The interior of the unit is painted in bright summer colors, completely furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your time away. Just bring your bath towels and bed sheets and settle right in. Or linens can be available for a nominal fee.
Important Note: Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each occupancy! And all bedding is washed and replaced prior to each occupant.
To access your ocean view, open the gate at the back side of the house where you’ll find yourself overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Your deck is oceanfront and you will have full access to the views that are included in this post. Please note; the unit itself, lacks an ocean view.
The Massachusetts State Reservation and Preserve abuts Atlantic Avenue and is a great place to sight see or exercise. For entertainment and dining you can enjoy a short walk to Seaglass, Capri or Ground Swell. Joe's Playland and Willey's Ice Cream & Candy Shop.
If you feel like a road trip, the lovely community of Newburyport is just 10 minutes away.
Please note, this unit IS a first floor, ground level unit. This unit would not be classified as a basement.
