Despite difficulties with the condo keypad and dogs running loose and barking, we were delighted with the condo itself and the amenities such as the soft bath towels, coffee system, well-stocked kitchen utensils, surround sound and comfortable furniture, just to name a few. As we've enjoyed several times in the past at North Shore, the pool & beach were unparalleled and we look forward to our next stay.

Our family has been coming to southwest Michigan for 10 years now. This is our 3rd year at Ed's place and it is perfect. Heated pool, beach RIGHT THERE, lots of restaurants, shops, and activities in walking distance. Outdoor grill onsite as well!

Cozy, clean property on third floor walk up. Small, but we like the location. The condo, pool, and patio rules are strictly enforced by year-round condo owners, so not the place to go if you are loud or want to party late. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with.

Condo has it all! Location is great, walkable distance to town, quiet (here in off season), you hear the crashing waves all day! Out the back door and you are at the beach (on off season) you have the beach for walking pretty much to yourself. Fantastic sunsets!
Condo has all kitchen gadgets you need for cooking, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bed is comfortable. Host is very responsive!

The north shore condos are the best place to stay in south haven. Having access to both the pool and the lake is key. This condo was very well equipped for our stay. The towels were a plenty especially. One thing we thought was missing was some chairs for down at the beach and maybe some boogie boards.

We had such an amazing time! Walk out the condo, across the patio, and down to the beach. The pool was perfect! The condo was clean and fully equipped. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming to this condo building since 2014 and the place has never disappointed us. The condo staff do a great job at making the pool and grounds beautiful. Love the location as it’s right by a convenience store and coffee place The unit was nice and well stocked. Had plenty of closet space to store things away. It had a little too much furniture for our infant to get hurt on, but we were able to baby proof it pretty easily. We plan to rebook with Ed soon for next summer.

This property is amazing. The heated pool and private beach are perfect for a family vacation. The condo is supplied with everything you may need. It is very clean and updated. Ken is a great host, and very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be returning next year.

Our family loves south haven. This is our second year staying at Ed's place. It is honestly the perfect spot. Great location, beach AND (heated!) pool, walking distance to pretty much anything you need. Great communication and really friendly woman who cleans the units. She even remembered my kiddos from last year and does a great job.

Our second stay
This is our second year renting for a week. We LOVE the location and the condo has all the amenities we need. Great beach, nice pool, all the kitchen supplies to enjoy meals inside or out on the huge patio.

Beautiful condo & property
We really enjoyed our stay again this year! We loved the updates like the new flooring, and the bedding looks brand new every year. I am so impressed with the condo association as they keep the common grounds so clean- we saw cleaners every single day making sure everything stayed nice from cleaning sticks out of the sand to scrubbing the steps down to the beach and everything in between. It is such a great bonus to have a pool in addition to the beach- and the pool was SO warm this year! We were spoiled with fantastic weather to enjoy the beach & pool everyday. We can't wait to come again next year!

South Haven is a little piece of heaven
The condo was adequately appointed with everything that you would need. Soft luxurious towels and plenty of cleaning, cooking, and paper products provided. The renters and Tennant's in the complex were very friendly and the beach and pool were very nice. The only downside was that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator...so pack light. I was pleased overall however the window air conditioner had a hard time keeping the condo cool and needed some cleaning service.

GREAT LOCATION
Walkable distance from all things South Haven! At north shore condos you have it all-beach, pool, shopping, dining, parks. The sunsets are an event. Super clean and well kept. Condo is stocked full of anything and everything you need. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful view of Lake Michigan
Beautiful view of Lake Michigan, very nice PRIVATE sandy beach. Only rocks were flat and smooth, perfect for skipping rocks. Great wading area at the lake where you can walk quite a ways from shore (great for playing catch or other games). Amazing sunset views.
Walking distance to many restaurants, Maritime museum, shops, etc. Pool was a nice size and temperature but mostly deep end for those with littles will need floatation devices. All around great place to visit!

Lake Michigan getaway in a quaint town

Wonderful getaway!
I had a fabulous week at the Lake! This is not my first time with this property and it will not be the last. Everything you need for an active or restful retreat is here! The sound of the Lake put me to sleep every night. The sunsets from the awesome deck are spectacular. I will be returning at my soonest opportunity!

Very clean and well appointed place to relax
The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lots of cleaning supplies and well equipped small kitchen. Easy walk to everything downtown. Patio area was super clean and spacious with lots of chairs. Beds were not nearly as firm as we are used to, but other than that, could not have asked for better accommodations. Thanks for a very nice stay!

North Shore's Best
We have been coming to South Haven on and off for decades and this place has been the best of the many places we have stayed. It's right on the beach and you have no worries about parking. And it has a bath tub--a rare treat! Very clean and the owner is great to work with.

Fantastic location - well stocked condo
Ed's condo has a fantastic location right on the lakeshore. The huge patio overlooking the lake is the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. We cooked inside and brought dinners out to the patio almost every night. The towels are soft and the furniture is nice. The light colored carpet could use updating, but the condo was well-cleaned and well-stocked, especially kitchen items. We especially enjoyed getting ice cream at the corner store and pastries at the bakery (both just a block away).

Excellent location in South Haven
Location was excellent, property was very clean, and private beach was greatly appreciated during the pandemic. People in complex were very respectful with wearing masks. Unit was also sanitized very well.
