About this chalet rental
Welcome, our cozy chalet has everything you want to feel right at home with indoor and outdoor living. This is Tiny Home living at it's best with 400 sq feet of indoor living space plus a spacious front/side covered deck, and a yard that backs to National Forrest with a gas grill, flagstone patio and picnic table. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to make meals at home or grill and eat in the backyard. The master bedroom backs to National Forrest and has a foam mattress topper on the bed for nights of peaceful slumber or star gazing. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife as we have had moose in the yard foxes and a variety of chipmunks and birds. Our cozy living room has a flat screen SMART TV and gas fireplace for those chilly nights, the couch has plenty of seating for 2. The Chalet also boasts amazing views of the 10 mile range from the living room, front and side porch. Had a rough day on the slopes, hiking the Colorado trail (trailhead down the road from the Chalet), Mt. Biking or Road Biking the paved trail? Head on over to the clubhouse to rest those weary bones in 1 of the 2 indoor hot tubs or take a dip in the indoor pool. During the summer you can take in live music on the weekends, hit the pickle ball/tennis courts or sand volleyball court. We chose Tiger Run as our second home because of the friendly neighborhood feel and amenities. We hope you enjoy your stay and come to love this area as much as we do.

Perfect spot just between Breckenridge and Frisco. Had everything we needed to have a lovely stay. We also discovered some trails in the mountains that back up the chalet that were great for a morning hike! Thanks so much!

Perfect location to everything.
Nice chalet/camping area.
Cabin is perfect for two.
Cabin is pet friendly!
Unfortunately, house keeping let owners down by not cleaning floors prior to arrival. No biggie, ran the sweeper and all was well!
Great host. Responds to all concerns quickly!
Would stay again!

Awesome!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Aside from loving the area we enjoyed the front porch. Our dog enjoyed it as well. We would definitely come back again. Oh, one more thing we loved… room to store all our belonging and food.

Process was easy, owners were very responsive and great to work with, and the property was great. Only issue was that the gas grill was ancient and the ignitor didn't work.

Nice, quiet place to get away!
We dug the property! It was quiet in a fun neighborhood. All the cabins there looked great, and the clubhouse is fun too. If you are over 6'4" tall, walk with caution in the kitchen ;-)

A Perfect Breckenridge Stay
A lovely little home in a sweet beautiful community surrounded by mountain slopes, pine trees and a rocky creek running through. So picturesque. A perfect location to explore from into Breckenridge, Frisco and the mountains. Comfy bed, nice shower and a big wrap around porch to sit with coffee in the early morning.

Quiet resort. Well supplied chalet
The chalet is located in an rv park which is beautiful and quiet. People are friendly. Our check in had some confusion which is why I gave the lower rating on check in and cleaning. The owners are very kind and communicate very well. If you want to be away from the business of Frisco and Breckenridge then this is the place to stay!

Great little getaway!!
This is the perfect spot for just a little getaway. The cabin was perfect the only thing that would have been better is if the patio were set up and ready for guests. The property itself is also beautiful.

Great getaway!
The location of the chalet is perfect! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. It was nice being so close to the Colorado Trail. We had some great hikes with our dogs. The area was very quiet and peaceful yet close to town. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location
We liked how the property was next to the forest and found the people around us and in the neighborhood to be very friendly. The home is well kept. We did find the kitchen small if more than one person was there but did not feel that was misrepresented in the description. The outdoor porch is fantastic.

Cute Chalet
Very nice, great location, very dog and people friendly. Felt like home.
Only down side was bed mattress, a better quality would be great.

Nice place in a great location
The house was great and the loft proved much bigger than expected. We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood has an indoor pool and hot tub which were great after long days of skiing.

Great Location
The Chalet have everything that I needed for my extended stay. Dave and Deanne were quick to answer any questions. The location is very convenient to all Summit county activities, great snowshoeing and skiing within a 5 min drive. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great location, very nice & comfy, I enjoyed it more than condo stays
This is very nice chalet in a nice resort, couldn’t get any nicer for the price, convenient to all the ski areas, I hit them all 10 days on the slopes, so by not paying a fortune to be slopeside I used that money to pay for lift tickets to 5 different hills multiple days at each, Dave & Deanne have great place, very responsive & helpful when I had questions & needed help, thanks a million.

Clean, well stocked and well maintained.
Outstanding resort. Exceptional communication from owners.

