Ideally located just 75 yards from the base of Peak 8 at 65 Boulder Ridge Drive, it is ski-in, practically ski out- it's just a 4 minute walk to Peak 8 lifts. This house has it all! It was the perfect Spring Break for us in Breckenridge!
The young adults enjoyed the movie room, game room, puzzles and hot tub. The older adults enjoyed the master bedroom on the main floor, the large dining room table for family meals, and the poker table area. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair, netflix and internet access after a day on the slopes and having ample bathrooms and large comfortable beds to sleep in.
The walk to the Gondola and the lifts at Peak 8 was around 6-8 minutes so it was super convenient. We used the Gondola for all our trips to main street, and road the bus system back to the house so we had no need for a car.
The house was well stocked with towels, humidifiers, and all the basics plus more.
My favorite moments in this house were in the morning, when the house was quiet, drinking my coffee looking up the mountain watching it snow. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and relaxed. So much room to spread out and very cozy areas to sit and read and play games together.Spectacular views of the mountain from the living room and kitchen. We loved the movie room but didn’t use it much because we had so much else to do! The hott tub apres skiing was a crowd pleaser as well as the massage chair where we all took turns and had a waitlist !! We really liked the mountain and diverse runs and bowls!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your special home!!

This home is beautiful and fit our multi-generational family and another couple with a baby with room to spare. They’ve thought of everything- a great re-arrangement of the garage as a place to gear up and gear down for the slopes each day. Extra touches like boot warmers, a super clean hot tub, sauna and a steam shower in the MBR are all incredible. This home has everything you would ever want or need. Nice location close to the base of Peak 8.

This is a beautiful cabin, very well located walking distance to Lifts in Peak 8. We where a party of 16 friends. House is very spacious and has great areas to host a party of 16 adults in the cabin.

The house is wonderful and very large and spacious. Plenty of room for our 3 families. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans and plenty of spices/extras. The basement/garage mudroom/ski room was awesome. You could leave all your stuff downstairs and it was dry in a couple hours. The multiple living/sitting areas made it easy to have adult and kid space, never feeling like you were on top of each other. A tip if you do stay here and have a big group - be sure to buy bagged ice. The ice machine could not keep up with our large group. Our only issues during the stay were 1. Definitely not ski in for boarders, and only good skiers in good conditions. Very narrow passage way through trees and deep snow to access the property...our kids would have never been able to make it. So just expect a 300 yard walk to/from the base for most, especially snowboarders. Stopping for lunch at the house with our group would have been inconvenient. Secondly, the hot tub during our stay was dirty when we arrived and got worse despite several attempts to get cleaned. Bit of a bummer since the hot tub is definitely a key amenity on a trip like this. Otherwise great trip.

This property was absolutely fantastic! 10/10
The rooms were large and clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. All necessary amenities were included (shampoo, blow dryer, lotion, body wash etc). The hot tub was great and spacious. We had a question one day about the hot tub and management came out within hours to fix it. Very accommodating and incredibly easy to get in touch with.
The kitchen was great and had everything a large group would need for cooking big meals.
The location to town was very convenient as well, just a short bus ride or gondola ride.
The only thing i will note is that it is not true " ski-in ski out". On powdery days for talented skiiers we could ski in. If you're boarding you cannot and if there is not a ton of snow on roads you can't ski in. The walk is about 300 yards to the bottom of peak 8 which wasn't too bad but just note there is a good walk which made coming in for lunch a bit of a hassle.
Otherwise, this property was perfect and I would not only recommend it but would stay here again. Our group had a fantastic trip and the management at this location is one of the best i have had.

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed this home. It exceeded all expectations! It was clean, well furnished, well decorated with mistletoe, garland and poinsettias, and everything worked. The Hot tub, sauna, steam shower and especially the massage chair were were extras that this home offered. Pete, our property manager was a pleasure to work with.

This house is everything you see in the pictures and more. I cannot imagine there being a better place to stay in Breckenridge! EVERY single detail of this home is well planned, comfortable and convenient—from the location of the home with walking proximity to Peak 8 and less than 5 min. drive into town, to the amazing floor plan, plenty of space to spread out, nice décor & style, plenty of comfortable beds, a bathroom for each sleeping area giving all of the house guests a little privacy, comfortable temperature, blankets, robes, slippers, spices in the kitchen, double dishwashers, coffee pot & keurig, double washing machines & dryers, plenty of seating for eating and lounging, etc. All of the amenities were such a treat - hot tub, sauna, pool table, bar, movie/gaming room, massage chair ... you name it, it's there! I could go on and on about this home. The owner was responsive, friendly and beyond accommodating. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. We had a wonderful trip and absolutely loved the house!!

