About this apartment rental
Villa La Estancia is an Ownership Resort, located right on Medano Beach. We, the Nelson, Billigmeier, Frank and Kyle Families, Owners of Villa 3207, would like to share what we have found in all of Cabo San Lucas to be the most relaxing and enjoyable location. The Resort is a short walk to downtown, and the Marina. Central Cabo is an exciting and vibrant place to be. Puerto Paraiso Mall has an array of unique shops, a Cinema Theater and Bowling Alley. The Marina is the hotbed of dining, entertainment, and more shopping. Within a quarter mile radius of Plaza Bonita you will find many more shops, eateries and entertainment sites to investigate. Everything is located within walking distance of our Resort.
At Villa La Estancia there are 5 jetted hot tubs, a 2 tiered swimming pool, with a swim up bar. The La Parilla, Poolside Bar & Mexican Mesquite Grill is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm. La Casona, the signature restaurant, is open from 7:00am to 10:30am (times may change depending on season & occupancy) and 6:00pm to 10:30pm. Both are of the finest quality and La Casona is the top rated steak restaurant in all of Cabo. There are many other restaurants within the Villa Group complex, for your enjoyment. The fitness center with free weights, machines, shower rooms, lockers, hot tubs and more, is located next to La Casona.
There is a plaza in the complex with a doctor's office, specialty shops, a deli and video rentals. The market has nearly everything one needs to stock the kitchen. Costco and Walmart are less than a 5 to 10 minute drive for your larger shopping needs. There are 4 lighted tennis courts, 2 located atop the market and 2 located next to our Sister resort, Villa Del Palmar.
The entire complex consists of Villa La Estancia, Villa de Palmar and Villa Del Arco. Between Del Arco and Villa La Estancia is a the World Class 3 story,31,000 sq. ft. Desert Spa. There is a $10.00 Fee for the day, unless services are purchased, Go ahead pamper yourself!
Villa 3207 may be reserved in 2 configurations:
1. The 'A' Unit, consisting of the Master bedroom, Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, with 2 bathrooms. This sleeps 4 guests with a sofa bed in the Living area.
2. The entire Villa, 2 bedroom, 3 bath that sleeps 8 and is extremely comfortable for the entire family. Both configurations have access to the Terrace.
Rates are listed below. A 50% deposit is due for confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after initial confirmation will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE $400.00 administrative fee deducted from the original deposit.

Many of the Owners reside at Villa La Estancia for as long as 6 months a year. Although the Villa Group, the developer, owns a few Villas and rents them out, Villa La Estancia is not a Hotel nor a Timeshare. The rates posted are comparable to other Luxury Resorts in the area. The place is perfect for the family or the couple. Love the location, looking over the pool

Stayed with 2 of my young adult children (18 and 20). This was our second visit to La Estancia. Unit was perfect for our family. Very clean with a nice welcome gift of margaritas and chips/guacamole! For us, unit was in a great location, close to pool and restaurants. Nice to be able to just up one flight of stairs from pool and not have to wait for the elevator. We did all inclusive for food for half the week and then on our own for other half which worked out very well. Pool and beach is stunning! Staff at resort are all amazing. One of our best family vacations ever. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun day! We chose the hour tour but got dropped at the beach they recommended for us. It was a great 3 hour experience and perfect for our family of 3 boys. 14 yo, 8 yo, 4 yo.

We loved the location and quietness of this resort. The grounds were very well kept up and clean. The pools were lovely and well maintained. We had lots of space for myself and my husband and my daughters family with 3 children. My one down point would be the cost of everything in Cabo. Thank goodness we had a kitchen and did not need to eat out. Food and drinks are expensive.

Villa la Estancia is an absolutely beautiful property. This unit was very comfortable and nicely placed in the resort. The service is top notch. I highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful unit, exactly as described. Condo balcony overlooks the dining space which as a bonus occasionally has live piano music which most excellently sets the mood for a lovely sunset experience. Location is fabulous as only one flight down stairs to pool so no need for elevator!. Gorgeous views especially sunrise. Would happily go back tomorrow!