Beautiful and charming Chalet
The Chalet was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated and appointed, we couldn't have asked for anything more, there was even a tennis ball for our dog to play with. Tiger Run Resort is very nice, quite, well attended, check in and out processes very easy, great club house and dog run area. The town of Frisco is just minutes away and has many places to eat, a Wal-Mart and liquor and grocery stores. We spent a week just visiting different areas around Breckenridge, beautiful mountain drives, amazing little towns with great shops, Boulder was a favorite, visited Denver's Art District and Art Museum and loved both. The area is also very dog friendly. We hope to be able to visit again. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful Chalet!!!

WE LOVED OUR WEEKS IN THIS COZY MOUNTAIN CHALET
Dave & Deanne’s Chalet is impeccably equipped with everything we needed. We have tried other options for lodging in the Breckinridge area and always come back to Tiger Run Resort and this Chalet stay was our favorite hands down. The neighbors are awesome and we loved sitting on the front porch for our happy hours each evening to watch the sun set over the mountain.
Because of our lengthy stay, we needed to use the laundry facility at the clubhouse. Entrance their requires the same card you use for entry into the resort. No password is required ... just remember to take the card along with you to the clubhouse. Their place is just around the corner from the clubhouse. Bring along quarters for the laundry ... you’ll be glad you did. Credit cards didn’t work for the machines when we were there.
Take advantage of the hikes right out of the resort ... they are incredible and most merge with the Colorado Trail. You can hike for hours and we enjoyed chatting with and encouraging hikers we would meet hiking the trail from Denver to Durango.
The Summit newspaper is available each day at the main office. It’s a great walk to retrieve it and offers day to day schedules of events in the area and most of them are free! Additionally, you can take advantage of amenities and events the resort offers to guests. It’s a peaceful, friendly and safe environment for all.
We’ll be back, so don’t schedule your stay when we’re coming. ;o )

Mountain chalet
This was one of the best out-fitted places we have stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighbors on either side were quite friendly. The location served as a great jumping off place for hikes in different directions. The grill outside worked really well. Taking off on the Colorado trail early in the morning directly from the chalet was a pleasant surprise. We didn't realize it was part of an RV park and that neighbors would be very close. I somehow thought there would be a view of the ten-mile range from the porch. All in all though it was very positive.

Lovely getaway!
We loved this place. Very clean, quiet and in a great location. Our dogs loved it too. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great for ski vacation!
Stayed here with 3 other adults and we LOVED IT! It's like stepping into a tiny house camping village! The location is very central...seems to be right in the middle of town of Breckenridge and Frisco. Only about 20-25 minute drive to Copper and Arapahoe Basin. We got lucky and it dumped snow on us the entire 4-day weekend, so skiing was amazing!! The chalet itself is adorable. It was the perfect space for my 3 friends and I to relax and cook after hard days of skiing. Everything you need for cooking is in the cabin (pots/pans/skillets, etc). There is a great clubhouse on the premises with very clean hot tubs, pool and locker rooms (also an arcade for kids or young-at-heart!). As far as the sleeping space, there is a nice size bedroom and the upstairs loft with two mattresses. The owner made sure we knew the upstairs was a 3 ft loft, but we had no problem with that (and we are 30 years old)...actually thought the loft was very cute and comfy. Would be a great play-space for kids, but worked perfectly for sleeping quarters for us adults! Cooked a lot at the cabin but if you're looking to go out, we had awesome food/service at The Canteen and Dillon Dam Brewery. Had a great time, hope to be back next winter!

Great experience and value
I had a warm, relaxing and trouble free extended stay here. The cabin, location and resort are second to none. Pet friendly is hard to find and this proved worth it weight in gold.
Thanks

Clean cabin in a RV resort. Nice gated resort with clean we'll kept appearance, centrally located between Frisco and Breckenridge. Would recommend this rental even though it is small it is a cozy retreat.

We enjoyed staying here. It was clean. Had everything we needed. Lots of small wildlife nearby to watch. Very small and compact. My dog loved it. It was easy to get to town and hikes or just relax on the wonderful porch.

Loved Breckenridge, but these accommodations were disappointing. This is a single wide trailer home with some wood trimmings. Tiny furnishings and still cramped. No privacy, as your immediate neighbors are feet away in what is essentially a trailer park. I think this could work well for a skiing crash pad, but would never recommend it for a getaway. Dave was very accessible and helpful; the place was clean and everything worked; I just did not care for the accommodations.
SeptemberFest, or whatever it was called, was a lot of fun. Hikes in the area are terrific. Missed out on ziplining due to timing so cannot comment. Recommend Hearthstone restaurant and the used book store.
