Longer walk or a short 5 min rideshare gets you to downtown Boise and all it has to offer! Don't miss the Saturday Farmer's Market! 2,546 sq ft in total space so guests have lots of room to spread out. Bring your fur babies! 1-2 well-behaved dogs are allowed. Our dog fee is $42 per dog for the entire stay. Cats are not allowed.
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 9 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 9 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Furniture should not be moved without prior approval
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring.
*1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home. One Ring doorbell with additional cameras monitoring the backyard, camera and light by the kitchen door and a camera and light over the garage door looking over the street.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Everything we could have wanted was provided and easily accessed. The neighborhood was charming and friendly with parks, shops and even electric scooters nearby. The agents who were taking care of the property were always available and responsive. We would definitely recommend both the company and the home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this little house The three separate living spaces were perfect for our family! The master suite upstairs is luxurious! The main floor has a lovely layout and the basement does not feel like a basement! We loved the artwork in the home and having the hot tub and ping pong table was a lot of fun.

My family loved this charming, clean, spacious, fun little home. It was stocked with everything we needed, central to all of our plans (exploring Eagle, Meridian and Boise) and even had entertainment like a ping pong table and spa. The property management team was also very helpful and made check-in and out a breeze. We would definitely book through Habitue Homes again!

Our family stayed in Boise for 8 days during Thanksgiving and this house was the perfect spot to call home! It is so clean and so inviting. Totally stocked with everything you will need. We had two adults and their baby downstairs and they loved all the space to themselves. Our younger daughter has the main floor and my husband and I got the third floor master suite to spread out. The main living area and dining area were perfect to come together to watch TV, hang out and eat meals but we also had plenty of room to branch off if we needed it.
We loved walking to the coffee shop and stores as well as Camels Back park. We got to town a little earlier than expected and really needed to drop off our stuff so we could pick other family up when their flight got in; the owner was so kind and allowed us to put our luggage in the garage/game room until check in time, we really appreciated the courtesy.
Neighbors are super kind and such a safe neighborhood you can’t go wrong going for walks and hanging out visiting
We plan to come back next Thanksgiving and hope this house is available
Thank you for your hospitality

This home has it all! We were a group of 8 women and this property was such a fabulous stay. Fall in Boise in the North end is the only way to go. We walked to Camels back Park, Hyde Park and Harrison Blvd to view the Halloween decorations. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Don’t hesitate to choose this property!!

Our group/friends have stayed in several VRBO's this was by far the best. Finding 3 nice roomy bedrooms is hard, and this place hit it out of the park. Everything was wonderful. And every thing work perfectly.

We stayed here visiting friends who live close by. We loved the trail system accessed right from town, the shops, restaurants, coffeeshops, the old vegetation and interesting architecture in the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable with 3 king size beds and the large fenced in backyard and hot tub were a big plus.

This was a perfect choice for our spring break. Grandparents were on the main level, we were on the top level, and the kids and dogs were on the basement level. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. We were still close enough to walk to 13th street and parks.

beautiful house and neighborhood
5 adult family members stayed in this wonderfully updated yet older home, a nice mix of the 2. It was comfortable, the neighborhood is a delight. We used it mostly as an overnight spot so didn't use the backyard area, which would have been fun. The house is decorated as if someone lived there. Location is good for parks and restaurants. Nice linens. The stairs are steep and narrow so along with the decorating items I would not recommend this place for young children. The main floor bedroom doesn't require use of the steep stairs. I would stay here again and make better use of the place. It's a very comfortable, relaxing space.

Perfect!
This house is great.! It's in one of the best neighborhoods of Boise, close to everything, quiet, and beautiful. The check-in was effortless, communication with Dennis (the landlord) was It was timely, clear, and easy. The house was perfectly clean and well-equipped. The beds (very important!) were extremely comfortable. I was traveling with a crowd -- my girlfriend, three adult children and my grandson. The house has three full bedrooms, three baths, and a separate downstairs family room with a small bed that was perfect for my grandson. My ONLY regret was that I couldn't stay longer.

Homey Home in the Heart of the North End
Lovely renovated home with original character and charm! In an excellent location, close to everything and walkable distance to Hyde Park. We loved our morning walks to Hype Park for coffee and evening walks to Goodies ;-)

Outstanding in Every Way
This is a beautiful house, in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking, door access all very easy. Three, very comfortable king beds with lush bedding. Heated bathroom floors were appreciated on the cold October mornings. I only wish my own home had the same lovely details. Owner even left us a bundle of wood for the backyard fire pit. Couldn't have been more enjoyable.

Amazing! Spacious, Luxurious, and Great Location
I stayed at this property recently with my family of three (2 adults, 1 child). We're on a six-month road trip, all spent in vacation rentals, so we have a lot of points of comparison, and this property was TOP notch. We felt like we were staying at a resort! The place is HUGE and well laid-out. The main floor had a cozy living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bedroom. Upstairs was the EPIC master bedroom, which made us feel like royalty. The basement was finished extremely nicely with a bedroom and a spacious, surprisingly airy and sunlit "living room." This second living room made a great office for me, as this was a partial work trip. The management company running this property was one of the most professional and accommodating that we've encountered. And, the home was stocked beyond all of our expectations! Finally, we knew nothing of Boise, so we were thrilled to land, purely by accident in the charming, upscale North End. The gorgeous tree-lined streets and the welcoming vibe made us feel like instant locals. We even had a big, beautiful park just down the street from us, where we walked every evening. Bottom line: amazing! We couldn't recommend this property highly enough!