3207 is even better than it appears online; great proximity to the pool and beach, and nice ocean view. Comfy beds and the lovely terrace is a great place for coffee and morning sun. Owners were very responsive and accommodating — thank you!
The resort is fairly quiet, with excellent service. We travelled with friends who stayed in other units; it was easy for all of us to meet up at the pool and for meals. Transportation to town and the marina is readily available. That said, our group agreed that our dinner on property at La Casona was our best. Lovely stay, overall — thank you!

Our time at 3207 Villa La Estancia couldn’t have been better. It was perfection from start to finish. It was our first time in Cabo and we were all pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and peaceful it was staying here.. Beds couldn’t have been more comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Perfect!
We stayed in this unit for a week over New Year's. The unit was even better than we expected!!! Comfortable, spacious, well-appointed. This was our first stay at Villa la Estancia. The resort is lovely and staff very friendly. There is a small store on property for any incidentals needed. Lots of food choices between the three resorts. We were able to get chairs on the beach without problem. We felt very safe. Great trip, beautiful condo. Book with confidence.

Very comforatable and spacious
This place is beautiful and very spacious. Very comfortable with recently updated appliances and furniture. The Villa La Estancia is in a perfect location - relaxing environment on the beach but close to all of the entertainment needed. Also in walking distance to town. The staff was excellent. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Steve, the owner, provided everything we needed to know about the area and was very responsive to our inquiries. Very easy booking process. I would definitely work with Steve again on future visits. Highly recommended

Newly updated spacious 2 bedroom condo
First time staying in this unit but as usual had a wonderful stay at Villa La Estancia. This particular condo was newly updated, clean, spacious and wonderful to stay in. Unit had everything we needed, no problems arose during our weeks stay and we will definitely contact this owner again for our return visit

Beautiful Condo!
This condo is so beautiful. It exceeded our expectations! It was very easy to book through the owners. The entire facility and condo was very clean. The pools are great as well as the view. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They make the check in and out process easy. Jimmy checked us in and continued to take care of us. He even ran out and got our car a couple of times when the valet was busy. The beach was very nice and the vendors were not even that bad. Bring a little dish and laundry soap because the condo does not supply any. We left what we purchased there but it is possible the maids are allowed to take the supplies home. On the 4th day the maid did leave some dishwasher soap so if there isn't any just ask for some to be brought up.
A couple of things about Cabo-timeshare people are EVERYWHERE. Just because you made it out of the airport without being fooled (don't talk to anyone there & say you lived there) doesn't mean you are safe. We even got approached at the rental car company. The man said he had to verify what we paid and then gave us directions. Then he hit the timeshare bit. Walking past restaurants on beach and marina there are men holding menus to entice you to eat there. These are timeshare people. If you don't mind going to a timeshare presentations to get free activities then hold out and keep saying no to going to the meeting. Then you will get the best deal. We paid $100 & got 4 Zipline tickets and parasailing, as well as a free lunch. But the pressure is great at these meeting so be prepared.
I do recommend renting this unit. You wills not be disappointed. It is walking distance down the beach to some fun restaurants.

