About this house rental
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome is located at the top of Winter Park Ranch, giving it some of the best views in town! It is on the bus route to Winter Park Ski Area and not far from Ski Granby Ranch. The location couldn't be better for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking. There's a game room with darts and foosball table and multiple living rooms. There's a Wii with big brain challenge, sports, play and family game night. For the summer, there is a great yard with two sets of horseshoe pits, corn hole and washers and a grill for great BBQs. The Pole Creek and Headwaters golf courses are a short drive away. The Headwaters of the Colorado river provides great fishing, as do Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. There is also great deer and elk hunting in Grand County, with an owner willing to point you to the sweet spots.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bunk beds in case the kids need to be close by and it has its own deck with unbelievable views of Byers Peak. The master bath is newly remodeled with in floor tile heat. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms with baths and a full bedroom plus a day bed with trundles makes room for 10. There is a crib for the little ones, and a pack and play. The kitchen is well appointed with everything a gourmet cook could need. TV's are either smart tv's or have Roku sticks, no standard TV service is available. High Speed Wireless internet . On the Fraser moose migratory route!
The second living room in the basement has a large sectional and a big flat screen with a Wii. Shared hot tub.
Pets are allowed, but limited to 2. There is a $250 pet fee. If the party is to capacity(10) then only one pet is allowed. If the pet fee is not paid and guests have pets that fee will be taken out of the damage deposit.
I reserve the right to accept or decline reservations based on length of stay, check in or out dates(to be considerate of my cleaner on holidays) or special events in the area.
The property has a Short term rental permit that limits occupancy to 10 and guest are required to abide by the "Being a Good Neighbor" policy set by the Grand county short term rental department. For your safety there is a video camera by the front door that records the parking lot and entrance.

My family stayed here during our visit to Granby. The host responded quickly when I had questions and was friendly. It was easy to find and check-in. The space was great! Everyone had a place to sleep and there was space for privacy for all. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee and looking at the mountains and listening to the wild birds chirping. It was so peaceful! The unit was clean and well cared for. All the bathrooms were convenient and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking our meals. The location is great with easy access to everything in the valley. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future

The main floor common area was great. Open and amazing views. The basement layout is a bit odd with one bedroom open to the way outside and to the hot tub, with no door.

This is our fifth Christmas to spend in a Frazier VRBO, and this one is the best! Great location, clean, incredibly spacious, and perfectly stocked. We loved everything about this place! Thank you Mike for a wonderful vacation.

This is a very nice property. It's well kept, and very spacious. It was perfect for our party of six. There are numerous bedrooms, and each bedroom has a bathroom. I loved the basement area. It has a game room, and an additional living area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was perfect!

We stayed here for a ski trip to Winter Park. The property had everything we wanted, and plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes.

We were so pleased with this property! It was spacious and comfortable for the eight of us (all adults) and all our ski gear. The kitchen was plenty big and outfitted with enough cookware for us to prepare and enjoy several meals at the property. The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas are well appointed; the washer and dryer are especially welcomed. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking!
The location is great; close enough to easily drive to town and the local Safeway, but far enough away to be away from traffic and congestion. If you are skiing, the parking lots for Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane are less than a 20 minute drive. Bus stops for public transit are also close by (although we didn't use them).
Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Our host Mike has done a great job providing instructions throughout the property for trash, climate control, fire place, etc. so little was left to chance.
All-in-all, we had a great weekend that was made so much better because we had a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely consider booking this property again, winter or summer.

Great place to stay in Grand County

Perfect for several couples or families
There was plenty of room to spread out on the different levels. The main level was cozy and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook. Mike was responsive immediately to a message. We had no issues what so ever. There are stairs to all but 1 bedroom, not a problem for us but good to know if you are staying. The location felt remote but close to town. Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again. Great experience.

Beautiful Condo - amazing views
We loved the condo, enjoyed the quiet area and beautiful views in the morning. The space was really perfect for 3-4 couples. Private bath and room for each of us. Mike was very easy going and great to deal with. Our only complaint was cleanliness of the place. We all thought the comforters smelled like they hadn’t been laundered in awhile. Sheets and towels seemed clean but we did a load of laundry day 1 to make sure. Same with the spare blankets in the closets, they were clearly not laundered before we checked in, so my only call out was cleanliness.

Spacious and Comfortable
All I can say is wow! This place has a great layout, very spacious and roomy, the outdoor area is the best!!! We were able to contact the owner with questions and he responded immediately. We brought our 2 dogs with us and it was really comfortable. We would stay here again and again

Just what I was looking for.
A three generation eleven person family annual ski trip fit very nicely in this condo. The dining and living room was comfortable for all. Plus everyone had a space for solitude if so desired. We would choose this condo again.

Mike was wonderful and very responsive before, during and after our stay. Nicest guy! The house is great - it's large and nice but not so nice that you're afraid to touch anything. The layout is great for a large group because of the different levels and multiple living areas. The location is the best part - the views are beautiful and it's very private. We will go back and take the whole family this time!

