Our FULL KITCHEN is stocked with essentials & everything you need to prepare your meals. Your welcome basket includes a packet of Maui Oma coffee for your drip coffeemaker, or bring pods of your favorite blends for the Keurig to start your mornings off right. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels. You'll replenish as needed.

This was my second time staying at Kihei Sands. You can’t beat the location with an easy 20 minute drive to almost anywhere you want to go on the island. The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need to be comfortable and feel at home. The pool rarely has more than a handful of people. The beach is just steps out of your door. I’ll definitely be back again to Kihei Sands!

We stayed in A8 right in the front. There was a great lanai to sit and enjoy the views and the the common sitting area is perfect. The pool is right in front of our condo and it can get a little busy at peak times but we enjoyed all the excitment and meeting folks. It was very quiet at night and we had excellent sleeps in the comfy king bed. The condo kitchen was well stocked for meal prep...good knives and every gadget and dish you need. We were there for the annual Thanksgiving buffet which was incredible. Thank you to the hosts esp Patrick and Connie for all that hard work! Can’t wait to come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Kihei Sands. We were at first nervous to come to Maui after the catastrophe. When we spoke to Connie and Patrick, they assured us that we would be safe. They were reassuring and so we made our decision to come. I told Connie my cousin on the island was affected by the fires. Her response was ‘tell him to come join YOU’. Everything was perfect. Our condo was lovely n so we’ll located. When we had an issue with our internet, Patrick came quickly to the rescue. Just a wonderful time spent in Maui and a big part of it was because of the staff n condo at Kihei Sands. Will recommend this place to anyone we know who is travelling to Maui.

We rented four units for our family reunion. As soon as we arrived, everything fell into place: easy check-in, immediate relief from the day's travel hassles as we entered our clean, orderly and invitingly pre-cooled and well stocked units. Friendly office managers Sarah and Connie were available for any questions and needs. On site laundry with clean and brand-new machines was much appreciated. Happy to see friendly Patrick and Gio too who were also available to assist. Lastly, the other guests were so friendly and even offered hugs when we departed.

We enjoyed the location and the suite which was well appointed. The particular suite we stayed in had a great view of the beach and the sunset with proximity to the pool.Only 2 concerns: 1. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes when we arrived. That left an unpleasant musty odor in the suite. Quickly resolved once we ran the dishwasher and opened some windows.2. Although a peaceful location, the early morning pool cleaning and leaf blowing can be quite noisy, forcing us back inside for morning coffee when it would have been lovely to be on the patio.Having said that, we would be happy to stay at Kihei Sands again

This was our second time staying at Kihei Sands and it won't be our last. Unit A8 is beyond perfect. The lanai offers an unparalleled view of the ocean and is literally steps to the beach. The unit came with comfortable beach chairs, umbrella and a fully-equipped kitchen. The charm of Kihei Sands beats every high-rise condo on the island. A short walk down the beach is a lovely farmer's market, the Sugar Beach Bakery (OMG) and Ululani's Shave Ice (Note: the living room furniture isn't as comfortable as the L-shaped sofas in A10 and A12, but then again, you're not in Maui to watch TV inside!) We will likely be back every year.

What a wonderful, relaxing week! Although many units were still being repaired, the staff & residents still created an atmosphere of peace, relaxation, and community. Morning coffee on the lanai gave opportunities to connect, easy access to the beach and surrounding communities make this a perfect location to enjoy Maui, and the room furniture & amenities give a sense of being "home" while there. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience even while working to recover from major storm damage!

Beautiful location. Owner was very responsive. Not close to places to eat but one, will need to Uner to Kihei to eat. Sunsets are more than advertised. Pool right outside your backdoor and beach just steps away.

Our stay at Kihei Sands was really good. The location is great if you are planning on exploring the entire island... perfect central location. The unit is right on the beach. The unit is clean and is equipped with all household items. The only remotely not great issue is that you can hear everything outside the unit sitting on the patio from the bedroom. There is a friendly flyer that states no running and to be quiet in the hallways, but trying to keep kids quiet is not always easy. The patio doors also go straight to the pool. This could be an issue if there are kids in the pool area, but there weren't any during our stay.

It was a different experience coming during a pandemic since the social events and morning coffee were not happening, but as always, Connie was fabulous, everyone was friendly, and the grounds were clean, lush, and well maintained. This trip, Connie helped us get a second unit mid-trip so we could have a bit more space due to our adult nephew coming with us. Whether back home or at the condo, Connie is responsive and gives top notch service.

This was our third stay at Kihei Sands. The culture of this condo is unlike any other. It is welcoming and inclusive to the point of feeling like a second home. The units have everything you need for a fantastic stay and to feel the comforts of home. The condo also has a stash of ocean and pool toys to use during your stay.Our first stay was for our wedding 2017. We had all but two or three of of the condos rented for family and friends and we were originally scheduled to get married at a nearby beach park, but after seeing the perfect beach here and the accessible patio/lawn, we inquired if we could move the wedding to the condo. The management was nothing short wonderful as they accommodated the move since we had most of the units and we agreed to share the space with the other condo guests as well as shut everything down by 10:00 due to noise ordinances. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding, reception, and honeymoon.We had another amazing trip in 2019. This time we came with another couple and our two children. The manager Connie created a fun schedule of recurring weekly events. There was a fire pit s'mores night, popsicles, music and glow sticks for the kids another night, and a condo-wide potluck among others. There was self-serve coffee and accoutrement out on the patio every morning.We just returned from our trip March 2021. We could see humpback whales from our lanai! We love staying at Kihei Sands, particularly A8. This was our 2nd stay in this unit. We love the easy pool access. The condo has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. We love that we don’t have to pack bulky beach towels or a beach bag. Staff was so welcoming, pleasant and attentive. Patrick was there when I contacted him after hours about chirpy smoke detectors. Connie graciously offered me a couple laundry pods when I asked if they sold any (forgot to ask what brand they were, they left our clothes smelling heavenly). I love the proximity to all our favorite beaches, eats and activities. But honestly sugar beach can’t be beat. And being able to just walk to Ululani’s is a major plus! We found out you can donate to a food bank at the very next complex. That that was very convenient for us especially because we didn’t want to throw away good unopened food. The only thing that can be tricky is the parking. The spaces a very compact and getting in and out took some maneuvering but that’s no fault of the staff and honestly I don’t see a way to rectify this because if you widen the spaces there’s likely not going to be enough parking for all tenants. I recommended renting a very compact car. At least that’s our plan next time. We will surely be back to stay at A8.

nice and quiet as not many people there. somewhat impersonal due to COVID restrictions? screen in unit needs replaced (in LR)Microwave didn't work well. curtains could use a cleaning (especially considering the high rate for cleaning fee!) unit was perfect in every other way. Loved listening to the waves at night and watching the sun come up right on the beach!
