We provide self-access to the property to give you privacy during your stay. However, we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have or to assist with any additional accommodations to ensure you and your party make the most of your stay.
POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages. If you do the pool with not filter properly and will become murky for you and the next guests.
If you want the pool to be heated to 82 degrees, it will be an extra $100 per night booked.
Please do not touch the pool heater, pool valves etc. Temperature can only be changed from our phones. Messing with the pool equipment with cause issues for you and the next guests, which continues to happen and now we'll be enforcing a $500 charge for any issues.
Pool heating will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.
PETS ALLOWED WITH PERMISSION:
We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog, per trip. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats.
-$250 fee to have the pool fence put up and assembled.
-Confetti and glitter are not allowed.
-Please do not put tape on the blue wall, stick to trim and baseboards.
-It's okay if you put pool loungers on the lawn. Please return to patio when not in use so they don't get damaged from sprinklers.

This house was excellent. Kurt was very responsive when I had questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. This house had everything we needed from entertainment of the pool and games outside, game room in the garage, extra towels and linens for 18 people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for 18 people including cutlery and dishes & bowls. the property was clena and we felt safe. We will be returning in the future!

We were looking for a house that can house 18 people. We are a traveling Soccer team and managing 16 teen players in a hotel can be a nightmare. Having a house makes it easier to keep an eye out and for meal plans. There were enough beds and bathrooms. Overall, it fitted on what we need.

We couldn't tell from the front of the house how huge and nicely appointed this place is! Great corner lot location, convenient to shopping and dining, with a nice neighborhood feel. The patio and pool are really nice.
We didn't have a long enough stay to take full advantage of the kitchen and its commercial style appliances. We definitely appreciated the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that we put to use.
Kurt was very responsive to any concerns we had, and was kind enough to let us mail a couple packages to ourselves ahead of our visit.
This home is comfortable, not fussy. Our group was all adults, but we thought this property would be great for a couple families with kids. The only things that kept this from being a full 5 star review were some minor maintenance and repair issues, plus the fact that all the beach towels were still in the dryers upon our arrival (we folded them for the next guests). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this property for family reunions and similar gatherings.

Amazing Family Home
I'm so late with this review but the week was a lot to process! 12 adults, 2 children and an infant. Wow. All together for my husband's 60th. An interesting choice, going to Phoenix... in June... and it happened to be the hottest week of the year. This house is pretty much perfect. I love a modern home. The kitchen is beautiful. We had two chefs with us and they managed to cook quite well in there. Check the nonsticks if you plan to use them though, you might want to grab new ones at the store.
There is so much to do. We spent every day in the pool with half the family playing pool basketball and the other half in floats. I personally enjoyed the engagement ring float and claimed that as my own for the week. It was nice that there seemed to be things in the pantry left by other guests that came in really handy: red cups, paper plates.
We had one issue with some lights that the cleaner seemed to have affected by blowing a fuse. Kurt was nice enough to come over same day and flip it back.
Walgreens and Wal-Mart are less than a mile away so I made a few walking trips there. One for a strainer that we left behind, you're welcome! Big families need a pasta night!
A couple of things I wished for the home: 1) cable TV. Unless you can all agree on what streaming show you want to watch, we couldn't put cable on. And the Warriors were playing in the finals :-) 2) There is also no water filler in/on the fridge, so we went through MANY 2 gallon dispensers of water in the fridge.
I walked the neighborhood every morning and there are some truly beautiful new homes. I loved it.
Would we come back? 100%. If they would have us. I'm a lot. ;-)

Overall great house!
The size of this house and location were absolutely perfect! The house was about 15 minutes from any destination. We also were able to get anything delivered we needed. Additionally, the host were amazing. They were very responsive and accommodating. They let us check in early and even ordered a steamer for our use. Our favorite areas were the kitchen and the pool! I do agree with the other reviews in that the house definitely has been heavily used and can you see some of that but with just a little bit of upkeeping such as repainting and replacing cushions I would be adjust this review to 5 stars. Overall this was an excellent experience and we had a great time! Thank you!

Fantastic house for larger group!!
We couldn't have been happier with our stay!! We were a family of 10 adults coming for an ASU graduation. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location close to everything! There were plenty of bedrooms and living areas to spread out and not be on top of each other! The outdoor space with the pool was perfect for relaxing! Kurt was fantastic to work with and answered messages immediately! I would highly recommend renting this home!!!!