The house was very accommodating for the large group of people we had. Nice back yard and the location was perfect. Close enough to the grocery store and other businesses that it didn’t take but a few minutes to get there.

Unfortunately we had a really Short stay but
It was a very nice place. Curfew on the hot tub is sorta a bummer wish we had more time to enjoy it. Overall I would definitely recommend this place

School break family outing
Moose Crossing was just as listed, 4 sleeping areas with extra trundles. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but knives could use a good sharpening. Hot tub and grill were great and used frequently.

Great Home for the Whole Family
We loved our stay at Mikes home. We had a family of 8 plus two young kids. The crib and highchair in the cabin made it possible to stay away from home without trying to travel with those necessities. We cooked dinner almost each night and the full kitchen and ample amount of seating were also great for a big family! The location is just a short drive or free bus ride on the "Lift" buses to Winter Park resort where we spent much of our time. After a long day we were happy to have font porch storage for all of our gear and a hot tub to wind down in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!
This house is awesome for 12 people. Plenty of room for everyone! Easy access in and out. Very clean and well kept. Mike even shoveled the snow for us before we arrived back to the house in the afternoon. I would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Amazing views
A quiet retreat with space for the group to be together or have their own space. The kitchen was equipped for a gourmet chef to cook for the large group the house accommodates. Mike was great at communicating with the group and getting back in a timely manner.

Beautiful! We enjoyed the snowfalls and hikes through the woods nearby.
A great place to stay--Mike was accommodating and answered all our questions. When we couldn't find a cutting board, he told us where to look. When the hot tub suddenly stopped working, he let us know what to do to fix it. The house itself is a wonderful space for friends and family, especially kids, who you can send downstairs to their own space so they are out of your hair but safe! Highly recommended as a wonderful location to stay near Winter Park, Colorado.

Lots of room with 4 BR and 4 baths with great views.
Lots of room for a larger group. Views off the back decks were beautiful. Very relaxing. Nice lot with semi-wooded backyard. Some smaller issues could use some TLC but we would stay there again.

Everything you could need, including a bear sighting!
We enjoyed our week at Moose Crossing very much! This is a large duplex and had plenty of room for 4 couples, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Great outside spaces and you’re really in the mountains with gravel roads, wildlife, beautiful views and open spaces. Town is at the bottom of the “hill” with a grocery store, Wendy’s and farm/home supply store. Mike has provided everything including ample cookware, soft towels, a shared hot tub, outside games, extra pillows and blankets and fans/humidifiers. My only negatives are that the main floor decor is a bit dated and overall the space is dark...oh and the bear! He walked right up to the back door (that had been wide open just hours before) and wandered around the back yard, over to the neighbors house, up on their deck and then made the same loop again. While it was amazing to this gorgeous animal in the wild, it made us think twice about using the hot tub, walking to our car after dark, or leaving the doors open for a mountain breeze. I realize this isn’t Mike’s fault and has no control over this animal but it’s something to consider with small children or pets. We were all impressed at how quickly Steve (the bear’s name so we didn’t scare the kids) covered ground at an easy walk.
This was a wonderful trip in a beautiful location. Summer must do’s: tacos at Pepe Osaka’s, beer at The Peak, ride the Alpine Slide, shop in Grand Lake Village, ride the Ski Lift at Granby Ranch, drive County Rd 5 to Tabernash, watch the sun set and dip behind the mountains!

We really liked this place-tons of room for our family and a couple of friends. Enjoyed the outdoor games that were provided as well as the hot tub. Really enjoyed the views and felt like we were in the forest. Love pet friendly places with lots of grass. Only downside was the lighting. Always felt a bit dark. Very quiet area yet close to everything. All of us enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space and comfortable amenities for Winter Park, Grand Lake and the Frasier Valley. I'd definitely stay there again for any season with a large group. Mike Miles is a cordial, friendly property owner and personally checked in with us during our summer stay to make sure our families were satisfied.

The Fraser area was great and the house is in a convenient location. The house is setup to accommodate a large group with lots of beds and living spaces. We brought our 2 little dogs with us and the trails across the street and in the neighborhood were great for morning walks, we saw lots of deer along the way. The deck has a nice view of the mountains, the deer and hummingbirds hang out in the backyard, very peaceful. I don't know what the little mice/mole things in the yard are but my Jack Russell ate one, gross. The furniture was big and clunky in the living room but okay, we are used to more modern ergonomic furnishings with room to move around. If you're picking beds the master bed at first seems all warn out but I think its microfiber, it was actually okay for sleeping with my touchy back but not good for reading. The house is stocked with just about everything you need besides food of course. The vacuum hose was clogged (we tried to clean but no go) and no link brush for the fur babies so hair removal was a challenge. All and all it was a great stay and I would recommend the house for a comfortable getaway.