Fabulous!
I am late in getting my review in, but truly couldn't let it pass without acknowledging how great our experience was. We had two families - both with two teen / young adult sons. The layout of the Villa provides privacy when wanted and space to get together as well. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The concierge service was really good and helped us set up several adventures: deep sea fishing, ziplines, and baja buggies. We para-sailed from the beach in front of the Villa, and walked the beach in to the marina a couple of nights. Of course, relaxing in the pool at the bar, soaking up sun on the beach, and evenings in the several different hot tubs was also on the agenda. The fitness center was well equipped for the couple of times I managed to get there! This Villa would certainly accommodate people of all ages and all desired vacation styles - whether an adventure vacation or a relaxing vacation.
I can't say enough great things about Roger. He was quick to respond, very easy to work with, and provided lots of insight for things to do, where to go, and how to get the best value while we were there.
I truly hope to visit this very spot again in the future. My first call will be to Roger.
Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Absolutely Lovely!
We recently made our first trip to Cabo and rented condo from Roger. All I can say is that the whole experience was lovely. Roger is great to work with. He responds to emails quickly, the renting process was simple, and he is just really nice. It just happened that some of the gals staying in the condo ran into he and his wife on the beach and he was as friendly in person. The condo too is lovely. We like the location. At first I thought I'd prefer the afternoon sun but this side of VLE gets the morning sun. Turns out that was better because we would sit on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and catch a few of those warm morning rays before heading to the beach. By late afternoon when it was time for cocktails on the balcony we had had enough sun and the temp was perfect to sit outside. The photos are very accurate but it is even prettier in person. The condo has comfortable beds and furniture and everything you will need. We had a little incident requiring repair while we were there (our fault) and the staff at VLE was super quick to make the repair and Roger was so understanding about the incident. Villa La Estancia is also a lovely resort. I am so glad we chose to stay here. It has spoiled us so much we have decided to return. The pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature. We also enjoyed the fitness center which has the machines we wanted as well as steam, sauna and whirlpool. All of our days were spent either by the pool or on the beach. The drink and food prices are high at VLE compared to other places in town but they have good menus and both the pool food and drinks were good. We did walk down the beach a couple of times for lunch at Tabasco's and The Office. We saw some of the other resorts along Medano Beach and were so glad we chose VLE. It was quieter and more upscale which fit us perfectly. Thanks Roger for making your home available to travelers like ourselves and for providing such lovely accommodations. We hope to return to Cabo and VLE.

Excellent vacation! Loved the location.
My family (2 parents, 3 teenagers) just returned from our Cabo vacation. We happened upon La Estancia three years ago, and now anticipate our annual January trip! The beauty of this resort is absolutely breathtaking. Whether on the beach, walking along the marina, fishing (dorado, tuna, marlin), whale watching, scuba diving, shopping, etc., Cabo is a delight.
This was our first time to rent from these owners and we LOVED the location. Like all the condos, it is gorgeous. The furniture seemed extra comfortable and the location was great.
It is hard to come home after a week in such a beautiful spot. When we get ready to book next year, I will definitely try to get this same villa. The prices were the best of all the VRBOs available during our stay and the owner corresponded quickly and easily as we made our plans.

Wonderful Place
My family and I love this place. We have been traveling to Cabo for a post-holiday break for the past four years now and have always stayed at LaEstancia. What's not to love about the place? Beautiful view, wonderful pool area, friendly staff. I would highly recommend Villa La Estancia to anyone.

Wonderful!
We just returned from a wonderful week in this condo. Our owner, Roger, was very helpful. the condo was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We loved the location of the villa on the property. The elevator was close by, but we preferred to use the stairs up one quick, easy flight and it was located near an excellent gym at the neighboring sister condo. The condo was centrally located and accessible to everything - the lobby, market/deli, restaurant, beach and pool. It was quiet, clean, nicely furnished and super comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer in the villa. The kitchen came in handy, too. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of room, not like other beaches we've visited in Mexico. We enjoyed scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, a trip to the Arch and "Lover's Beach", marlin fishing with two marlin and two tuna catches! Lots to do at the Marina and in town. Delicious restaurants that were recommended by the concierge. We never needed a car while we were there. We walked or took cabs. We are a family of 5 with teens in tow and everyone had a magnificent time. We will rent this condo again!

Hi Roger
Great time was had by my wife and I last week. Great location and awesome time to celebrate Sherri's B-Day
Thanks for all your advice and pointers
Loved the room and service at the resort
The one suggestion and it's minor personal preference would be bigger fluffier pillows
Hope to go back again in the near future
All the best and thanks again