Great space and loved the kitchen in particular. Was surprised (dismayed) that the "5th bedroom" has glass in the doors, with no way to control for privacy or light from the public area. So beware if you want to use that room for an adult as a bedroom. Candidly, the condition of much of the home shows heavy use and wear, but it was clean. In fairness we did not contact the owners about some broken items, missing handles on the bathtub in the master bedroom, and the dishwasher also was not working correctly.
Outside furniture cushions are quite worn and dirty. Otherwise we found the space and location to work well for our needs.

Beautiful vacation home that was ideal for our family! Large rooms, great family pool and great kitchen. The kitchen did not have any dish soap nor any baking sheets, both of which would have been helpful. Outdoor furniture cushions were stained.

Phoenix Open/Bachelor Party
We had a wonderful stay for my sons Bachelor party and Phoenix Open trip... very clean and up to date lots of beds and plenty of room we had 15 people stay and didn't seem crowded, we enjoyed the backyard patio spent time hanging out by the pool, weather was perfect. Thank to Kurt, he was very easy to get a hold of , I would for sure recomend this property for any size group.

Amazing house for family reunion
We had an amazing g time staying 3 nights at this house. The kitchen is huge and great for cooking for our large group. My favorite part of the house is the 3 master bedrooms. That made it so comfortable for the married couples to have their own space with their young children. We loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood.

Awesome home with SO MUCH space
We came in town to attend a wedding and needed a location for siblings and family members to stay. The home was so perfect it became the meeting location. The pool, cornhole, and other games were fantastic. The openness of the home and the sliding doors, which allowed the inside and outside to be used simultaneously, was simply incredible. We hope to stay again in the future.

Everything We Had Hoped For
Our group was 16 adults visiting for a flag football tournament, with all of our gear and groceries.
The property was perfect for us. Each bed could comfortably sleep an adult (some of our housemates are close to 6' 5"). The pool was great as well.
The property owners were always responsive to my questions within minutes. We had no issues during our 4 day stay.

Beautiful, Luxurious Home
We booked this location for a work meeting and 8 of us stayed there. It was very comfortable and roomy. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed having several different seating areas for break out meetings. We had a minor issue with getting the burner to light on the cook top, and the owner came right over. Turned out it was just a tripped GFI. We loved it and would definitely book it again!

Best place in Phoenix for a family reunion.
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The location was excellent with only a 10-15 minute drive to and from the airport. There is a Super Walmart (grocery store) less than a mile away, as well as many restaurants close by. This house was amazing. It fit all our needs on many levels. We all enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and we made full use of the gourmet kitchen to fix most meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire house and yard was immaculately cleaned and in good repair. It had everything we needed. We made some wonderful memories here, and we hope we will be able to return for a future stay. Thank you Kurt and Caitlin for sharing your amazing home with us.

Home is much larger than it looks. Great value if you have multiple guests. I've paid more for less in the same neighborhood. Pool was clean, I love how warm AZ pools stay even at night. TVs in every room and speakers for music. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Love that the garage is open as many hosts lock the garage up and don't allow access. Overall great place to stay, no reason I wouldn't come back.

This house was above and beyond. The pictures are accurate, it's honestly even nicer in person. Communication with the host was perfect.
Sleeping Arrangements:
We had a group of about 8 and it slept everyone more than comfortably. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for all of us as well.
Outdoor space:
The outdoor space was a perfect size, there were even basketball hoops in the pool which got plenty of use! Even in the middle of August, it was great to be outside. In the evening it couldn't have been more perfect with the pool. outdoor couch and table, and the TV.
House in General:
Plenty well stocked with things to cook with! Was a nice smart home with a Nest thermostat, Sonos speakers, and pinpad lock on the front door. The house was beautifully designed inside and out. Was great to have the garage in this heat to come and go. If only it wasn't so hot this time of year we would have spent more time in the game room in the garage.
Location:
I can't say enough great things about the location of the house. It is so close to literally everything. From downtown Phoenix (Chase Field), took us 15 minute drive. To get to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, also took about 15 minutes. To get to the airport, also about 15 minutes. Easy to drive and get to or call Ubers to. You'll find an Uber within 5 minutes. Even in the nearby area if you want to explore the local neighborhood, there are so many coffee shops and cool restaurants if downtown commotion is not your thing.

VB Mom's Week
4 Mom's rented this property and it was the perfect fit! We were in AZ for VB tournament for our girls and this house has the perfect location and amenities for what we needed. We hosted the team one night for dinner, which is simple because the kitchen is very well equipped and the backyard was the perfect place for them to relax and swim. There were some issues with one of the AC units, but Kurt worked quickly to get it fixed as fast as possible. We would definitely rent this again.
