Size of the rooms and the breakfast
Restaurants net letting you take left over food back to your room - ended up wasting a lot of food

Very well maintained. Beautiful ambience.
Restaurant downstairs for breakfast was too crowded

Great breakfast, good location and amazing facilities
I used the gym, steam/sauna and pool - everything was very nicely maintained. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were impeccable every day I returned to the room.
Sometimes the staff during breakfast time forgot certain orders or got orders mixed up especially if they were orders for coffee. Also suggest having more milk alternative products since a lot of people have a lactose intolerance now so having oat milk and coconut milk for coffees and for cereals/muesli.

Really beautiful hotel and grounds, the gardens were lovely. We ate at Jamavar and the food was great. The service was also good and the people who checked us in and helped at reception / with room service were really polite, friendly, and went out of their way to help. Our room was lovely, though the balcony was closed off.
My husband and I both had massages in the spa, but unfortunately the lady massaging me made several comments that made me feel very comfortable. She made comments about my weight and my belly, suggested I lose some weight, gave me weight loss tips, she made several comments about children and pregnancy around when I was planning to get pregnant. She also commented on my skin tone and colour. I should say I am Indian and understand a lot of it is cultural and not meant to harm, sometimes people just talk more bluntly and directly about these things. However, I had a late term miscarriage and was really not in the headspace to listen to comments about weight, body, pregnancy etc. especially not in what should have been a calm / quiet environment. I did not engage with the comments and asked her for quiet but she continued making them.
The other thing that disappointed me was that the outdoor pool was closed for an event when we stayed. I was really excited for a morning swim and got ready and down to the pool by 8am only to be told it was closed. They didn't tell us this on reception when checking in which is poor practice as it would have saved me getting out of bed!
These two experiences meant that it just wasn't the stay I was hoping for.

The place exceed our expectations clearly and is magnificent place. Special mention goes to staff in Lounge, Mr Sahil and Ms. Deora. They took extremely good care of us. Really fantastic time.

Breakfast was amazing.. overall ambience, architecture and pool benefits were good
Parking and getting the vehicle back is a task.. i had to wait nothing i my less than 30 min to get my car back from parking and at around 12am at night! Dinner buffet could have been better.. non veg items were mostly blank in taste

It was great that we were given a personal butler for the second room we booked and he helped get us a much bigger room than expected. He was on whatsapp and we could ask him anything and it was arranged. We got a room with a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom with wardrobes and a big bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. They even arranged for a private performance of a local folk dance which was amazing. The in room service and food are amazing too.
The kitchenette didn't have plates, bowls and cutlery and so we had to keep asking the butler or room service to give us things. In the other room there were issues where the room service cleaned the room when the do not disturb/private sign was on. There was some construction/renovation going on as well so was a bit noisy.

The welcome was nice, and the check-in process was very good. When asked for an additional dental kit, it was promptly sent to the room. The rooms were big. Bed was comfortable
Overall everything from the bed to the bathtub was neat clean. The piano player was very good and played some nice pleasant music
Inconvenience faced at midnight due to room power/electricity failure. Had to be standing out of the room for good 25 mins until they finally said they couldn't get it rectified and suggested a room change. Ideally, a room upgrade or some some complementary service would have been appreciated.
In the buffet, items were taking too long to get replinshed like the French toast and waffles. We were informed that juices, muffins and donuts were over.
Lastly the construction work happening just under our room balcony was little loud.. but it didn't cause too much of a discomfort.

Busy city - excellent hotel location with glorious gardens. Citrus restaurant for food - very good as was service overall.
Room, garden view and small balcony, was well appointed and very comfortable. Hotel car service with driver and guide very well organised and was able to enjoy a taste of the city and Bengalaru Palace in particular in considerable comfort while being very well informed by driver and guide. Airport transfer too was a good investment as driver and representative of hotel at terminal assisted greatly in a very smooth onward departure.,

nothing which could be pinpointed..

Amazing ambience with polite and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good - the local choice was very good but for long stay customers - good to have more changes to the menu =- especially the western options - could have included asian options - like rice porridge or noodles
The meet and greet at the counter and the cursory and hence completely unnecessary screening of bags - especially when one is laden with shopping bags

5 stars restaurants and different varieties
carpets in corridors are bit old

In this visit I had more issues than any positive experience
room by the road felt like I was sleeping on the road . very noisy . Staff never kept to what was discussed .

Hospitality, Food and Ambient
Expected to receive soft copy of the final bill on the day of checkout, but still didn't receive the final bill. This could be due to technical glitch nothing much to complaint about

We have stayed at the Leela before so we knew what to expect. The room was quite spacious as we had asked for triple occupancy. They have a seating area, king sized bed and an extra bed. The bathroom was well stocked and had a bathtub as well as a shower stall.
The only issue is this room is stuck in a corner and you have to walk a lot to get to the elevator. So, if you don't fancy that mention it when you are checking in.
The breakfast spread was really vast - including the usual bakery section, Indian section, live counters, Pan Asian section and fresh fruits etc. They had a variety of juices, cheeses and such as well.
Leela's restaurants, lobby area, gardens etc are amazing especially and if you are staying here for the first time, do spend some time exploring the same. They have a lounge for the business travellers, a quiet and classy Library bar, a top notch Indian restaurant called Jamavar and an equally reputed Pan Asian place.
Staff are courteous and the service is fine.
Location -- It is very close to Indira Nagar - where the night life is great and is fairly close to the Central Business District (downtown) namely M G Road. However, if you are here for business travel and your offices are in Electronic City, the commute might be a bit painful. It is not that far from Outer Ring Road / Bellandur but the issue is the traffic. To get to these areas you have to go through busy roads.
The long walk to our room from the elevator.

From the point of check in till their staff dropped us all the way to the airport security check point, everything about this hotel screams luxury and top notch customer service. Their staff are extremely well trained. Hotel looks immaculate. Even though you are in the middle of the city, you don't feel the hustle and crowd of the city when you're in here.
everything was great
