Big rooms and excellent breakfast just out of main center of Wil.

Bedroom and bathroom large. Able to open window/door for fresh air though could be a bit noisy. Self check in easy. Big comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent as was all day coffee and tea available and an honour bar for other drinks. Gym good too though only big enough for a few people at once. Parking easy.

Air conditioner was unable to be lowered from 24C and the room was way too hot. Ladies cleaning and serving breakfast unable to assist. It was over a weekend so nothing done. They gave us a phone number to ring someone we didn’t have the language skills to explain to. We originally requested a room away from utility areas, lifts but were allocated the very first room next to lifts, kitchen, laundry and dining room. Doors to each area left open so noisy early in the morning. Also cleaners on below floor or maybe dining area cleaned until 11.52pm so getting to sleep at night was challenging with the sound of scraping chairs. We could also hear footsteps running up and down stairs. Use of guest laundry a big plus but hard to use allocated guest washing machine and dryer as housekeeping team used their machine and guest machines. Bed had the usual 2 quilts - one was light weight and the other winter. Room was already too hot so we planned to use blanket but there was only one single.

perfekte Unterkunft gut gelegen, mit komfortablem Zimmer und gutem Bett.

Lage des Hotels ist Perfekt gut zu erreichen aus allen Richtungen. Zimmer Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Personal trifft man kaum aber wenn dann sehr Nett. Frühstück ist gut, der Kaffee leider nicht so.

ein gut gewarteter Kaffeevollautomat würde wahrscheinlich besser funktionieren und den Kaffee besser machen.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles frisch. Wir waren schon mehrmals In diesem Hotel. War jedesmal top. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Niente. Colazione appena sufficiente.

La struttura sembra più un garage che un hotel. E' inaccettabile che non venga specificato che non esiste servizio di Reception/Concierge. Solo dopo la conferma e il pagamento viene inviato un codice per effettuare il self check in ma non viene comunque spiegato che non c'è nessuno a cui rivolgersi in struttura. Zona industriale , vista autolavaggio.

Hotel liegt über einem Autohaus aber sehr geräumige und Saubere Zimmer und Bäder. Frühstück super und auch das einchecken über den Automaten klappt hervorragend.

unpersönliche Unterkunft mit lustigen, überraschenden Sujet-Zimmer

Hotel im Industriegebiet - oberes Stockwerk einer grossen Autohandelgesellschaft. Hotel als "Nebenstandbein" und Cash-Cow konzipiert. Sujet Zimmer (old barn) war erfrischend. Gute bequeme und grosse Betten; grosses Bad. Einfaches aber gutes Frühstück. ruhige Nacht, ruhiges Hotel. Hotel mit vollautomatischem Einchecken (nicht mein Geschmack) Als Gag für Überraschung mit einem der Sujets

Volldigitales Hotel, keine Ansprechperson, keine Bezugsperson - ein reines Check-In Check-out Hotel für Vertreter und Monteure, vollständige Anonymität. Das Ende der Gastfreundschaft in der Hotellerie - zählt nur noch Rendite und Optimierung. Leider ist mir das bei der Hotelsuche nicht aufgefallen, da ich mich durch das Sujet-Zimmer "blenden" liess. Kein Veloraum oder Einstellplatz für nachts; Tagsüber sehr laut da Metallbearbeitungsfirma als Nachbar - ab 18 Uhr aber ruhig. Keine Klimaanlage resp. funktioniert erst ab 24 Grad Zimmertemperatur....etwas unangenehm nachts !!!! ...da laute "Poserstrecke" in der Nähe.

Außergewöhnliches Zimmer (Themenzimmer), neue und sehr modernes Hotel, integriert in ein Autohaus, kostenlose Parkplätze, Frühstück im Preis inkludiert

Auch wenn bekannt: Self-Check In an der Tür etwas komisch, Firmenrechnung über separate E-Mail anzufordern, reagiert nicht auf Messanger via booking

Nice hotel

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Location might be tricky for some, but it's very well positioned if you have your own transportation. Breakfast is spectacular, with fresh fruit. Very nice stay overall

Good business hotel, not the best location

Clean business hotel. It has a clean room, a better than average fitness and a good breakfast. It was a little walk from the station, but doable. This is one of the better hotels in Wil.

It is very remote. The rooms towards the backside are not really a nice location. All is quiet and no problem there, just it does not make you happy to look at an industrial area. It is to remote to walk through the city at night, which limits your diner options when you do not have a car.

The best hotel between Zürich and St Gahlen!

Easy self checkin/out, free parking, beautiful room with fridge and comfortable bed, nice balcony. Super modern bathroom. Friendly and helpful professional staff. All day access to water / coffee and amazing breakfast every morning! Several fresh fruits, highest quality products organized and prepared for the guests at 5*+++ level. Many many thanks!

Too hard mattress for a side-sleeper. At six am there was a buzzering noise which woke me up. There was too little fresh air in the room, because one can't open the window because of the noise outside, and somehow that led to bad night sleep.
