Cafe. Food was great, they had live entertainment and a nice view of the marina. And the BEST smoked fish dip that we had in the Keys.

Lovely apartment, close to everything in Key Largo. My husband and our friends all came for a group scuba trip, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do! Host was communicative, there were plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were so helpful to have on hand.
