Good but can be improved

Location , Breakfast was excellent!!

small things were not working in the bathroom ex: cabinet was sliding out in room 607, not having good sqeeze dispenser for soap, had to report many times to get help bcz , bathrooms are maintained little poor with functional things ( it was clean but not sufficient maintenance for the price charged) room shades was not working in room 509

If you’re looking for a large space to stay in then this is good for you. But if you want something clean and to run smo

The foyer was open and big and the staff in the restaurant and on the entry door were all lovely.

When we checked in they did not have our booking. We stayed in a suite and requested twin beds but they could not do, so they brought up an xtra bed. Both beds too hard and 1 uncomfortable. First night I slept lounge, 2nd on floor with mattress. The furniture was all extremely dirty. We put towels down to sit on. The fridge was mouldy & warm. We had to get maintenance to open the mechanical blinds as they didn’t work, they needed to fix the tv, you couldn’t use the safe as the numbers didn’t show. We came back in the afternoon from our day out at 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned so we had to ask for house keeping. We asked several times to see the manager but he was nowhere. The only time the hotel addressed us was the morning of checkout to ask what time we were leaving.

Leuk om Bangalore te bezoeken volgende keer een luxer hotel met watbrelax ruimte (bar oid)

Netjes en locatie okay

Ongezellige ontbijtzaal , wat meer keuze in Europees ontbijt zou fijn zijn. Het zag er op de foto’s kuzwr en duurder uit. 5 sterren hotel zonder zwembad Spa was een klein kamertje Gym gemist of niet aanwezig?

Decent location but quality needs to improve

Nice Location. Good food.

AC did not work well. Linen was dust ridden. Room smelled of cigarettes.

Be wary of room allocation. Do a recce of the room before settling in.

Courteous and understanding staff. Great breakfast.

Was allocated a room with a broken tv which the staff promptly replaced. The washroom had a major leak which was a massive inconvenience and went on 15 minutes. Wouldn’t expect this from a property like Vividus.

rooms were good.. If your close down all the curtains, as the hotel room bed was very closer to next apartments kitchen.

Breakfast was average. They had continental & local, but i didn't liked it

Great hotel in a fantastic location

It was central clean and tidy good variety of food lots to do within walking distance. The pool was very nice and clean. The staff made the holiday. Especially Nikita she welcomed us every meal time. It was fantastic fro start to finish I will definitely be back

location

the receptionist staff are not experienced. they are not friendly. the room was small. there is no sofa. the bathroom while taking shower, the water all over. the internet is bad. the breakfast could be better.

Comfortable stay.

The hotel is nice and the bed was really comfortable. The swimming pool and the gym are a not well maintained I guess that they are not really used. In general was a nice stay, I wished I could find more fruits options in the breakfast buffet.

The location is ok but you always need a taxi to reach the city center.

Greta location, we stayed in the suite room, interiors are excellent

house keeping facility has to improve floors were not clean when we checked in had to ask them to clean again otherwise everything was great

The location and the size of the rooms were good .

I love the view from the room and the size of the room .

The cleanliness of the room as the sofa were stained and the bathroom shower area was not cleaned properly . The cupboard latches were broken . We had booked deluxe room with city view but they gave us the room with no windows and when we asked them again they offered a room change to a smoking room where the smell of smoking suffocated as soon as we entered only after a while did they gave us another room .

a 5 five stars that really worth its money.

I marvelous place to stay. So good that you almost have to push you out of the hotel to enjoy the great green city as well. The cuisine with chief Daniel is so delicious, various and rich that they should has a fitness to the hotel. :)

Missing a fitness and maybe a bathtube. But that's very much looking for details. Because the complete stay is great
