The fun you can experience on a Winter Park vacation is multiplied by the amount of people who travel with you, and when you choose Hideaway Station Luxury Loft #406, up to 9 of your favorite people (10 counting you!) can make this getaway a party you will never forget. Offering 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 beautiful baths, this space is professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and wellbeing, and best of all, is pet friendly too (with a fee and preapproval!) Featuring over 1600 square feet of luxury and comfort, this brand new unit is destined to be the most important part of your vacation experience as you explore the beauty of Colorado every day and come home to its tranquil wonders every night. And being able to shut away the rest of the world as you retreat to your own space will be the biggest luxury of all; this sweet condo includes 2 KING BEDS, 2 FULL BEDS, A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB for your restful convenience.
The lodge-like décor of #306 welcomes first time visitors (or welcomes back return ones) offering a large entry way with plenty of room to store shoes and a stackable washer and dryer hidden in a closet behind a pocket door. Radiant in floor heating ensures that your tootsies stay warm no matter what the thermostat reads and lead the way into an open concept floor plan that harbors no secrets. The living room is large and luxurious offering the queen sleeper sofa and an oversized circular sectional that faces two entertainment options; a 75-inch Smart TV prepared to play your favorite streaming services or incredible floor to ceiling views of the mountains and trees located just outside your condo. (Most people choose to stare at those views!) A wall of stone flanked by two built-in bookshelves provides a programmable gas fireplace and a place to hang that previously mentioned television. The bookshelves are loaded with art pieces purchased at local stores, books that are well loved and a supply of board games meant to be enjoyed by the occupants of the space. There is a PlayStation 4 in the bunk bedroom with a handful of games for kids enjoyment.
The balcony outside #306 is especially long, offering multiple places to sit, to dine, and to enjoy the ever changing views. Also featuring a propane grill, the grill master in your family will happily choose to man the stainless steel piece of cooking equipment easing chore loads for the one who is generally the family cook.
As we head back inside where it is warm, the kitchen is the next stop on our tour of luxury. This room is a large room designed to handle the needs of cooking for up to 10 guests and presenting upgraded appliances large and small, dark wood custom cabinets that reach nearly to the ceiling, and an expansive breakfast bar topped with white stone and fronted by four leather and wood stools. A combination of modern pendant lamps hanging over the breakfast bar and canned lights over the incredible gas range keep the room bright and light at all times during your stay.
The greatest thing about an open concept floor plan is never having to miss out on any of the fun going on throughout the public spaces and the dining room, centered between the kitchen and the living room, is a perfect example. Play board games with the family while keeping an eye on the big game on TV, chat with your sister over coffee while the family matriarch putters around the kitchen or work diligently at returning emails surrounded by family whose mad conversations are often punctuated with bursts of raucous laughter. You will never feel lonely when sitting at this large wood table perched under a wagon wheel style chandelier.
All this family time is wonderful but when night falls you will relish slipping away to the luxurious comforts found in the impressive master suite of this luxury loft. Anchoring the room is a king bed offering a leather padded headboard that occupants can relax against as they watch the 50-inch Smart TV hanging on the wall opposite. The large photo of aspens dressed in their finest fall golds hangs over the bed, giving the space the feel of eternal fall but the large window overlooking the mountain always reveals the true season. The master bath features a walk-in shower with glass doors, a single vanity, and a toiletries pack filled with fine hotel quality pieces that will be a joy to use.
Number 406 is the perfect escape when more than one family is traveling together as it offers two master suites. The second master suite enjoys many of the same features as the first, including a king bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and another depiction of the Colorado landscape in the fall, this one being a painting rather than a photograph. This room shares the second full bath with the rest of the condo, but its proximity will make the space feel as if it is a part of the suite. (The second bath is practically a carbon copy of the ensuite bath, offering a walk-in shower with glass doors, a single vanity, and another stockpile of fine hotel quality toiletries.)
The final bedroom, also known as the bunk room, is designed to delight the smallest travelers, offering a full over full bunk bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and velvety bean bag chair destined to be the most popular seat in the house!
Community amenities include bike and ski storage areas, heated underground parking, a separate clubhouse room that is the perfect place to wait for your ride share on cold or gloomy days, and a sweet dog washing station that ensures your precious pooch stays clean throughout his stay! Oh and before we forget, this wonderful space offers keyless entry and a single dog bed so even sweet Toro has a spot to call his own during this wonderful Colorado adventure! You will find a public E-Charger in the covered garage next door, adjacent to the Fireside Market.

We loved our stay at Hideaway Station. The condo was convenient, good amenities, and loved the included demo rental skis for the week! The perks of renting with Winter Park Escapes cannot be beat!

Nice property but hot in the Summer
Great top floor condo with nice mountain views. It was pretty clean with updated appliances and equipped with all the things you’d expect for a luxury rental. Big TV in main room and TVs in each bedroom. There were fans everywhere but it was still over 80 degrees at night despite it being cool at night. Great location within walking distance of all bars, restaurants and shops. Very close to WP resort. Would stay there again just not during the Summer.

Very Nice Stay in Winter Park
We enjoyed in our stay in Winter Park The condo was nicely furnished and well laid out, with the master suite conveniently separated from the two other bedrooms. Lots of games and books and all of the kitchen amenities we wanted or needed. The small grocery store is a block away and a well-stocked Safeway is only a couple of miles away in Fraser. Due to various nagging injuries, we weren’t able to downhill ski as we had hoped but had a great time with our family nonetheless. Thanks for allowing us to make a very special family memory!