Great room arrangement. Quick service from property manager and warm written welcome from the property owner.

I believe we had one of the best houses in Breckinridge! It was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It was well insulated, so you didn’t hear everything that was going on inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect; just a few minutes walk to Peak 8 and the gondolas. I highly recommend this house.

Fabulous Family Vacation
Thank You Neuner Family for sharing your wonderful home. Our whole family aged 8-80 had a fabulous time. The skiing was perfect. It was unusually cold for this time of year and we had sun, snow and a lot of wind. Our first night we were greeted by your resident red Fox. Our grandkids greeted her with the traditional Tally Ho to announce her arrival.
The rooms were comfortable and decor was mountain classic. We had plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had a comfortable place.
The kitchen was very well stocked. No need to buy anything until you get there and see what you need. We cooked every night in the well equipped kitchen.
If you are traveling with a large group you will not be disappointed. It’s a beautiful home and walking distance to peak 8.

Brilliant skiing holiday

This was our second stay in Breckenridge. We are 3 families with adult children. One of the reasons for booking this premises was the closeness to the slopes. Less than 5 minutes walk in ski boots. Perfect. We did ski back most days although we removed our skis for the road as they were rented and we did not want to damage them.
The property can only be described as wonderful. It has loads of space and the 15 of us never felt on top of each other. We made great use of the round table, all dining together every night taking it in turns to cook. Every kitchen utensil that we needed was on hand and the well stocked cupboard was handy for spices and powders.
The welcome basket of cheese, wine and crackers set the tone for this 10 day stay. We made full use of the sauna and hot tub. The massage chair was remarkably popular after a long day skiing. The pool table was well used as was the bar area. The theatre room was an added bonus as we ran a couple of race nights.
The garage area is perfect for ski storage and drying out sweaty ski boots. The three large fridge freezers were perfect and the washing and drying facilities could not be faulted.
We thought this holiday may be the last to Breckenridge but we have decided to come again in 2 years time. Hopefully we will be back to this property as we could not see how it could be any better.
Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about booking.

Great place for a ski vacation
We had a great time staying here! The house is beautiful and very roomy - there was lots of room for three families with kids. The kids loved having the downstairs pool table room, bunk room, and movie room to hang out in, while the adults spread out in the large family room, kitchen, and dining room. The dining room was beautiful with lots of light - a great place to eat and hang out. It was great having so many bathrooms with all the kids - no one ever had to wait. The kitchen was truly well stocked - lots of spices, condiments, and cooking ware. Hot tub towels were thoughtfully included right inside the door, which was very convenient. The double washer and dryer was amazing - easy for everyone to do their laundry without waiting. We loved the heated garage with ski lockers - everyone could stay warm while getting ready while not getting wet, soggy clothes in the house. The distance to Peak 8 was great - not a true ski out, but the walk was fine, even for our four-year-old in ski boots. We would definitely return here, this house was wonderful!

Perfect family vacation home!
Wow!! This house and location were perfect for a fantastic family ski -snowboard vacation! There was something for everyone— hot tub, sauna, theatre room, fire pit, amazing massage chair and a perfectly stocked kitchen! On top of all that, the view was magnificent! The space and arrangement of rooms was perfect for the 5 families staying. Great seating space for meals
We used the sauna and the hot tub. Massage chair was a great perk after a day of skiing. The bunk room was perfect for the older cousins to room together and feel like they had their own space. The area visiting fox was a delight to watch(pretty friendly and unafraid of us)
Minor flaws. The tv in the master suite would not work, we used our own chrome cast hook up, the tv was probably to old for the xfinity box. The coffee maker was temperamental and it would have been nice to know there was a Kuerig machine. An ice machine would be a helpful addition, the frig produced slowly.

We had a great time at the property. Excellent location at Peak 8 near gondola and fun park. 5 min drive to downtown. Everything was clean and there was lots of space for all 12 of us. We saw a bear and a family of foxes around the property which the kids were super excited about!
