About this house rental
Comfortable and clean 2-level townhome located in the heart of Bozeman, Montana. Perfect for a family getaway.
Located only 2 miles from MSU, Bobcat stadium, Museum of Rockies, Downtown Bozeman, a short drive to Bridger Bowl and an hour from Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park.
Property is located 2 block from the beautiful Bozeman Ponds. A short walk will take you to Rosauers Grocery, restaurants, shopping and the Gallatin Valley Mall for shopping or a movie.
Streamline bus stop is 2 block from the townhouse. Grocery and shopping are within walking distance. Uber is also available in Montana.
Amenities include high speed internet, Smart TV with Netflix and cable, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen.
Private backyard shaded deck & landscaped private space for grilling or relaxing.
Upstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Front upstairs bedroom also includes single chair with pullout bed that serves for additional sleeping space.
Downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. We can put the twin beds together If you prefer so please let us know ahead of time.
A twin rollaway bed is also available in the living room closet for additional sleeping space.
This townhouse recently had central air conditioning installed. Also included in upstairs bedrooms are ceiling fans and additional fans are available to move throughout the house.
Guests have full access to the townhouse. One dedicated parking space available in shared driveway with neighbor townhouse and plenty of parking on street.
Single car garage is temporarily unavailable to guests
Guests will access townhouse with a code provided prior to check in. We respect your privacy but are available by text or phone should any questions or needs arise.
Due to allergies we can not accommodate pets.

This property is comfy and clean. It is nicely located. Be aware there is 10.00 per person per night fee after 4 people, even though the house sleeps 8. We enjoyed our stay.

My niece and I stayed for four nights. The house was beautiful, and we loved it. Beautifully landscaped. The beds were comfortable, it was a very clean, spacious with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. A great location, minutes from downtown Bozeman. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back this way, we will definitely try to rent this house again. Thank you Coleen and Mike.

We (my wife and I and 2 teens) stayed for a few nights to ski Bridger Bowl and explore Bozeman. The accommodations were clean, organized and easy to navigate. We especially appreciated that the unit had "staples" left in terms of spices, sugar, pancake mix, etc. That was a really nice touch that made it very comfortable. Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful place!

We stayed here for 5 nights, and it felt like home. The location was just a few minutes from downtown, so close enough for Bozeman, but far enough to be peaceful. Nice quiet neighborhood, just off the beaten path.
The home was clean, and offered all the amenities that you would need for a few nights stay. Less expensive than most the hotels in the area, and I'm excited to stay here again next time we visit!

We were in town visiting my elderly parents. This was the best vacation rental for my family of 4 but there’s space for more.
Clean, well stocked, great space, comfortable, great yard, & friendly host.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely try to book the next time in Montana.

It is a very nice property, very clean, exactly what we needed. My o ly suggestion is to use black wash cloths for makeup removal, then you don’t feel like you are using a dingy cloth on your face. Overall we loved the house.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and they had everything we needed! It was great! They were so quick to respond to every question we had and we’re so flexible with helping us with our check out time. Definitely a 5 star place!

Great duplex located near MSU and restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Been a user of VBRO/Homeaway for over a decade and this was easily the cleanest more organized place we stayed. Easily handled our family of 6 which includes 4 teenagers. We also really appreciated all the fine appointments, flowers in the front and rear and incredibly well stocked kitchen. Coleen made the whole process a breeze and we really appreciated all the notes throughout the house. Highest recommendation and hope it’s available next time we’re in Bozeman.

Collee was a fabulous host, all communications were clear, and she responded quickly to a question we had. The property is in a great location - easy to get to where we wanted to be. The home is comfortable, cozy, nicely done, a fine place to stay while visiting Bozeman!

We vacationed in Bozeman and to visit our son who had recently moved to the area. The house's location is perfect. We could easily take a run to the grocery store or be in downtown Bozeman in a matter of minutes. Beds were comfortable with good quality bedding which was really nice. The house was clean, clean, clean! Everything felt brand new. Oh, and the back porch and yard were delightful for sitting out and chatting after a fun day of activities. Communication was prompt when we had a question. Coleen was extremely helpful with retrieving something that was left behind and we are beyond grateful. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Would definitely book again the next time we are visiting.

Perfect location!
We stayed here with my son and my sister and her husband. The house was in the perfect location. We were touring MSU so we were only about 5 minutes away which was perfect. The house was very clean and the patio out back was great to relax on at night. Coleen was very quick with replies and she keeps the house stocked with lots of things which was awesome!
There is only 1 tv in the living room, so none in the rooms, which was OK because we didn't spend a lot of time watching tv. If I had two wishes it would be a bigger bed in the upstairs rooms and a bigger garbage can outside.
We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. This is a great find!

Great place for a stay in Bozeman
We stayed for a couple of days while picking up our son from graduating from college. Great place, very easy to/from anywhere in town.
Only thing that could be improved would be to get a new couch in the living area. The one there is a bit tired.
Highly recommend!

The rental has a well equipped kitchen along with many spices, foil, parchment paper, cooking oil, etc. The only thing we missed was a deck of cards that we couldn't find anywhere. It does have many toys for young children though.

Fantastic Time in Bozeman
We had a fantastic time in Bozeman and staying in this residence was an integral part of that experience. The location is fantastic. You can get downtown or out to trails easily. There are grocery options close by. And the owner is very easy to communicate with and helpful. We would gladly stay at this place again and are grateful for the opportunity to use it as our base of operations.