This was our second time to stay in this building, but the first time in this unit. The condo was spacious with great amenities. Lots of seating in the living and dining room with TVs in every room. We cooked a couple dinners there and it had everything we needed. Really liked the coffee setup which included a grinder and frother! Great view from the top floor balcony.
My only negative comment is that the condo is very warm in the summer, particularly the two bedrooms without windows. The owner has tried to mitigate it with fans, but we would come back to the unit in the afternoons and the inside temperature was usually around 78 degrees (and we had all of the windows open the entire time we were there).
Overall we loved the condo and would stay there again! Just a heads up for people thinking about staying here in the summer.

Rooms were all very well furnished, comfortable couch and beds in all 3 rooms, great views. Check-in and out was very easy and once you have downloaded the app, you can use your smart phone to lock/unlock door, so no key card or code is needed. Only negative was the parking spot was tight and against the concrete wall, but is a very minor inconvenience.

Downtown Winter Park Luxury
Perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit Winter Park. Within walking distance of great restaurants, the movies and bowling, trails, the Fraser river, groceries, etc. If you need to venture out a bit; the condo is right on the bus line. Property was beautiful, clean, and well laid out with the master off of living room with the other large bedrooms on the other side. Perfect for our family to relax and enjoy some time together. Extra amenities like fans and humidifiers, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of cookware, seasonings, games, covered garage, etc. The management company checked in with us when we arrived and sent us a reminder check out list which was very nice. We will definitely be back.

Such an awesome place
We so enjoyed our recent stay at this property. Everything was perfect - location, supplies, furniture, ease of use. We did a longer stay to do remote learning - only issue was internet couldn’t handle multiple people on video. Other than that, this place is amazing. Kids loved the bunk beds, PlayStation, views, location to sledding, tubing, skiing. Adults loved 4th floor (very quiet), comfortable beds, fact that the owners really thought through everything from chargers to blankets, furniture spacing, games galore, location to grocery store & local breweries. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Spot!
The apartment was spot clean when we arrived. The one item that seemed out of place was promptly acknowledged and addressed. Folks stayed in touch during our stay and leading to our departure. We felt the attention was top class. When returning to WP, will definitely consider staying here again. Location was excellent (walking distance to grocery store, food and the main road to go to the resort).

We enjoyed the condo. Spacious and clean. Close distance to everything

3-Day winter Trip
My family and I stayed for 3 days and 4 nights at the 4-story condo and it was fantastic. We were able to park the car in the garage and use the elevator to the 4th floor. The views were amazing as we were able to see the mountains. The room was spacious with games available to play. The kitchen was great as it had most things we needed to cook. Only wish I bought foil. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The only issues we experienced were the app Latch to get into the garage never worked, the door code to the building was not working at times and the condo was hard to regulate the room temperature. All minor issues. I would absolutely go back to the same condo.

Great place 😊
Beautiful property! Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Definitely recommend this place!

NOT DOG FRIENDLY
Property is fine (very nice, almost new, facilities, etc) except: NO TRASH CANS IN GARAGE; No Waterhose to rinse dogs feet; NO PLACE TO WALK DOGS ON PROPERTY; NO DOGGIE BAGS or TRASH RECEPTICALS for dog waste; CONTRACT quite onerous with requirement if any dispute have to return to Grand COUNTY Colorado for disputes, MUST agree owner/representative can take money out of credit card for very nebulous reasons....NOT clear when they would take additional fees...No dogs on couch or bed (you must not be a pet or service dog owner) without threat of additional fees.... jlc

Fantastic Condo for a summer or winter get away
The condo was better than expected and even convinced me that buying a condo in the future can be acceptable instead of a ski house. Positives include cleanliness, board games, great furniture, and location to grocery store. Minor inconveniences include only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and getting into the building.

Winterpark Stay
Overall everything was great, we had a need for wheelchair accessibility which is one of the reasons we chose this property. I wouldn't have listed it as wheelchair friendly, we had to modify and had a lot of tight turns. As well everything was automated through an app, not having an actual person to speak with was difficult. The property was perfect.
4.8
We loved our stay. This unit is superior to others in the bldg because of the river view.
Great patio view of the river and plenty of room for 6 to 8 people . I wouldn’t want to stay here with 10 people . Lots of conveniences right out the front door and secure parking . This is a great location with a few great restaurants within walking distance that all have outside dining. The added bonus is that the meeting spot and office for Madaventures is next door .

Hideaway Station
We loved the property. We are here during Covid so all of the amenities were closed. Would have been excellent if they were all open but that’s not the property owner’s fault. Property could use some patio furniture. We had to drag out table chairs to sit outside. AC would be nice bc the back two bedrooms don’t have windows and it gets stuffy when the doors are closed. Needs a cheese grater in the kitchen. Other than those nit-picky issues - it was perfect! We were a family of four. Not sure how great it’d be with ten.

Fantastic experience
A fantastic experience in every way. Winter Park Escapes not only provided the typical necessities, but also provided unexpected luxuries like bathrobes, a French press, coffee grinder, espresso maker, snow shoes, yoga mats, makeup mirror, etc. Hideaway Station is a terrific condo complex as well - walking distance to shuttle stop, grocery store, shops and restaurants plus your own parking spot in an enclosed garage with an elevator! Condo 406 has an awesome view and was extremely comfortable and quiet.
